Dr. Goebel is hands down the best doctor!! We moved out of state and fly out once a year to keep her. She's been my twins doctor since they were born 2017, she visited them in the NICU had all appointments set up as they left the hospital and she makes the kids feel calm and explains when they have questions. We truly love her.

The doctors and office are amazing, but when you call you can't speak to a real person, only leave a message. Its really annoying.

Save your time and your money coming here they blew me up through text message to confirm my appointment and needless to say it’s been almost an hour and no one has helped us i’m literally just sitting here waiting and just being ignored. Their scheduling is ridiculous and time management is horrible.

Dr Goebl is AMAZING
all the staff were kind and professional
Genuinely brought me to tears how great she was!
Only thing I can say to improve the place is the ability to fill out paperwork online and email over as a new patient! It just saves so much time!! Their website says you can do this but you can’t :(

I book my appointments months in advance and still wait an hour plus each and every time before the doctor comes in. I understand things happen....but every single time??? This is ridiculous

Absolutely worst pediatric office! Doctors and nurses are iffy depending on the location you go to. I went to Henderson location once and the nurse was behaving off, just weird and unprofessional.

There is no way to reach any office ever! You will go to a general line and get forwarded to a nurse hotline and never reach the front desk of an office location. You’ll leave a message and never get a call back on the “24/7” nurse advice line. No one answers that hotline.

If you need documents done, forget it. You won’t get a call or text that they’re finished and have to go in person every few days to check if they’re done. No way to call or be contacted by the front desk when they’re done. I’m not the only parent complaining of this, I’ve heard another parent complaining at the front desk for the same reason last time I was there.

Overall the most unhelpful pediatrician office and I’ll be looking elsewhere for my kids. We went here for Dr.Hodapp only. He’s good but the office and other Dr’s & nurses suck. Just not worth it.

They are the best pediatrics service in town. It's really hard to find good medical services Las Vegas. They are hands down the top physicians in the area.

Hoddap is amazing and a very realist as a doctor. The original staff is amazing. However, they have seemed to have hired some new people that I am not a fan of. They don't seem to realize the halls echo regardless of where you are at and that maybe they should not talk about a patience name while they are still in the building or at all actually.... her whole body language screamed irritated when she was asked to go grab something for Hodapp. She is literally the one bad apple out of an overall amazing team and really needs to be corrected or let go before she spoils it all. As my last visit really had me not wanting to go back after the comment and an hour wait to see the doctor from my appointment time only to see him for not even 5 minutes but he spent half an hour with a mom and her kids who showed up after me so I can only assume staff didn't put my paper work on the stack for him to know what order to even go in.

My kids have been seeing Dr. Hodap for a few years now since our other pediatrician disappeared. He is always helpful and attentive. I’m SO thankful to have found a pediatrician I can trust again.

Please book a different location. We were recommended Dr. Goebel from our midwives but from the very beginning we had suspicions about her care, she would make comments here and there that seemed a little out of touch, but it did not matter until at our 2 month appt. when we told her about our sons frequent stomach issues since 2 weeks old, it was to the point where every night he'd wake up moaning and crying. She brushed it off as colic, saying every baby is fussy. Luckily after a frantic portal message she did send a referral for a GI. The GI didn't help, just told me to eliminate milk and soy from my diet (breastfeeding). At the 4 month appt. we were still concerned about his stomach issues, and as I continued to describe the situation she kept brushing it off again, and I said "well with his stomach" and she cut me off and said "No you only THINK he has stomach issues!" How dare she invalidate what we have been experiencing, and why did she order the GI in the first place if she did not think it was stomach issues! Well...now my son is 14 months and we just got a CONFIRMED CORN ALLERGY, and his stomach issues are virtually gone without being infected by corn. We got a new pediatrician after that appt, one that actually got us the allergist appt and did not just ignore our concerns and symptoms.

Don't go to a pediatrician with old school practices that only gaslights you and your baby.

Dr. Heath H. Hodapp Is an absolute creep. More than once he commented on specific parts of my wife’s body, and asked multiples time about her relationship status and gave her some really weird vibes. In addition the staff that you’ll talk to on the phone (CNAs and nurses) will “give you information” about your child but not even know the age or gender. Clearly looking at wrong charts and giving out other peoples information. Save yourself the hassle and harrassment and go somewhere else.

