This clinic is garbage! My wife was a patient at this clinic and today she was informed that she was being dismissed as a patient because the clinic was unable to reach her after they had made several attempts. And they informed her that she could never be a patient there again! She tried to explain to them that her phone had issues and she couldn’t make or receive calls. She had to order a new phone, but by then it was too late! In my opinion, they couldn’t care less about their patients! My Doctors office is in the same building, and they aren’t the best either. We’ve come to realize that medical care here in Las Vegas is seriously lacking!

I saw Dr. Aziz on 1/13/2026 and we determined I need surgery. I was told I would hear from the scheduler within two weeks of my visit. It is now 2/23/2026 and I have yet to hear from anyone and I have left 4 voice messages for someone named Fedra whose voice mail says she will return my call within 24 to 48 business hours....what a joke! I left a message on 2/11 at 12:15pm; on 2/17 at 9:25am; on 2/19 at 9:24am and again today, 2/23 at 9:20 am. None of my calls have been returned within her designated 24-48 business hour timeframe! Then I saw on these reviews a number for Clinical Relations so I called them, and you guessed it, got sent to voice mail! I love my doctor there, Chrisse Taylor, but this experience is really souring me on Intermountain Health!

My wife has been a patient of Dr. Kayla Rowles at this clinic throughout her pregnancy with our first child. Unfortunately, our experience with this practice has been extremely disappointing and, at times, alarming.

From the very beginning, it was nearly impossible to reach her OB or receive guidance outside of scheduled appointments. Over the course of nine months, we made many repeated phone calls regarding important pregnancy and health concerns, and almost never received follow-ups or return calls.

Despite these ongoing issues, my wife chose to remain with this practice because she genuinely liked her doctor; even though the clinic and delivery location were more than 20 minutes from our home. We specifically chose this location to maintain continuity of care with her OB.

We are now five days post C-section (which came after a failed induction that was recommended by her OB), this was a surgery her doctor was not present for, despite that relationship being the primary reason we stayed with this practice. Even more concerning, my wife is currently at Labor & Delivery in Henderson receiving care for post-preeclamptic blood pressure issues. She called this clinic last week and again today, urgently asking for help and guidance and once again received no follow-up.

When you are pregnant or postpartum, timely communication and support are not optional, they are critical. The lack of responsiveness from this office put unnecessary stress on an already vulnerable situation.

Based on our experience, I would strongly discourage anyone from choosing this location, especially if you expect accessible communication or support outside of appointments.

My first two annual exams were great. I moved here after there was staff changes at my previous OB office and I was treated horribly by a wretched front staff member.

This place seemed like a relief.

But lately? Not ok. They talk about the app, and message the doctor, and ask questions and go to the app…. Meanwhile, the provider sent me for labs and those labs weren’t done right (labcorp is a joke) and those labs never got reviewed with me. They were hormone labs and since they were done at different times the results are inaccurate.

I’ve also needed an urgent medication - the pharmacy has sent 2 requests, one on Saturday one on Monday.
I’ve called and asked for the medicine - was assured it would be filled asap. This is a regular medicine - not anything that is controlled.

It’s been 36 hours and nothing.

Sent another message.
No response.

What a joke. Thank God I’m not pregnant - pregnant people should avoid this place. Imagine if there were complications or concerns with your pregnancy, you really think no responses to questions and messages and pharmacy is safe or ok?

I love my doctor, but the communication from the office has been terrible! I came in the beginning of October due to pain I’ve been experiencing, to this day no one has contacted me regarding my results or follow up treatment and I’m still dealing with the pain. I have had the worst experience ever!! I had my blood test results done a month ago!! And the clinic still doesn’t have them! I have called numerous times, nobody returns my calls.
They have lost my referrals also ! I have appointments scheduled for my mammogram and ultrasound and the imaging place called me today and said they don’t have anything from my doctor although I received my referrals in the mail already and they never sent in the order and the appointment is tomorrow. I called again and they said they have no record of it !!

My wife and I are very upset with the front desk so far with our experience. The doctor and the nurse were so patient and answered our questions. We were sent to a specialist and we got our ultra sound which was fine, then the doctor (at the specialist) told us we didnt have to go back to Spring Valley for the next visit since they was sending everything over and they set up another appointment. Then We get a call from Valley view explaining we had to come back to them for the ultra sound which we explained we were told not to by the doctor at the specialist office and was suppose to go back to them today to find out the sex. We explained we wouldnt be able to make it to them on the time they had free and instead of giving us another time to go to them they pulled the referral and we now dont have a appointment to see the sex of the baby after waiting for a whole month. Nobody is explaining anything to us at the front desk, they were VERY dismissive towards my wife and they are being very short with her as well. This is our 1st baby and this is VERY upsetting since we both took work off and figured the hospital and the specialist would be in contact with each other.

