Awesome experience! I’m really glad I finally started taking care of my dental health here.

Claudia at the front desk was fantastic. She was super thorough, welcoming, and helped me get my next appointment scheduled before I left.

The dental assistant was awesome as well and did a great job with my photos (didn’t catch his name, but he was great).

Dr. Gizelle was quick, clear, and explained exactly what’s going on and what happens next. I felt informed and taken care of.

They were voted Best in Las Vegas last year and I can see why. Highly recommend

I don’t do well with dentists in general but Dr “G” (Gizelle) has been amazing throughout the entire process of getting a partial denture. She is professional, patient, reassuring, and thorough, and pays attention to detail.

I have been pleased with the entire staff from “Q” and the other dental technicians/assistants, all the way to the ladies at the Front Desk, Scheduling, and Billing.

I would highly recommend seeing Dr G for your dental needs.

I have no words to express the level of expertise, experiential base, education, and caring compassion/artistry that I have been so blessed to be receiving here at Image Dental & Orthodontics/Silver State Smile. If you could only see what walked into their office, that day on an emergency basis. Dr. Kotler saw me immediately and did primary assessment to address the infection. Then, the amazing and knowledgeable Professionals in the Office Arena figured out how best to deploy available finances to actually remediate the root cause of my dental issues and how to construct/reconstruct my mouth - to have a smile again! Dr Giselle is a Dental Engineer's Engineer. So at the top of her field of expertise - and moreover, she CARES. Her knowledge and talent/experience and education ....She determines the best path forward and then creates the impossible - she makes the impossible happen. This is real - not fancy words, reality. And I am beyond grateful. I'll add photos when the work is completed.
Dental Assistant Lorreda, Jacqueline, and Will, worked as right hand Left hand to Dr. Giselle. Adriana, and Jeannette...everyone's expertise created an enriching environment. Again, these words are mine, they are real...no hype. The damage, the infection, the pain, and less than acceptable teeth are gone. I have a healthy mouth with lovely teeth. Dr. Giselle's work, from traditional dental procedures, to reconstruction, to cosmetic...is Masterful. Let me start off by saying don't look anywhere else for your dental needs . Dr. Gizelle and her amazing staff are angels in disguise. I was able to book my appointment with ease and got in next day . They handle it all from simple cleaning to emergency tooth extractions . If you're looking for a warm, family feel environment with exceptional care don't hesitate to visit them. I came to this dentist office after a bad experience w another place, so I was nervous to start. As soon as I walked in, all of the staff made me feel completely at home! At no point did I feel like just another name on a list! I felt like part of the family! Dr. Tran did a fantastic job on my teeth. He made sure I was comfortable and pain free from beginning to end and got me in and out pretty quick. I had a great experience at this dental office and my teeth look and feel amazing! My eight implants were ABSOLUTELY worth the short-lived discomfort! Dr. Tran was so patient, made it easy to talk to about my concerns, and… his hands were amazingly light and precise during my dental procedures! I didn’t know that was possible in a dentist. He answered all of my many questions and made me feel so comfortable before, during, and after my implants. He handled me with such care. Everyone who worked alongside him was very professional – from the receptionist to billing to his various dental assistants. I cannot give Dr. Tran enough accolades. He is my dental “unicorn.” I cannot recommend him enough!

I couldn’t say enough great things about this office. I cracked my tooth, 11/10 pain. Being in NV for a few months on business, my insurance only covers half out of state. I opted for extraction. Seeing that I was only 25 and did not want me to lose the tooth, Dr. Hoang took the initiative to get me approved for insurance only; her efforts saved me my tooth and $600 until I could get back to NY for full coverage. The girls at the front, Adrianna and Shanick, were incredibly sweet and understanding, doing everything they could to find solutions. Finally, Dr. Kapel, who performed the root canal, was a gem. Not only is she a phenomenal dentist but she’s a bright and fun person all around. The whole experience from start to finish was terrific; great people, great work; if I could give more stars, I would.

So the front office lady is really rude. Like she can't be bothered. Every time I come here she is rude. My temporary crown broke off I show up for my appointment & because the phones were down my Dr left???.
The worst part is they won't even give me a note for my job to show that I atleast showed up to my appointment. After my dental work is done my next appointment, I will be leaving to find a different dentist because of the front office. No one should ever be that rude.

Been coming to Image Dental for the past few years, and I'm floored every time I show up. Staff super friendly knows you by name the dentist or top notch get you in and out in a jiffy. Everybody has really soft hands I've never experienced the lick of pain when I showed up for either my crowns or just a basic cleaning. Highly recommend 100%.

I found Image Dental about 8 months ago. Dr Jaramillo-Lyoubi has done 2 major procedures. Both completely exceeded my expectations. This last one took 2 months. We took my dad to image dental for examination, he is 70 years old, he had to teeth at all, he has been like that for over 10 years it was very hard for him to eat what he love to eat, we thought the only option was traditional dentures, so they introduce us to the forever smile plans and we where astonished, we decided to do the forever smile 12 upper and lower. I wish you can see my dad now!! Procedure took one day only, next day he was able to eat! We are very happy and he is even more his smile change dramatically not to say his eating habits, we are very grateful of what forever smiles can really achieve to change a life stile. THANKYOU!
