My family have seen Dr. Lam for years. We have no problem with her and her employee. But the recent followup visit is a shame. Their 'general manager ' Ashley Kim made a mistake and over changed us 40 dollars. Doctor let her give us a refund. And she started to perform as a judge. She first blamed us not understanding the 40 dollars exam fee mentioned in the appointment call. And then, she started slandering us, saying that we were taking advantage of the clinic by getting more than 3 times free visit. But the fact is this was our first follow-up visit after treatment at doctor's request. The lady also gave us a letter saying they would no longer fulfill their service and warranties. Mrs Kim absolutely not understands customer service and it's a shame that she works as a front desk with disrespectful attitude to her patients. If you go there, avoid this JUDGE lady who doesn't know how to do her own job.

医生和中国前台还不错，避雷叫Ashley Kim的韩国前台，乱收费还不承认，把错误推给客人身上，当着客人的面指责客人听不懂英文，占诊所便宜？难道回去做adjustment 也算占便宜？事后还倒打一耙说不会给我们服务，最起码得职业道德都没有，之前保证的保修和维护也都不承认了，不会在回去，但也不会放弃追责的权利。

I was on holiday in Las Vegas and had quite severe pain in my mouth. Somehow there had been a mixup at the original dentist that I had called and booked in with (See my other review), and I was sent to Sunrise Dental instead. Obviously when I turned up there was no record of the appointment as it was a mistake on the other dentists part. However, I was extremely pleased that they were able to see me straight away. Sunrise Dental had initially said it would be $90 to have the x-rays done, and any further costs would be discussed before work was carried out. After I’ve had the X-rays done, they needed to take more X-rays. They said that there would be no charge for this. Because I was close to the time I was returning back to the UK, I opted for a course of antibiotics and pain relief for which they gave me the prescriptions at no extra charge. I was super impressed at their ability to fit me in with no notice, and furthermore that the only charge was $90. Very pleased with the service I received.

这家店专门欺负华人不会讲英文，牙齿原本问题不解决，随便说拍片，糊弄两下，结果收了五百多，找他们要说法，还说报警，我他妈就等着你报警😉，坑蒙拐骗还占上风了！有种你倒是马上报警

So they charged me 109 (after explaining it was an emergency, massive pain in my mouth) to tell me I had gum disease, and that it would be an extra 4k to fix. Literally "these are early warning signs, we can fix this easy" and then financial came in to tell me they wouldn't help unless I could pay. Gave me a care credit pamphlet and sent me out the door. Dentists are scams.
