I can't say enough good things about this office. Having worked in dentistry myself I can honestly say that every person in this office is over and beyond exceptional! I came in with a horrific situation when my implant supported bridge failed and fell out of my mouth due to the negligence and poor dental work performed by my dentist back in California. I was beyond humiliated and embarrassed as I stood before them with 3 missing teeth and tears flowing down my face and they all came to my aid with heart felt compassion, understanding, patience and care. They did not make me feel shamed in any way. The Dr was amazing, the assistants and the front desk staff took swift action to get me taken care of and to get me a temporary solution to fill in the gaps while we work towards a more permanent solution. There was no waiting what so ever to get me comfortable and less humiliated. They cared for me like no other. I can't thank them enough. If you are looking for a good dentist with an entire staff who is as outstanding as the dentist they represent then this is your go to dental office. They are THE BEST. Come in and see for yourself. You will be glad you did. Thank you everyone for taking me in and providing me the care you did. I'm forever in debt to you all.

Thank you for everything you did for me! Dr Barbara and Shayne and of course Casey! When I first went there I felt comfortable! I had a bad experience with my previous dentures! They were horrible! Couldn’t even eat or talk without them always falling out or hurting! Casey checked and I got my new dentures! My dentist took her time and measured it all to make sure they would fit perfectly! My old ones werehorrible! But my new ones make me so happy I feel like a new person! I can now smile at people and not be embarrassed! She told me I needed to learn how to smile again! Well I did! I had such an amazing experience and just had to share. At 36 years old, I’ve always been afraid of going to the dentist. The moment I sat in the chair, I honestly felt like a scared kid again—nervous, anxious, and even shaking. It was hard to admit how afraid I was, but I finally expressed it to Mrs. Barbara and her assistant, Erin.

From that moment on, they were incredibly understanding. They made me feel comfortable, safe, and completely at ease. Their compassion, patience, and attentiveness truly meant everything to me. They took the time to explain the importance of moving forward with my dental procedures and never made me feel judged or embarrassed. Both were sweethearts ❤️

Because of them, I was able to get through something I’ve avoided for years. I’m so grateful for their care and professionalism. I had a very disappointing experience with this office. I called to confirm my appointment today and was told I had missed it and would be charged a $50 no-show fee. When I asked why I never received a reminder they checked and realized they had the wrong phone number on file for me. Since the number wasnt mine I never received a call or text reminder.

Instead of acknowledging the mistake or offering to waive the fee at least the assistant questioned how I received the forms initially and still insisted on charging the fee. My husband and I were actually planning on proceeding with a treatment plan that would have cost thousands but after this interaction we decided to cancel. It’s disappointing that an office would risk losing 2 patients over $50 especially when the issue started because the wrong contact information was on file.

I've always liked going to the dentist, I was a weird kid. Even into adulthood, I looked forward to going until a few years ago. I had such a bad experience with my last dental office that it left me anxious about finding a new place. I am also autistic so the experience left me traumatized. Smile Designers came recommended to me so I made an appointment. From that initial phone call to checkout, I felt respected and heard, the atmosphere and energy was extremely comfortable, the staffs energy matched mine and being autistic, that is a huge deal. It's very rare to find a place where the whole staff had great energy that complimented each other. I could hear them speaking to every patient AND amongst staff with the same calming tone and respect. I work in medical billing and I wish we had that atmosphere at our office! Dr. Barba went above and beyond to treat me with the care I deserved and 'not possible' and 'I can't' was not in her vocabulary and did such an amazing job. She was upfront and transparent, explained the whole process and expectations, made sure I understood every step and that we were always on the same page. The techs/assistants were just as amazing and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Even the administrative staff were kind and compassionate. Thanks everyone, you all have renewed my confidence in going back to the dentist!

Before I selected smile
designers Las Vegas I did a lot of research with different dentist in my area and when I finally found smile designers of Las Vegas and read the reviews and read about the
dentist, I knew I hit Bingo. All staff is so kind and compassionate they treated me like I was the only patient they had and it made me feel safe and comfortable and Dr Greta Barba is excellent in explaining everything and I had a lot of questions that took up a lot of her time and she answered everyone of my questions the facility is very clean very on top of everything in I would suggest this dental office to everyone that is looking for the right care when it comes to your dental procedures.
Last year I went to a dental office and they took me in the room where they were going to do my x-rays and as I was sitting there I'm looking around the room and it was filthy. Dust all over the blinds dirt piled up on the baseboards after that visit I never went back. If the room was filthy what are the instruments and tools like that they utilize and put in your mouth and then the dentist told me I needed root canals? there is no mention of root canals needed at Smile Designers I do have a lot of work to be done but I know I'm in good hands with Dr Greta Barba I give all high fives to the whole staff they're excellent and now I have Dr. Gretta.

Dr Barba is the best dentist in town! I had nightmare dentures that a dentist with no experience created. I couldn't eat with them or talk with them, they also disfigured my face they were so big! I’ve been coming here for about a year and they have consistently been on top of everything. Today I had an emergency that happened over the weekend and they helped by fitting me into the schedule on the spot and developing an action plan to treat my needs. Such great dentist. It starts from the minute you walk in so organized not a million and one papers to sign. Every move from the staff that seemed so caring-I felt they were so genuine looking out for my interest and not mainly as theirs. I met the dentist who waltz's in with me and me expecting smooth talking dentists that basically don't care and ask for high sums of money. She waitzs with a symphony of a different tune. She states her name and immediately after inspecting my mouth and my x-rays explains me what is happening. Then goes into what is the problem what could have caused it . Here's the big difference she gives me options and explains them carefully and of those which is the best course to take. I instantly was at a loss to her old school dentist approach. It was like going back in time to when in the past dentists were caring . She made me feel so comfortable as if I knew here for a while. Personally she is one of the best I have ever seen and we'll be back because I don't think a dentist can possibly be better than this. She's a unique gem in the world of dentristy in Vegas who can barely reach the status of dirt. I highly recommend her and can honestly know when I refer my friends and family they are not only in the best hands but caring hands.

