I like the dentist here, they did all four of my cavities and were filled. And they feel better and look great! And they aren’t so pricy like other dentists who just keep adding stuff on for a treatment plan, they are fair here. And I like that, they are trustworthy and professional. Thank you guys :) I will come here only from on. And I would love to post a before and after, after all my teeth are fixed and update once done :) 2 more sessions

I had an 11am cleaning appt. I was taken early(10:45) & was walking to my car at 11:15.
Everyone was very nice.

The doctor sees all the patients at once, instead of focusing on the person who arrives, he leaves you there with your mouth open and goes to another one and then comes back and makes the appointment go on forever, and the doctor is also brusque.

My boyfriend went in and the dentist didn't even come in and go over his with him xrays and options which indicate quite a bit of work.
They just handed him a print out and went about their day. Our family won't be going back.

I have been going here for over a year and have had great experiences every time. Dr. Nguyen is a great dentist and does an incredible job with my dental needs. I would not want to go to anybody else.

The ladies at the front desk, Diana and Dori, are the nicest people that you could possibly ask for. They are very sweet and do everything that is needed to get your needs taken care of. i wish that I could come in daily just to see them.

If you need a dentist with fair prices, compassion, and incredible skills who has the best front desk staff anywhere, this is the place for you. You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely amazing, Diana the receptionist is amazing as well as the staff. I have been coming here since 2018 everytime I have came it has been very pleasant and welcoming. Since 2018 my mom has came and got her work and her new smile as well as my husband. Absolutely amazing. I will continue to refer others and I and my family will continue this office as our family dental.

My wife was terrified to have a mouthful of extractions, as anyone would be. The office lady was so cold, rude, uncompassionate and had the bedside manner of a door. Charles Manson would have been a better choice for a receptionist, but as we all know, he is not available. In the future, maybe 🤔 you could consider this fact when hiring your first point of contact, Star Dental. Because she was not offered ANY solutions to her fear whatsoever and instead, they just referred her"out" as not to deal with my wife and her anxiety. No calm, kind words, nothing but short, cold 🥶 unnecessary behavior from the woman at the counter. I hope that this will change, people like my wife just need a little extra nudge of reassurance. (Maybe a Xanax, too.) But nothing was shown to her, and for that, I must leave word here for others having full mouth extraction that are terrified, JUSTIFIABLY. We don't want anyone else to feel as my wife did, ever. This wasted our time, she could have been finished with everything already, if she'd been dealt with in a kind manner. That never occurred. I hate to leave a distain full review for any business, But in this case, I felt in very nessessary. Good luck to others. I hope a different🤎more favorable result for you.

The receptionist is the reason I won’t be going back, the blonde lady was Extremely rude and clearly don’t know how to speak to others. First calm your masculine butt down, you look high first off, Second I talked to you in a polite manner but you obviously couldn’t reciprocate the same respect. Clearly me going somewhere else won’t break their bank but you are the reason why their losing repeat business, which by the comments looks like a lot. Dentist isn’t cheap so that’s a lot of money and if y’all charge my insurance for doing nothing but talking nasty with me we will have a bigger problem like insurance fraud.

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. THE STAFF/PROVIDER ARE EXTREMELY RUDE. THEY CARE MORE ABOUT GOING TO LUNCH ON TIME THEN TAKING CARE OF THEIR PATIENTS. This place is amazing and very good with children who have a fear of the dentist. My daughter use to fight the dentist and she was going to a pediatric dentist and they couldn’t help her and told me I couldn’t bring her back there anymore. I found this place and decided to give them a try and she loves this place. They gave her breaks and explained everything to her while doing her fillings and now she doesn’t have anxiety when I tell her she has an appointment. They work with you and get u in quickly.

The last that answered the phone was VERY RUDE!!!!! They have a sign on the bus stop that's says they do braces. She asked me what I wanted and I told her braces. She then asked if I had Medicaid. I told her no I have insurance. I asked what days can I set an appointment. She then verbally smirked and said oh no we dont do braces. HORRIBLE ATTITUDE!!!!!! BEWARE
