Went back to The Joint, at a time they were still taking people, a little hesitant I saw, but then having to fill out paperwork as corporate office increased the senior price on us another $10 and stricter on closing of last person to take was the issue earlier. Was able to get good adjustment but not the notes same day.
I come by after really hurting to needing desperate adjustment from playing sports and was turned away 15 min early before closing stating there is ONE doctor there and he has 6 people to adjust so I asked the person at the front desk if could call another Joint on Grn Valley and he did stated no one answered. I went to Grn Valley, Joint Chiropractor and noticed Dr Jackson and another staff standing there not working as I showed up 3 min before closing and said they couldn't take me due to they're closing and said I've been away for a year have to fill out paperwork, etc. I would think if they're doing business to customer, we're #1, not #2, that they're closing for the day is #1. If someone was suffering from back injury they turned me away even as a military veteran! What kind of people do we have here who can't be compassionate even made it on time before closing to turn people away like this?

Went over the weekend to get adjustment then couldn't get the brief notes that I usually get from dr so I came back Tue to get it and felt I was dismissed by the girl upfront from getting my copy as most times don't have issues getting them but she waited on person after me when I said I was in a hurry and I had to go so I called back up today, Thur, spoke to same person I saw Tues seem there were misunderstandings of my request when most times I get the.notes and pay them then be on my way. i think sometimes communications is the biggest issues in NV.

This happened yesterday but for most part, Cheyna from this location of The Joint was very helpful in getting back to me on questions I had for other location that I tried writing to but they never off Sunset location responded so the one on Pebble Rd off Green Valley, Henderson, NV had worked with me till she got the answers. I am grateful of her to help me out due to my issues that I"m trying to treat. Thank you again, Cheyna…Well done and keep it up!!

It's very frustrating but this place has a really good sales pitch but sadly I believe it's a scam. After 3 months trying to go here and walking into rooms full of 30 people waiting for one chiropractor, I was forced to cancel. I lost a lot of money and only saw a chiropractor a couple times in 3 months because they're always too busy, kind of like the DMV or social security office. They take the money but they don't provide the service and that's what I call a scam.

A great place to get my back straightened out! I'm a distance runner and I haven't been doing the stretches I need to do to keep my body in the best shape possible. I used to love coming to this location when Dr. Cox was there. I’ve tried on 3 different times recently, and all visits were not beneficial. Dr. Rusty was very nervous in my neck adjustment which made me nervous the first time back, the second time I tried, they only offered to adjust my spouse with the tool after a SI joint injury. We had to take him to the sunset location for him to actually get relief. I tried them a 3rd time. Got there at 4:30pm and sat in the back for 20 minutes before the blonde front desk lady rudely told me that if I want to get adjusted I need to fill out paperwork. She said because it was now 4:50 she couldn’t see me that day and I needed to come back the following day. They didn’t close till 6… so I called the sunset location and yet again they saved the day. I did my paperwork in 5 minutes and got adjusted all before 5:30.

The green valley location is a joke and needs some serious changes in management.

First time at this Joint office. I have been to offices in Florida, Texas, and Oregon. I always receive great treatments. But this treatment was by far the best I have had at a Joint office. Dr. Jackson was kind, thorough, and listened when I talked to him. The adjustment was fabulous. I feel my best adjustments are from Palmer graduates. And Denae at the front desk was amazing. So pleasant, knowledgeable about services, and never made you feel rushed. My husband signed up for package and she walked him through setting up the app on his phone and explained all the features. She is definitely an asset to the office. Highly recommend this office.

This place is amazing! Danae was very nice and welcoming whenever I came in and very helpful when I first signed up. I've been having alot of pain throughout the years and I've gone to a chiropractor a very long time ago and tried different things. I am sharing this because I believe patients deserve to feel safe, respected, and confident that their personal information will remain professional and confidential.

After receiving treatment at The Joint Chiropractic, a chiropractor used information connected to my patient profile to locate me on social media and pursue personal communication that I felt was inappropriate and crossed professional boundaries. The situation made me extremely uncomfortable and caused significant emotional distress.

As someone who has experienced past trauma, this situation affected me more deeply than I can fully explain. What may have been dismissed by others as “not a big deal” left me feeling unsafe, anxious, and violated in a place where I should have been able to trust the professionalism of my healthcare provider.

I reported my concerns to management hoping the situation would be taken seriously and handled appropriately. While the manager did speak with me, I left the conversation feeling unsupported and discouraged after hearing responses focused more on surprise or disbelief than on patient safety and privacy concerns.