The dental assistants, Shane and the new girl, are just as awesome and very nice, make you feel comfortable, and very skillful themselves. I always feel genuinely cared for the entire time.

Dr. Greta Barba is amazing! So kind, knowledgeable, and really took the time to work with me on a pretty overwhelming (and expensive) list of dental issues . She helped me come up with a plan that made sense for both my health and my budget. Now i only have to come in for cleanings every 3 months!

This dentist is by far the best dentist you could go to. She understands anxiety and fear with dentists. She took me seriously and never made me feel ashamed for having such poor teeth. Everyone at this office is awesome, front desk to dentist and everyone in between. I first brought my mom here for dentures, they made her feel like a million bucks, and her new chompers look great!! My son then came in to have a chipped tooth fixed, also looks great! I’ll have my first appointment next month, and I’m sure the rest of our family will follow. Definitely recommend 👍

Got to Vegas Thursday afternoon and had a heck of a time on the strip. Woke up Friday morning with a chipped filling on my bottom right molar from a filling 7 years ago. Luckily, Smile Designers was 300ft away from my resort. They were honest and up front, good consultation price, filling price and even better service! Thank you Dr. Nguyen!

I love doctor Barbara and staff!!! Kasey the receptionist is the best. They go beyond to make sure ur set and comfortable. I would recommend her and staff to everyone that needs dental work. Already was expecting that I needed work done. Everyone from the front desk to the back to the doctor made me feel comfortable despite I hate going to the dentist. Was provided with three options as well on how we will be moving forward. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist to come drop in here. As a New patient and as an emergency patient I had a great experience from the front desk, Casey, who I made an appointment by phone to the assistant, Mrs Shayne, formally my Dentist Dr Greta Barba who review my X-Rays and asking my Medical history and the problem I have with one of my tooth suggest the right treatment for fixing of my tooth.I am a Register Dental Hygienist over 30 yrs experience and I knew exactly what is going on and her treatment plan was exactly I knew will happen after the X-Ray and examination.She is so ethical, expert and great attitude toward me and the way she talk to her assistant and other employees of her.Great Team with great attitude even I don’t leave in Las Vegas and I just came yesterday for my Vacation she was so helpful and put my mind in ease.She is a great Dentist and if I can give 6 Star will be more.Thank you to this team with great Dentist

I really appreciate the good work and professionalism at Smile Designers of Las Vegas on West Flamingo. The entire staff from Casey or Nancy at the front desk to Shayn, Desiree, and Dr. Barba in the chair or even Karla on the way out, are very friendly and comforting. I had an amazing experience at Smile Designers! I recently got veneers on my two front teeth that were damaged from years of grinding in my sleep. Dr. Barba did such a great job explaining my different options and educating me on the process of getting veneers. I am so happy with the end result, the veneers match perfectly to my other teeth. This has helped my confidence so much and I am forever grateful to Dr. Barba and her talented team for making this happen for me on such short notice.

This was my first visit. I had done research to see who was a great choice for myself and family. After a lot of time I decided on Smile Designers. I am very picky and serious about the doctors and offices I choose. The office and staff members were very friendly and immediately make you feel comfortable. Dr. Greta Barba seemed very knowledgeable as I was able to compare what she was saying to me using my previous dentist's diagnosis. She was also very down to earth and easy to talk to. She always seemed to make sure that along with her professional opinion she left open the option for the patient to make choices and feel in control. Moving to a new state was the only reason I needed a new dentist. The process is not easy for finding doctors and dentists that you feel are not only just qualified, but also, fitting to your personality. So far I think Smile Designers fit what I am looking for and I hope futuristically I still feel the same way! Thanks and I hope this helps someone!

The whole staff is AMAZING! The front desk associates are responsive and helpful. The dental assistants, Desiree and Shane, were the absolute sweetest and kept the appointment fun (I have a lot of anxiety surrounding dental visits). I only went in for a cleaning but I love that the dentist was able to point out areas of concern and treat them on the same day.

Let's keep it real...There is a small percentage of people who love going to the dentist. I was not one of them until I came to Smile Designers of Las Vegas. I cannot think of a better place to come get my routine checkup than here. I read a quote one time "Date your doctor, marry your dentist," and I cannot stress the importance of finding amazing people to take care of your oral health. From the friendly front desk, Nancy, to the amazing dental assistant, Shayn, to the gentle dentist, Greta, all the way to the unforgettable office manager, Karla, my experience was great! I would not wish this dentist on my worst enemy. I never write reviews, but i want to save some people. The Dr. was the WORST part however. I didn’t even know dentists could have bad “bedside manner” but she proved me wrong. She shamed me for not having a cleaning for a year when I was not insured. After hearing of my financial/coverage struggles she doubled down and continued to shame me and say that I should have paid out of pocket when I was uninsured and even tried to up-charge me for a special cleaning since it has been a year. The dental hygienist was very sweet but had to re-take the x-rays multiple times and even forgot to put the protective bib on during them. I was there for over an hour before I even saw the doctor. I know it was a first appointment, but even then the x-rays took so long.

The icing on the cake was that they never gave me my ID back during the visit. I didn’t realize they hadn’t until I was going to upload my ID to a new dentist. They never contacted me, it took me calling to get my ID back.

A referral to this dental office was a blessing to me. Karla, Dr. Domonique and Nancy all have the best bedside manners you could ask for.
