As I walked in I was not acknowledged after 45 seconds so I sat down while person in the front finish talking and waiting for over 4 minutes and still no acknowledgement so I stood and then the person asked “do you have an appointment “? I was so pissed off I almost walked out. But I can’t because it’s the closest location to me. 😡 all the employees were laughing and talking no one acknowledges anyone! Horrible place to be! I hope when I start my therapy treatment it will change so far hell to the NO for me!!

Nellis clinic front desk girl has the dates all mixed up with the dates that I don't have an appointment with the dates I do have I show up I'm not scheduled that day and I'm 74 retired I take oxygen I need my Walker so I take pair of Transit I need to know at least day before so I can schedule my appointments so she gave me a whole month well it was all wrong I show up I don't have appointment now I got to wait hour and a half 2 hours for my ride she was something else and some days I'm not scheduled I am scheduled and she told me there'll be no therapy that day for me I just got fed up

Compared to the one on eastern they are ok. Here they don’t do the heating on my back before starting. My sessions are only 30 minutes compared to 1 hour on eastern. They are friendly but it just feels rushed here.

Dr. Ivan Sanchez (PT) is the absolute best! I was going in for some occupational pain in my neck, shoulders and arms. He is incredibly knowledgeable & professional. Therapist assigned me exercises that caused my symptoms to worsen. I told him this. He told me to do them anyway at home. I got worse. Much worse. I came back and told the therapist this. He gaslit me and told him I didn't have that conversation on day 1. They don't care about their patients. They care about their ego. They are insulting and will call you a liar if you stand up for your own health

My mother Natalia has been going for acouple of months due to shoulder surgery and everytime she comes home from therapy she has nothing but great things to say about Nick not only as an amazing physical therapist that is very knowledgeable and does great work but also as a human being. Therapy has become a joy for her due to Nick, she was sadden that therapy sessions are over but will always be thankful for Nick's help and the staff is always so kind and attentive. Therapy sessions are well formulated and definitely help when done consistently. The staff welcomed me and made it an even better experience.