After my previous OBGYN moved out of state to further her education I was referred by a friend here for Dr. Taylor. We lost a baby last year and I was told if pregnant again I need to see an OB right away. After expressing this to the office I was given an appointment weeks out. (I understand that schedules are busy) I expressed my concern for lower abdominal pain and bleeding and the OB nurse told me she would speak to the OB and get back to me.(no one ever got back to me so I guess that was not a concern) Fast forward to today I get a call 25 minutes before my appointment that the Dr. Taylor had to leave early and I will need to be rescheduled. NO THANK YOU, At this point you must be so great at your job that you should stop accepting new patients.

let me start off by saying the Doctor i seen was very nice. but.......it all went down hill when i was prescribed medication and STILL need to switch from a patch to a pill. apparently i am allergic to the adhesive and I CAN NOT WEAR A PATCH!!! i been calling since July 11, 2025!!!!!! no one has called me back and no one has called my meds to the pharmacy!!!! i think it is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS THAT TODAY IS JULY 22, 2025 AND STILL NO RESPONSE. This is the only OBGYN I have even gone to, Sheila Tack has always been amazing. Her assistant on the other hand was extremely rude. I’ve been trying to reach them since 9AM yesterday, when I finally got on the phone with them today at 1:10PM her assistant would not let me speak about what’s going on with me, Being so dismissive, cutting me off as I’m speaking. So worth the wait! I had my blood drawn and unfortunately passed out, it felt like every nurse/employee there came to help. Paige was Icing me and rubbing my back while everyone else was there to help with water etc. I felt so safe and taken care of here. I couldn’t have had a better experience during such an uncomfortable situation. As far as the doctor, he was very helpful in educating me on my options for having an easier menstrual cycle and did not push any of his recommendations for birth control etc. to hard it really felt like he was giving me options and letting me decide what to do. I also didn’t feel uncomfortable that he was male because he was very professional and understanding as far as he could be. Overall great experience and I will be back here.

Dr. Kayla Rowles started as my GYNO and now she is my OBGYN and guiding me throughout my first pregnancy. She is so sweet, attentive, patient and knowledgeable. She always takes the time to answer any/all of my questions and I can’t imagine having any other OBGYN! I love her and all of the staff at this specific location. I’ve gone to other “Intermountain” locations and will never go anywhere other than Spring Valley. From the front desk to the scheduling department to the labs… the whole staff is welcoming and warming! Love this place. 10/10 recommend :)

Shelia Tack is my OB/GYN here and she is phenomenal her wait to get in is a little long but it’s just because she is a great provider. Everybody is dying to see her. there’s a woman in the lab her name is Heather. She is by far the best phlebotomist they have at the lab. She was so gentle and patient and she’s great with a needle.

The lovely Dr. Rowles was recommended when I was frantic looking for a new OB and office since being fed up and done with my last WHASN, one of the biggest practices in Vegas I had gone to for 6 years but now very corrupt and nightmare to deal with in thrm even answer thr phone for so much as an appontment. Finding a good OB in town has become worse than any other doctor when this should be effortless for every woman to have access to. Sadly large practices with many locations like my former have many of the best OBs in the state but hire 10+ doctors having large "status" modern offices on SW near me but at the cost of having horrible vulture like and inhumane staff/manager/practices. Waiting hours at every single appointment having to take days off work for the most basic visits is absurd became they just care about making money and overbooking to an extreme and treating patients like animals. I go for basic needs and can only imagine all those that are pregnant. Trying to find alternate options with a shortage of OB isn't easy and many offices not taking new patients. I feel so lucky to have stumbled upon Intermountain Health and their SW Spring Valley location I never noticed at the medical offices right next to SV Hospital. No bells and whistles fancy office but instead a modest size clean location with AMAZING staff from front desk, medical assistant, and Dr. Rowles. I was blown away to be seen on time and just have such an effortless first visit, have yet to have such an experience in my lifetime outside of dentist offices living here all my life. Patients are truly valued and treated with respect when most vulnerable and they just run how a quality medical practice should compared to the many shady practices of the majority of well known offices caring more about money/milking inaurance over human care. Couldn't recommend this location more among this amazing doctor who glows in joy and having a passion for her career among patients she helps before profit! A+++

let me start off by saying the customer service was absolutely terrible over the phone. The woman over the phone instructed me that my appointment was to confirm my pregnancy, when I scheduled my appointment a week and a half prior I told them that I had already confirmed my pregnancy, so I expected my first visit to be a ultrasound. They completely ignored that and schedule me an appointment to confirm my pregnancy despite what I had already told them. Just a bunch of healthcare providers that wants you to pay multiple times for the same visit.

