A huge shoutout to Smile Dental Nevada and all of their amazing kind staff, especially at the front desk. They took me in the same day, as my cheek was the size of a gum ball, took exams and treated me on the spot. Not only did they make me feel comfortable but made my experience 10x better. Definitely recommend booking here for any dental work or same day appointments!

the first appt ever made went smoothly, communication was great with scheduling and once in office. my son needed some work done and told me it would be within an month to get him seen again since dr works one saturday out of the month. it took a bit over 2 months to schedule appt. it was made during the week, i received no call about rescheduling the appt so i showed up at said day and time all for them to tell me they had to reschedule. it was no problem since i was available at the time the reschedule was set. come to appt day, we arrived at 8am, got passed to the back after about 15-20 mins. my son was the 4th to be seen but 3 people went ahead of us. even one that had their appt way after us. i’m assuming they went down the rooms but theirs no reason to make us wait longer when we were before others. i understand when it’s busy, and certain procedures take time but should prioritize patients as they come in/appt times. we got seen almost two hours later and those after me where already gone. the doctor seemed over it and just put the steel crown on the tooth, my son didn’t act out and only did one. now we have to wait longer to do the second tooth when it’s the one that’s been bothering him the most and i made sure to clarify as well so it can be prioritized. apart from that, nothing was set up in the room which took even longer to get the instruments needed.

The team has always gone above and beyond for my kids and I. Sergio was great and researching my active insurance policy and Lupe helped with getting my sons medication situation settled at the pharmacist.. Been a few times where I needed to see them ASAP and they made it happen!! My kids love this place as well so that is a plus!! Thank you all for your efforts and I highly recommend this place

The worst dental facility I have ever been to. The staff was perfect but the dentist was only concerned in up selling rather than doing any work that didnt include more monetary advantage. The tell tale signs where that the lobby was always empty both times i visited and no dental hygienist is sight and that's probably why they don't have any clientele. Poor choice on my behalf.

As a return patient of smile dental, I am very pleased with the way they treated me. Customer service was excellent over the phone and in person. The managers were very personable and kind. I'll definitely be visiting them in the future for routine maintenance 😁

every time you have to wait more than half hour long over your appointment time, couple time I have to wait almost two hours over, and during or after no one will ever said anything like a sample sorry to you , so be careful when you choice this dental

The front desk (Monica)needs a lil work on the professional size. I wasn’t expecting to have to do the foot work of finding an oral surgeon whom they referred my child to. Also addressing staff errors in front of patients is also not acceptable. The dentist was very nice and explained all concerns to me and children.