The absolute worst. The nurses and doctors are incompetent, rude, unprofessional, and they rush you out of your appointment. Our newborn baby went there for his first week check up. After meeting with the doctor, it was recommended to do a jaundice test. After the doctor left the nurse came in, who was very unprofessional and incompetent. She went on to prick the wrong foot for the jaundice test then took well over 20 minutes to drain the blood and then at the conclusion of the test she drops the vile and spilled it ALLL over the floor. Then instead of apologizing and helping, clean up our newborn baby, she stormed out of the room angry, and did not provide any help for us or our child. Then we were told by the doctors that it was OUR FAULT that this occurred because we wanted to test for jaundice for our baby because we were concerned. Stay far away from this doctors office and these doctors. By far the worst experience, and very traumatizing for us new parents and our baby.

I love Dr. Goebel!! She has been nothing but great in supporting us whenever our kids are sick which is why they earned 2 stars instead of none.

However, the billing is a major red flag at this practice. It is cheaper to go to urgent care than it is after all of the things that billing ends up sending you. The things they did at my daughters yearly check-up weren't covered by insurance. I was notified two months later. I find it extremely disappointing that my kids going to a Primary Care Provider they love is much more expensive than going to urgent care when they are sick.

OMG NIGHT and DAY difference from any other pediatrician I've ever been too! Dr. Goebel was AMAZING! Knowledgeable, took time to educate us as parents, was hands on, and was so good with both our children. I am so happy to have found such an wonderful Dr. that allows unvaccinated children in her practice. The staff and office are also clean, professional and very nice.

St Rose is a great pediatrics practice. We see Dr Hodapp at this location and he is a very nice doctor. Knowledgeable and easy to chat with. He did a great job on my son’s circumcision, making us comfortable and explaining the entire process and aftercare. He made the procedure quick and it healed great. The practice is awesome at getting you in and out quickly. I would recommend this place to other parents looking for pediatric care

We have been seeing Dr Goebel since Jan 2016 and now my second daughter born in May 2021 sees her. Yes I had to sign the Parent Refusal Form for delaying vaccines in both of my children. We began vaccinating at 1 year. I trust Dr Goebel whole heartedly. She is so down to earth making you feel as tho she if you’re family.
I have used both the Henderson and Cheyenne locations. I definitely prefer the Cheyenne!
We’ve never waited more than ten minutes for a visit and all of the staff are very nice and have helped me with billing issues in the past.
I would recommend St Rose Pediatrics to any parents and we plan to continue to see Goebel until we can’t any longer!

My 19 month old son needed a medical statement form (physical) filled out for school so we made an appointment with our pediatrician who we’ve only seen a couple of times (we do well-visits with our midwife and have chosen not to vaccinate). I had an unmedicated homebirth, so they know I’m pretty natural/holistic. We’ve been given the refusal form before and declined it in the past. Today at St. Rose Pediatrics on Cheyenne I left crying and feeling scared and ashamed.

After our pediatrician signed his medical statement form for school, saying he was perfect and advanced verbally for his age, she left the room. A few moments later the nurse came in saying that I needed to sign the “Parental Refusal of Child Immunization Statement.” I politely said, “I don’t feel comfortable signing this form without my husband present, due to the harsh wording.” The nurse said she had to call a manager because I had to sign it before leaving. She calls her manager and says, “I have a parent here who hasn’t vaccinated her son, and won’t sign the refusal paper.” I corrected her and said, “I just don’t want to sign anything without my husband present. I can either bring home the form to discuss it with him or bring him to our next appointment. After calling two different managers, she said I couldn’t leave without signing it. I then said I respected their company policy and that we would find another practice. The second manager is then put on the phone to speak with me and still insists that I have to sign the paper and cannot leave without doing it. I stood my ground and said, “No, I’m sorry. I will not sign this paper without my husband present. No where on this paper does it mention refusal to vaccinate due to religious beliefs. I respect your decision to no longer see my son as a patient, we will happily find another practice.” She again said I needed to sign the paper right there and now. I asked what will happen if I don’t… and that’s when I started crying. So I grabbed our things, picked up my son, checked out at the front, and left in tears.

I do not think anyone should be forced or coerced to sign a paper (especially with such harsh wording) without the other parent present, let alone when already deciding to no longer bring your child to that practice. I understand that private practices and businesses have the right to refusal… I was happy to leave. Shaming and bullying a mother based on what her religious, philosophical, or moral beliefs are — is completely inappropriate. This was handled so unprofessionally.

*For the record we loved our pediatrician and have nothing bad to say about her, we know that this is a policy that the practice has. She was not around when this was all happening.

Getting a call back from this place is impossible! And they do call you back, they hang up in a instant. I’m just trying to get a referral for my daughter, is there a number that I can reach for a competent receptionis? Frustrating..

Went to this location today for the first time. Saw the always wonderful Dr. Habibi. The office is really nice and sparkling new and clean. Was in and out just under an hour with my son for sick check. It was a bit of a drive from the usual office I visit but it was so pleasant I didn’t mind. Thank you Dr. Habibi and staff!
