My experience with your business has not been based on ongoing treatment sessions, but rather on the lack of communication and follow-through while attempting to obtain services for my child.
For months, I repeatedly contacted your office to secure an appointment and was told someone would get back to us. Eventually, we were informed that an opening was available. During that conversation, the associate stated that she appreciated our consistency and “needed patients who were going to actually come.”
We attended the initial appointment nearly a month ago. The associate took notes, leading me to believe my child would receive ongoing services. However, the interaction felt impersonal, and I did not leave feeling reassured or confident in the process.
Since then, I have received no follow-up communication. The prior authorization was also never submitted to my insurance, which indicated that services likely would not move forward.
At this point, no further contact is necessary. However, I encourage you to be mindful of the time, effort, and emotional investment families make when seeking services for their children.
My child has a developmental concern that I am actively working to address, and finding appropriate support is important to our family. I spent months pursuing services because I believed your business was willing and prepared to help. Had I known the process would involve this level of uncertainty and lack of communication, I would have pursued other options sooner.
Clear communication, transparency, and follow-through are essential. I hope you will consider this feedback to help prevent other families from experiencing the same frustration and disappointment.

Our family Love love love Dr. Hession! My son loves her, she started by coming to his school and doing speech therapy and now we go to her office and her staff is amazing. So nice and friendly. My son’s speech has improved enormously and my son gets excited to see her every week.

Sounds good therapy center was referred to me by a pediatrician.
This an inspirational place, both Ms. Hession & Ms.Tsulan have an extensive & stellar resume. Their track record speaks for itself.
If your children need help advancing their expressive speech & you're not sure of where to begin, give them a call, they accept several insurance policies.
Therapy sessions are a quick blitz of 30 minutes, they make those minutes count & my child has shown remarkable improvement, though speech therapy is a marathon not a race & will require a commitment to consistency.
