Additionally, clearer communication regarding the specific documents required for new patients would be beneficial. It was somewhat challenging to locate the correct insurance card with the necessary information. Overall, that was the only downside to an otherwise positive experience.

Today I had one of the most efficient appointments of my life. Between my insurance and this place I didn't have to worry about coming back for another appointment after getting a PA. I had a minor procedure and I return in two weeks for results. What?! And I was out of there in under an hour? Beyond happy! Thank you to the staff and the provider. The front office on the day of the appointment was well organized. I had filled out forms online but still needed to fill out others, I still don’t understand why I couldn’t do them ahead. I originally rated them at 5 stars because the doctor and office staff are very kind. I'm changing my rating because there is no way to contact the office. I have been trying for almost a month to get my prescription changed to a 3 month supply. My pharmacy has called with no call back. I have tried calling the office and it goes to their operators who say they send them messages. I never get a call back. It's very frustrating that there is no way to directly contact the office. My insurance will only cover a 3 month supply so I am unable to get my prescription and if they are not willing to write the prescription as a 90 supply there is no point in continuing treatment with them.

I had several serious and troubling problems with this Institute. Since I am new to Las Vegas and needed an annual skin checkup, I chose these people because the office is close to my residence. I was seen by a PA named Storey who used liquid nitrogen to burn away some abnormal skin cells and also did three excisional biopsies, and told me the results would be known in two weeks. At around two weeks I got a text message from a 661 number informing me that I had a squamous cell carcinoma (a type of skin cancer)and should call the number for an appointment. I did repeatedly call the number and a recording said there was no one to answer the phone. Also during that time I got continuous text messages asking me to pay online an outstanding bill. Finally I went to the office to get a copy of the biopsy results and find out why I owed them money since I have Medicare and an excellent supplement plan. First, since I’m a retired Dr., I asked to see the report for myself. The lady at the front desk strongly resisted giving me the report until I absolutely insisted it was my right as a patient. After consulting with someone in the back she finally printed it for me. All three lesions were described as “no invasive carcinoma”. (even though I had had received a message saying I did) Then I offered to pay my bill but asked why I had a balance since I have excellent health insurance. Front desk lady said only Medicare has paid. But I remembered that I had given them both insurance cards. Bottom line, I gave her my supplement card (again). When I got home I checked my Humana app and saw that they had paid Storey, Aaron, PAC $89.13, the exact amount I “owed” in the office. This is obviously double billing which is illegal and unethical.

With all this in consideration, I cannot recommend this place and advise anyone going here to be careful.

Extremely Disappointed after arrival I was handed an ipad with attorney written contracts (see below) forcing me to sign away my credit card rights, if I hadn’t I wouldn't been seen by one of their providers. By signing, they could’ve charged my credit card any amount but that amount wasn’t disclosed, also saying that amount may be used in a future visit. Moreover, not one of their documents had had one questionnaire asking for my health information or asking why I was there that day?
