I’m still in the middle of my implant process with Dr. Kerio, but I already know I made the right choice. He’s been kind, patient, and has taken the time to explain everything along the way, which has really helped put me at ease.
Even though it’s not finished yet, I’ve had a great experience so far and have complete confidence in him. If you’re looking for a dentist who genuinely cares about his patients and does excellent work, I definitely recommend Dr Kerio!

I had a wonderful experience at Smile Squash. I’m starting my own orthodontic treatment here, and I also decided to bring my 12-year-old daughter, Victoria. Since we don’t have dental insurance, they kindly offered us affordable private care, which meant a lot to our family.
The doctor was incredibly patient, took the time to explain everything, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in until we left. As a parent to Victoria and Valentino, feeling confident and at ease is so important, and that’s exactly how we felt. I’m very happy we chose Smile Squash!

I called several days ago and was informed that I could come and wait if I did not have an appointment. I called office in Rainbows and Desert Inn, I try to go 1:30 pm and that the staff told me was late because they accept clients only before 2 pm. I agreed and took a few hours off from work. Today, I arrived at the office only to find it closed. When I called them, they stated that only the Maryland location now accommodates walk-in clients, which I find to be untrue. Previously, a check on Google Maps indicated that the office was open, and there was no sign or reason posted at the door explaining its closure. Their professionalism is questionable, and I no longer trust them. This experience was not isolated, as other customers also arrived to find the office closed.

I came home to smiles, premier lied to me, said I had 32 cavities when I don’t have that many teeth. I thought at 72 they were going to pull. They checked and it’s covered 100%.

Receptionist is so rude which is why Im not even going to bother to make it to my appointment. To begin I requested the rainbow location and was scheduled at desert inn so I rescheduled my appointment to the correct location and of course there’s was like a month/5 week wait. It’s been about 2-3 weeks and I have pretty bad tooth pain. I let the receptionist know and basically an I don’t care mood. I was willing to wait I get they’re busy but if I’m in a lot of pain why not work with me ? The same way I didn’t complain about the scheduling error and was willing to wait why not be considerate of me. Who lies about tooth pain and I’m cash pay so I know I’ll have to come out of pocket I was ready I’m not asking for a handout. I’m not thrilled about coming out of pocket but I’m in pain so why not see me? It’s not like they’ll be waiting weeks an insurance claim to process. For the record she did offer the desert inn location but that’s too far from me the rainbow location is already 20 minutes away from me I’m not going to drive 40minute to an hour for some reason she couldn’t understand that. I wanted to give this office a chance because I was told the staff and dentist were nice I guess I got the new girl or the girl whose their to just get paid. It’s fine I’ll just go somewhere closer to me. Maybe the next dentist office will be more professional and helpful.

Worst ortho in town! Can’t believe this place has so many positive reviews considering the parking is absolute garbage and the waiting room is always filled to the rim because of overbooking. Also, be prepared to wait. If your appointment is at 2:00 be prepared to stay until about 4:00 to leave. If you’re considering getting braces please go anywhere but here. Your time will only get more miserable as time goes on. Surprising this place has so many great reviews... can’t help but think they’re deleting reviews... (Edit: thanks to the owner I realized I posted this accidentally on the Rainbow location as well. Meant for the Desert Inn location! I can’t comment on the services of the Rainbow location as I have never been there. As to the owner, thank you for completely disregarding any of my complaints about your establishment. I can attest to the integrity of your workers and you are correct, they do great work. But that is not without saying that there are problems you need to address. I wrote this review with the intention of bringing light to problems that we all experience, and NOT to belittle the work of your dentists and dental assistants. Hopefully this explains my intentions.)

Went there to get a implant, they put in the wrong implant, then in a few months it fell out. Then they put in the same implant again. They are incomadent. I would rather have a monkey work on my teeth. Don't go to this place unless you want to be ripped off. I now go to budget dental their the best.

This location is closer to were I leave, even tho I do have to take my kids to the DI location, my deep cleaning experience was great at this location, the next one ..I need my wisdom teeth remove. Prices are affordable in my situation since I dont have dental care insurance.

Dont really like this place because when I first got my braces they didn't even explain to me how to brush my teeth and they didn't even give me nothing or like if it hurts I can use it also my wire broke and I can't really do anything until Friday so I have to a whole week and one of my brackets broke and they didn't even put them on right like c'mon
