Dr. Wood is just as bad! I would not recommend this place to anyone! They don’t listen, they lie and blame dry skin on you feet because you live in Vegas..really. I am disabled and can’t reach my feet I do the best I can that’s why I asked before I went there to make sure they do what I needed..oh yes we do they say!! No they don’t! I ask the doctor 3 times to help his response you live in Vegas put lotion on them!!!. Very unhappy customer

I called today and was on hold 14 minutes before a human even *picked up*. When I mentioned this to Angelina, she said it was because they were SO understaffed... I said "That does not give me confidence if I am having a medical procedure at your location..."
The first time I went there, for ingrown toenail on Left "Hallux", Dr. Wood was cold and heartless. He literally did not soak my toe in anything before cutting the toenail SO brutally, carelessly and negligently that he CUT THE NAIL BED. When I mentioned that to him on my follow up, HE DIDN'T EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE ME...
I will never use Sunrise Foot and Ankle again.

The doctor is terrific, knows what he is doing, and works quickly. The front office is a nightmare, though. If you need to reschedule an appointment, or to book a new one, just forget it. They do not answer their phones and you can’t leave a message as their voicemail is always full. Just not worth it, there are too many podiatrists to waste time trying to call this one.

Would not recommend for the fact they sell products double the price you can get online,not knowing this I purchased orthotic supports for $50 got home and seen they are $23 online. I'm on Nevada Medicaid lol like I have $50 to give to any greedy business! I called the office and asked about returning them and was told there was a no refund policy and the reason she gave was basically "sanitary" reasons yet the doctor asked one of the females to get a pair unknowingly to me yet proceeded to match the supports against my feet to show how they worked I hadn't planned on purchasing them prior so wasn't that unsanitary After putting them on my feet is when he told me the cost lol so what's sanitary.I have not even used them and their more worried about non used supports vs the ones they used to show me..the ones that did touch my feet they put back in a box and placed back with the rest ,but when I asked where is that stated in the office or receipt NO RETURNS/NO REFUNDS she couldn't provide it or explain it.Had to open a dispute with Wells Fargo.

Not a very professional place at all. Twice I called to confirm appointments, and then had the front desk girls call me back days later to schedule the appointments I had already made. I confirmed with the front desk girls that no insurance pre-approval was necessary for said appointments, which they assured me.
Then, I drove all the way across town to my appointment, and the doctor told me I did in fact need insurance pre-approval. He brushed it off like it was no big deal when I told him the front desk girls confirmed it wasn't needed. It might not be a big deal to rich Mr. Doctor and front desk girls who couldn't care less, but when me and my girlfriend have to take off work for this procedure, not only once but TWICE due to your office's screw ups, it is in fact a big deal to us.
Then once the doctor did my procedure, here I am 3 months later and having issues with the exact same thing. It was an ingrown toenail removal, and he obviously didn't take enough off, it's still inflamed and in pain.
The rooms are also quite dirty, and whenever I called on the phone you could hear the other front desk girls gabbing in the background about their personal lives and/or gossipping.
I wouldn't return.

My doctor was beyond amazing. I appreciated the prompt, quick, and fantastic care he provided. The back office, the front office, and the office manager let you know your business is an inconvenience to them anytime you actually need help, or them to do their job. Despite multiple requests for simple things such as a documented name change to ensure medical records were received or my PCM still has not received a records request, nothing gets done. The phones apparently don't work, but rather than get new ones, they sigh and make catty comments about how the patient isn't talking. If I wanted treatment like this, I would stay with the VA.

Had an 8am appointment. Arrived at 7:45am to a line of about 6 people waiting to enter. Asked someone waiting if the lobby was full and that was why there was a line (this was my first visit). I was told the doors were locked. Their hours indicate they open at 7:30am. At about 8:05 a man arrived, unlocked the door without a word to anyone, immediately went in and into the back office. There was no receptionist and their phones were ringing in the background. After waiting another 15 minutes, I walked out as there was still nobody handling reception or check-in. Not a very professional office. Would not recommend...

Dr. Jermey Wood is wonderful and knowledgeable able. I never wait long to see him. Their billing practices are questionable. I have been three times and just noticed an Explanation Of Benefits for my third visit that reflects an amount that is less than what I paid as a copay. After speaking with my insurance company this has been the case with all three visits. When I called to speak with someone in billing she hung up on me when I told her I work in healthcare and know how to read an EOB. I should not have been charged more than what my insurance lists as “claimants responsibility”. I had to call back and speak to a supervisor: She told me they hadn’t received the EOB so I emailed my copy. After talking with billing I am getting a refund for the overage I was charged. Billing should have caught that overage a year ago after the first visit. I requested a detail bill of my visits for my records because I have never received anything from them that details the charges. They can’t just pocket that overage. I appreciate their attention in the matter but they need more knowledgeable individuals in the billing department.

Dr.Wood is a good doctor...but the staff... especially the person I had a conversation with in the billing department..she was rude and very unprofessional in answering questions re a bill sent to me... She was short and unable to explain why I received a bill in detail... then I left several messages and never received a response...I did call back after 3 days of waiting and spoke to the office mgr, Carmen and she explained...but otherwise I'm happy w Dr. Wood. But I think I'll find another office.

My kids had warts on their feet so I took them to him at the rainbow location and they were so scared, obviously but he was talking about fortnight and making them laugh so thankfully they got their treatment. I am writing this as I sit and wait. When I scheduled his appointment I explained to the scheduler that I have to be to work at 10 and she assured me the process will take no longer than 30 to 45 minutes so she scheduled me for 9 a.m. It is now 937 a.m. and I am still waiting. This is upsetting because I don't want to leave and have waited for nothing, however I don't want to be late for work either. Over all this experience this far is worth 1 star in my opinion.

Dr. Wood is amazing. I had an ingrown toe nail that was very painful and I was insecure about. I went to Dr. Wood and he removed the ingrown very quickly and made me feel confortable the entire time. I was very nervous, especially about the pain, but it was super painless. I went back a week later, after following his instructions on how to take care of it and my toe was healing so nicely. I don't have any pain. It used to be hard to walk, because of the pain and now I feel nothing. I'm super happy with the work Dr. Wood did and I would always recommend him!

Terrible. Not sure how this place has 5 stars (they're probably all fake). I went to this clinic as recommended by my insurance and they make you sign a bunch of paperwork before you can even chat with the doctor (yes, it's true you don't have to sign anything, but if you don't, you get no service). I kept saying to the nurse and doctor multiple times that I don't think the procedure they wanted to do was the correct one (ingrown nail removal) because I didn't have one. The doctor was very brief, cutting me off and wanting me to sign the consent saying that this would solve the problem. He removed part of my toe nail, charged me over $500 dollars for this and aside from the initial discomfort I had, I now have a lot of pain on my toe PLUS the same discomfort. It look me over a month of bleeding toe and pain to heal and I called the office several times since they said the bleeding would stop in up to 48 hours. In other words, it did not solve the problem, it made it worse and I tried to call them to see if the doctor would see me again to resolve this issue so it's fair for me to pay this amount or if they can adjust the amount I owe and the lady said "you signed a consent form, there's nothing I can do. You could have said no". This is the worst place for you to take care of your feet! I now have to find another doctor to correct what they have done and pay out of pocket as well as paying for this clinic with a bunch of unprofessional people.
