Christina J at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. Her behavior alone made me decide not to move forward with this office. Front desk staff should be welcoming and professional—this was not the case.

The staff here are absolutely amazing! I’ve been coming for a little over a year, and every single visit has been a great experience. Everyone is attentive, compassionate, and truly listens. I always feel heard and cared for. No matter the reason for my visit, they get me in quickly. When I had an emergency, they understood the urgency and my pain and fit me in the very next day. I couldn’t ask for better care. They truly are the best!

Hello everyone. Please consider this woman is the only Doctor. She and her crew will say she's nice 24/7. Yes, nicely making money from appointments she can't handle. She rushes u out after waiting 1 hrs for referrals or results. I've been going to her since 2023. I'm finally switching to a new PCP. She can care less about everyone. She will fake smile n just rush u anyhow. She's the only doctor in there. Yes, Joan Galang. It's finally over. I had enough of ur disregarding attitude about my health. I hope u stop using ppl. I pray God teaches u humility. If not professionalism. Amen.

When I first started coming here it was pleasant and I felt like I was being taken seriously about my health issues. However, last visit I attended which was about 2 weeks ago was not pleasant. For starters, the male nurse makes it a point to poke fun at me needing medical attention often and makes comments like “oh what are you here for this time” which I think is HIGHLY insensitive and unprofessional. I have been having harsh symptoms and while being quite frustrated about what I am going through and Dawn asked if “it could be anxiety.” At that moment I knew that since I’m a 23 year old female who looks “healthy” on the outside I have not been taken seriously at all. I will not be coming here again and finding care at a facility that is willing to help me in anyway they can. On top of that the referrals have not been up to par. Every specialist I have been sent to has been not so great at all. I was suppose to get a referral my last visit as well but still till this day have not heard anything from the office regarding this.

Ive been seeing Dawn for years. She’s great and very attentive to anything you may need. However , Malinda Or Merlyn , the office manager is very rude and does not care about patients concerns or questions. She should not even be answering the phone because she’s unwelcoming and very insensitive.

I highly recommend the Sunrise Mountain Family Medical Clinic. The front office staff and all medical staff are the sweetest, honest, knowledgeable, and kind, and my list can keep going; they are simply amazing! Just on my first visit, I got help for my chronic pain that I have had for 2 years! They all actually listen to their patients and never rush things.

Dawn is the NP and her consideration for patients is rude, un-caring and does not place the patient in importance. Run as I asked her to phone me for 4 days regarding my labs and her staff says I keep giving her the messages. The Doctor needs to find her employment else where.ASAP!!!!

By far the best healthcare provider I’ve ever had. Dawn has been my Physician for at least 6-7 years. Nothing less than excellent customer service, helpful staff, no long waits on the phone or for appointments. She will go out of her way to make sure your health is taken care of. Great experience! I took my two kids aged 5 and 15 to this Clinic.They accept Walk-in patients.Darlene Francisco is beyond amazing! She is thorough and patient-focused.She treats my kids very well. Dawn Galang is incredible too, she's my PCP. Staff are super friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this Clinic!!
