Edit: I originally gave them 5 stars but dropped it to 2 because they said they were going to email me the results of my eye test. Almost a month later, I still never got it even though I called them 2 weeks ago asking for it.

At first it was going really good. Noticed the receptionist talking about adding things to sell like if they made commission. I should have seen that as the red flag. I got my prescription at the end and I choose the free glasses the ones I dont have to pay out of pocket because in this economy I can't go for unnecessary spending. Well the receptionist added something for $80 didn't ask for. She didn't ask me if I was interested or if I wanted to add it to my glasses just dropped it on me $80. I'm not confrontational I was just confused like girl didn't you see me pick the free one why do you think that was. I ended up paying some money down that I didn't need to spend and felt bad. That was a tank a gas, some food for my girls, something more important than glasses. I guess commission is more important than guest services. I don't want to even pick up the glasses I'll take the loss of what I paid then over pay for something I didn't even want.

Really odd experience. Was calling to make an appointment. Was told there are 2 people ahead on the line. No problem. Left me on hold for 20 minutes, I guess to wait to end of the day. Never came back on the line. Wildly unprofessional. I guess I have to go elsewhere.

Update: so I booked an appointment and they were awesome, from the moment I walked in . Love the music and friendly staff looks like they enjoy what they do. I was nervous at first cause I scheduled through the online as was told it was only a request but they were able to accommodate me. Dr. Levine is a sweetheart , great at what he does. Complete turnaround from the first interaction over the phone . 👍👍👍

This is the worst place that I’ve ever been to. They literally never called me when my glasses were done. I had to call them. They didn’t at all shaped them to my face. They made me pay $50 $50 for him and when I have like state insurance, which you know I’m already broke obviously, and they were super rude. The only good part about it was the eye doctor. The actual doctor was very polite and very nice and very kind.

Brought my aunt here for an appointment, the staff was beyond courteous, kind and professional. throughout the appointment was they were very kind and accommodating for a wheelchair bound visitor. The staff thoroughly explained what’s included in her insurance, and any co-pays. The doctor was also very nice and even took the time to take into account any medical issues that could effect the eyes. Additionally I was blown away that they can have glasses ready with in the same-day.

after about a year of living in vegas & not finding anyone to take my insurance, i finally found the eye doc which took my insurance. kayley, andrea, & karen were all so helpful & friendly. they were cracking jokes with me to make me feel comfortable & ease up on my anxiety for being in a new place. it was all a welcoming experience from the get go. the eye doc on craig!! will definitely make this my go to eye doctor!!

I would have been a new patient but when I called and followed the prompts to make an appointment the system is set up to just hang up on you without any message of explanation. Then it sends you a text message from the Saint Rose location, despite the fact that I was calling the North Las Vegas location. This system is ridiculous and frustrating and nobody has texted me back.
