Super friendly staff!! I’m mean honestly nice people. Like most, I get very stressed in the dentist chair. Everyone made me feel calm. All modern equipment. All health safety precautions were followed. Everything I need to be done was explained clearly and I could see the teeth that needed work. There’s no doubt in my mind I’m not getting ripped off like the last two place I went to in Henderson.

I went to this office several times, they told me I needed 3 crowns they did a cavity, after having problems with being told I had nothing out of pocket and then being told I owed them a balance when my insurance covered 100% I was done went to a different denist I don't need crowns and the cavity they fixed wasn't done right, now I have to have it redone. They also did the same thing to my brother. If your thinking about going to them think twice

I went in for a routine cleaning that was supposed to be a zero co-pay and then when I was finished, they told me it was $59 because my Cleaning was not routine. It had something to do with the gum disease, which they never explained to me upfront and quite honestly it pisses me off. It’s not about the money. It’s about the fact that they don’t tell you upfront.

Sunstone Dental is amazing. I know that's odd to say about a dental office. The staff are all SO nice yet professional and caring. I called because I cracked a crown on a stray piece of olive pit. I'm figuring I'm going to have to wait a couple days but she said can you come in now. NOW, I was so surprised. I arrived a half an hour later and they took care of me right away. I’m a new patient, they got me in so quickly, knowing I was in pain. I didn’t wait for my appointment, they were right on time. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach a team member by phone, I’m left with no choice but to leave this review. The level of inaccessibility is unacceptable. I have already waited over 30 minutes on hold without any response, and I am currently 15 minutes into another attempt with the same result—no answer.

What’s more frustrating is the repeated generic apologies for “extended wait times” without any meaningful effort to actually resolve the issue or answer calls. I have also left three voicemails, none of which have been returned.

This pattern reflects a serious lack of responsiveness and respect for customers’ time. If you are unable to handle call volume, there needs to be a better system in place—because the current one is clearly failing.

The location is convenient, being close to our rental home & near my medical doctor's office. The Front Desk staff is welcoming. Also, this was the most in-depth dental visit I have ever experienced. Sketchy place for sure!! They promise a price for a cleaning. Once they do the exam they then refuse to clean your teeth at all unless you pay $250 (originally the cleaning was $79) . This happens while you’re already in the chair and then they refuse to do any cleaning at all and still charge your card $60… so my teeth weren’t cleaned and I paid $60. Bait and switch for sure. The office is clean, bright, and modern. Teeth cleaning was painless and fast. And the Dentist was totally relaxed and chill. Can highly recommend your teeth to their care.

Seems patient care is no longer priority! I was treated rudely by a front desk lady. No names need to be mentioned. I have been a loyal patient for many years. I received a text confirming my appointment which I made. I was told no one sent me a text. I then read the text to her!!! She then replied that the manager is working on my appointment with no explanation.
I asked for a call back from the manager as well as sent a email requesting a call.No call back and no email response. Totally ignored! I canceled my appointment and my apologies to Dr P for this review.
It is not the first time I have experienced disrespect from staff at this office.
I do not feel comfortable to recommend this facility. I hope the staff improves and provides the respect that loyal patients like myself provide. Kindness goes a long way, especially in the medical field.

Very caring and gentle dentistry. Always listen to my concerns. I have 5 different teeth that have had crowns replaced by other dentist. Had a crown put on Two teeth side by side and have never had such a great fit. Great people.
