This office is terrible. I work at another medical office and I called to follow up on a request. They picked up the phone and immediately place you on hold. I sat on hold for over 30 mins and no one came back to the phone. I then called back and begged the lady to not put me on hold and she said it’s nothing she can do about it there system is slow and has been for 2 days. That should have been explained before just putting someone on hold for a long wait time without even knowing what issue the caller is calling for. This office needs an answering service or someone with a better attitude to answer the phones. I feel sorry for the patients that have to call in or deal with this

I was sent for tests that weren’t even done by the drs because I was told they were not needed. I wasted my time and money on co pays. Two months later the important issues are.not taken care of.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Not impressed with the physician at all. She doesn't seem very knowledgeable about most things medical. Also, in my opinion, the physician should not have the ringer volume turned up on their personal cell phone and take a personal call during an appointment. In addition to this, I received a second set of lab results (not mine, but with my name and DOB) two weeks after my appointment. Unfortunately, these issues don't instill a high level of confidence, and based on them, I will not return. Very disappointed, as I was looking forward to establishing ongoing care.

My husband and I have been seeding Dr. Milo B for a couple of years now and we are very pleased with the service she provides, attention to detail, thorough and is the best listener. We are lucky to be in her care.

First time at this location and unfortunately I had the worst experience as a patience with a Doctor since I have been located here in Las Vegas. My appointment was with Beth Goldman and her mannerisms were extremely unfriendly as if she was bothered by my visit. The way she was speaking to me made me feel that much more uncomfortable. I felt as if she was in a hurry. She did not even bother to hand me my referal she had the other staff hand it to me. If they do not care to genuinely listen to the patients symptoms and only become irritated by them why bother being in practice. Hopefully this can improve for the patient who attend this location on a regular basis.
