Was in a lot of pain and decided to try a new chiropractor… I saw Dr. Daniel and he gave me detailed assessment and gave me specific instructions to do at home, you can tell he is very experienced and very knowledgeable . I joined the Kickstarter program on his recommendation and let me tell you going consistently 3 times a week for 2 weeks then 2 times a week etc has made an incredible difference in my healing. I’ve been going to The Joint for the last month and it has really made a difference with less back pain. For the last few years I’ve been dealing with sciatica pain on my left side to where I could barely walk at times. I played a lot of golf before I started to have back issues and it really upset me I could only play once or twice a month. So I started to see a chiropractor which helped me get through the month but was very expensive. A friend gave me a suggestion to go to The Joint and they have a program with a military discount which I could afford to go on a weekly basis. All the Doctors there are very good and have gave me the pain relief I needed. Dr. Danial is very good and takes the time to ensure you understand what he is doing and how you can get to feeling better. I can’t recommend this place enough! I originally came to the Joint Chiropractic bc I was in so much pain and honestly didn’t know what else to do. Normally I don’t let men touch me, doctors included, so I was very nervous about seeing a chiropractor for the first time. But Dr. Daniel completely changed my perspective. He took his time, made me feel comfortable, and really listened as I explained where my pain was and how it was affecting me.

Disappointed with this location. Dr Handelman was the primary Doc here for years, and the main reason I continued to go here. Recently they moved him around and brought in someone new, since then I have only been to this location once as I left feeling worse than I went in. I have been to multiple joint chiropractic offices on schedule visits a couple of different times over the years whenever necessary. They’ve always been quick professional listen to what I have to say and done a great job. I should be more regular instead of waiting until it’s too bad And making them work twice as hard.

But hey, I am who I am and I’ll do what I’ll do and joint chiropractic takes care of me too.

I would like to give an extra shout out to Joy who is always a pleasure to talk to. She is very patient very kind very understanding and is angry and is irritated as I can be with my own pain in my own frustrations, which are usually cured once I get there. However, Joy, is never judgmental or upset that I am not as cordial as I could be. The docs have all been great at every location and I cannot say I ever felt like a number or anyone was brushing me by because I had a daily/weekly contract paid in full.

I have had encounters at the front desk or whomever was answering phones and handling customer service, on more than one occasion.

Joy has,have and hopefully will continue to be such a pleasure to deal with even when you are not at your best and she cannot solve the problem herself, she is human and it feels like she cares and wants to help.

This is huge today in my opinion. Some of the Joint employees have no business answering the phones.

If you are on lunch, working on a patient or just woke up on the wrong side of the bed… well, fake it really well and go for an acting job or tell your boss you are off and see if they are worth working for.

Everyone has to have everyone’s back.

I walk in crooked,in pain and having a hard time walking. When Dr Handelman is finished with me I'm able to move freely! What a relief!! When I say you can walk into this place and feel the love feels like family and the front desk customer service worker she’s amazing such a sweet heart. The doctor is very kind and is very knowledgeable and he will get you in fast and out fast and will pop pop them bones fast. ***Don't use Dr Michelle Milman*** concider this a public services announcement. (Check other reviews too) He really hurt my girlfriend. My experience was just barely better. This was my first upright neck adjustment in 20+ years and I left in more pain than I came. She is in agony and I'm fearful. The back adjustment was also very aggressive, unnecessarily aggressive! He also argued with me that I should go to physical therapy for my tennis elbow. Hello!! I am at the chiropractor for a reason! All the other doctors that have treated me have left me feeling better!I have been getting adjusted for years and years! This is the worst adjustment I ever received. I will never let this man touch me again! I'm praying that my girlfriend feels better tomorrow.

The Joint Chiropractic Is absolutely amazing. I could barely walk or sit or stand when I got there due to sciatic pain. I left being able to stand up straight and walk. I know they’re not miracle workers and I know this is a continued path of going but for my first time 10 stars. If anyone has a thought in their mind that they should see a chiropractor absolutely go. If you have neck, pain, joint pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, back pain, any kind of pain I would suggest going here!!

I came in around 2:15 PM, well before their 4 PM closing time, hoping to be seen as a new patient. There was no receptionist, When a male chiropractor finally came out, he looked at me like, 'What do you want?' I told him I was there for services, and he was pretty rude about it. He explicitly said, 'I have two other new patients ahead of you, so I don’t know if I’ll get to you. You can wait if you want.' I decided to wait.Even the other waiting patient was like, 'What the heck?

A few minutes later, the receptionist came out, and after checking in another patient who had a 2:30 appointment, she told me they wouldn't have time to see me. I pointed out they don't close until 4, but she still said no.

To top it off, after I went to my car (parked right out front), I saw four more people go in and check in after me.I needed help for my sciatic pain its difficult to sit and drive, and they just didn’t seem to care It felt completely disorganized and dismissive. Definitely not a place I’d recommend or return to."

The doctor who works on Sundays is extremely rough, will grab and snap your neck while you are sitting upright w/o any warning, he has zero customer service. I literally was holding back tears and could not get out of there fast enough. Similar to other poor reviews I’m in pain post my experience and was told it was my fault in so many words. I’ve been going to many different Joints for 10+ years in many different cities I’ve live and this by far has been the absolute worst experience.

I haven’t been to a chiropractor in a long time, but I pulled a muscle in my neck while working out. Dr Handelman was able to realign everything so my neck isn’t stiff or sore anymore. *EDIT* This is changed from a 2 star review as the company has heard my complaints. I have found great care from Dr. Handelman. I see him once a week religiously. His adjustments reset me for another work week every time. 5 stars to him. However, as someone who works weekends I sometimes need a second visit in the middle of my work week. I have gone to 4 separate locations in northwest Las Vegas on weekends, and I find the doors locked with no notice. It is infuriating to see posted hours, emails saying locations are open, and going within the posted hours to be turned away. The company is ok with charging me an extra $10 after my allotted visits (and I’m ok with that too), but gives no courtesy when I don’t use my full visits. It’s worth considering before signing up, and considering (as I am) to go elsewhere to find care.
