I am writing to formally log a serious complaint regarding the severe lack of communication and inadequate medical care I have experienced at your organization.

I have encountered persistent responsiveness issues with Dr. Kweku Hutchful, as well as incorrect diagnoses from both Dr. Cuong T. Tran and Dr. Kranthi Veeramachaneni. Furthermore, the call center has been unable to resolve these communication issues, as they only forward messages without any subsequent follow-up. I have also attempted to escalate this matter by leaving multiple messages for Zach C. in the Patient Experience department at the corporate office, but I have not received a return call.

Due to this lack of response and the incorrect diagnoses, my condition was not addressed when there was ample time to do so. As a direct result of this negligence, I was forced to seek emergency medical attention and was subsequently admitted to the hospital.

This experience has raised serious concerns regarding the safety and viability of continuing my care with your organization. I expect a prompt response to address these failures in patient care and communication.

My kids have been patients of Dr. Margaret Hwang since they were very young, and she has always provided exceptional, high-quality care. She is kind, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her patients. Today, we also had the pleasure of meeting Kimberlee L., MA, who was friendly, helpful, and made our visit even better. Thank you both for the wonderful care you provide to my babies!

Dr. Hwang is the most amazing pediatrician in Las Vegas. We have been going to her for over 7 years. She is kind and listens to our concerns! She always follows up with us herself which I really appreciate.

Dr Hutchful is an amazing pediatrician! He saw my children that are now adults, and my daughter now takes her children to him! He's kind and attentive!

Dr Duddy was also a pediatrician that saw my eldest son who is now 32. He has also provided gentle attentive care to my granddaughter as a newborn.

The pediatric clinic here at Suthwest Medical is phenomenal! I've been taking my kids here since 1999 and now my grandkids are being treated here :) Dr Duddy and Dr Hutchful have amazing bedside manners. My family is truly thankful!