My first time to this office. The waiting area is spacious and has lots of seating. There's a television to keep you entertained while waiting.

Once called back there's several rooms. The rooms are not a tight space like at some offices.

I saw Dr. Chirisse Taylor. Dr. Taylor is friendly and gentle. She answered any questions that I had. She wasn't rushing and took her time. Nice bedside manner.

I definitely recommend her. The new patients that I recommended to her said the loved her bedside manner as well.

I’ve been seen at Intermountain health care for about 2 to 3 months now I’m currently 22 weeks pregnant and have only seen my doctor once, there have been several occasions where I felt it was urgent for me to see my doctor due to things that were going on with my body; not only did the call-center lead me to a dead-end multiple times never once contact with my doctor personally via phone or person , but eventually just told me to go to an urgent care to seek help for my OBGYN needs, in which caused more confusion and stress. Told I wouldn’t be seen STILL until my next appointment with my doctor, which was a month away. It seems that patients are not priority. This is an office that is “if the doctor/medical assistant says so it must be the case”, not asking the patient first and assessing the situation and MAKING SURE PREGNANCY IS GOING ACCORDING , as I said before, does not seem to take patients as a priority.

I felt where the doctor was polite and easy going and willing to help me the lady over the phone who set up the appointment, front desk, checkout ladies were a not. First when i asked for something online or over the phone or at least something not months and months out, to being told i don't have an appointment and pretending not to hear me correctly to and lastly when they sent my prescription somewhere i am not familiar with even after providing a location nearby my home even after i told them i am not from here and don't know where she sent it. Had to schedule an ultrasound right away and was pleasantly surprised that I could get an after-hours ultrasound at the Rancho location becuase they are open 24/7. I knew they were 24/7 for urgent care, but it was great that they schedule appointments after hours as well. I arrived about an hour early as I had another canceled appointment through work. They were able to get me in within 10 minutes and I was out of there in less than 40 minutes total. Easy-peasy!!

I scheduled my consultation only appointment approximately 2months ago. Luickly it wasn’t something I needed to be seen right away for.
However that is not why I’m giving 3 stars. When I did my pre appt paper work I was asked for payment and noticed I had an additional amount besides my co pay.
I decided not to make a an online payment and wait to talk to the office.
When I got there the I was told I owed my co pay so I asked what the extra charge was. I was told that it looks like I had a balance from 8/9/21 however I never received a notice, call, statement or advised of this balance until my appointment.
What I’m a little upset about is that back in Aug 2021 I secondary coverage and had a FSA acct that had I know I had a balance I would of paid.
If I had not scheduled an appt would this had been sent to collection?

Sheila Tack is hands down the best healthcare provider I have ever been seen by. She is knowledgeable, kind, and she listens to her patients' concerns. I drive 45 minutes to see her and I'd travel twice that if I had to.

the staff is great! got in a lil before appointment time. DID NOT have to wait forever for Dr. once I was put in an exam room. Dr. and assistant were very friendly, informative and great. The only issue I had was that a prescription was not called in like it was supposed to be, but that was truly an oversight. I am glad I found this Dr.'s office!!

I love this group. Everyone is efficient and kind plus easy to talk to - I am very partial to Ms. Sheila Tack, Nurse Practitioner. She went out of her way to give my daughter special care, assistance, and much need medical attention when she was suffering from some personal health issue. That was a few years ago and she has always remembered us. Women's health is their specialty and it shows. I love the new space and the new location. Plenty of parking and easy to access the office. 100%

I was called back very fast and was welcomed with a smile. I was very relaxed and felt at ease with the nurse getting me set up to see the MD. Once the MD came in, he was kind and asked several questions. The exam was gentle and thorough. I was in and out in less than an hour with all my questions answered.

Sheila Tack is amazing. If you are uncomfotable ding PAP she is the Best. The medical assistance was friendly, a good listener. I was impressed since you came in into the clinic, so far was one of the best I have step on it. Very organized and prepared for the Corona virus.

The people who answer the phones are the worst. I called at the beginning of November, they couldn’t get me in until Jan 18th. I ended up going to another women’s health facility. Thank goodness, cancer cells were found and Treatment started immediately. I will be almost healed by the time my original appointment with this place was supposed to be. If you’re can, please call around for better treatment.

I never wait long. I wasn't even sitting for five minutes. I have gone through a few doc. There because they have unfortunately moved, but everyone I see is so great. I see Ms. Tack now.