I also attempted to contact corporate multiple times and left voicemails explaining the situation, but I never received a response or follow-up.

Patients should be able to trust that their personal information will only ever be used for their care. This experience left me deeply disappointed and uncomfortable continuing treatment there. This review reflects my personal experience and how the situation affected me.

I used to go to the Joint years ago but Dr. Brim is now at a North location so I was in need of some chiropractic care today, and decided to try a new location where I met Dr Rusty Donofrio. I came in with a really jacked up neck; could not even look to the left. Dr. Jackson gave me an amazingly effective adjustment which gave me tremendous pain relief, and immediately increased my mobility.
Prior to the adjustment he explained to me what he diagnosed to be going on with my neck, and he demonstrated what he was explaining with an anatomical model, and he told me what he was going to do. This was really helpful. I felt confidence in his knowledge, and was very relaxed when he did the adjustment. He is very personable, put me at ease, and was professional yet relatable.
I am going back for a second adjustment tomorrow.
Also, I was a walk-in, from out of state. The receptionist was lovely, the initial process not complicated, and I'm so grateful that I was able to be seen so quickly.

3 star is solely for the chiros at this location. Rest is mediocre at best. Tonight though, I just have to say it, as a member over 15 years, disappointed to see the closure at 6pm now versus 7pm. I am in desperate need of an adjustment. It’s the reason I’m a member, later hours and weekends. Why be like the other in-office chiros? They spend their time with you, charge the same and have similar hours. What’s the point of difference anymore?

Dr. Ciro is my absolute favorite chiropractor. I follow him to whichever location he’s working at because he’s the only one I’ve found who can adjust my lower back properly. He’s shown me stretches that help with the tightness in my back, too. Overall, I can just tell he’s an expert. He’s thorough and he truly loves what he does. He’s usually at the Eastern and Richmar location, but today I came to the Sunset Station location JUST to see him! Find him. Trust me. He’s the best.

Absolutely love Dr. Rusty and the front desk receptionist, they were both very kind and explained everything. Dr. Rusty especially took his time unlike everyone else I've been to, pain management, physical therapy, orthopedic and previous chiropractors I've tried everything. I know it will be a road to recovery but I'm confident in Dr. Rusty hes very knowledgeable and even suggested some natural supplements to help with inflammation and other benefits. Just after 1 visit I felt so much relief. THANK YOU to him and his staff!

The doctor I saw today was rude and touched my face with dirty hands.

His hands smelled horrible, like he had just smoked and forgot to wash his hands. Only, he was with another patient before me.

Furthermore, he was sarcastic and demeaning. He put words in my mouth and didn’t let me explain what was going on before he gave me snarky comments regarding his assumptions about me.

I’ve never been to the joint before this experience but went out of extreme pain and desperation on a Sunday as my normal chiropractor was closed. Next time, I’ll just wait.

Front desk is rude and chiropractor is rude. We came in and let them know someone gave us a call and scheduled an appointment for us. The front desk laughed and said they don’t do appointments and it was a robot. We explained it definitely wasn’t a bot. We asked if we could still get seen and she just kept cutting us off and laughing when we’d respond to her questions. The chiropractor skimmed our intake forms and made an assumption that my significant other injured himself at the gym and he kept making awkward jokes and made the entire situation very uncomfortable. He kept saying he was a doctor for years. Chiropractors are not medical doctors. I went with my significant other and he didn’t allow him to explain because he kept making jokes. My significant other asked me to speak and the “doctor” told my partner to walk away and speak to him and said, “are you an adult?” He kept putting words in my significant other’s mouth and not letting him finish but instead assuming what he was going to say or meant.

I didn’t think The Joint was like this as it came highly recommended by so many other people so maybe it’s just this location. I wouldn’t recommend. It took almost an hour of before any adjustments actually happened.

I was in the office already, sign said open. The receptionist said "Do you want something? ". Then the doctor came out and asked if I could come back at 2:30 so they could have lunch. I've been in the service industry for years.... if the customer enters before the door is closed/ locked, you serve them! This coupled with going to the Joint on Eastern earlier the same day only to find there was no doctor there and a receptionist who simply said the information is on the door REALLY made me question this company as a whole... and this was not the first time I had experienced that there. The reliability of this company is seriously lacking as of lately. I will be looking at other options for chiropractic care from this point forward with no intention of giving another red cent to this establishment.

Very nice and helpful ladies at the reception counter, in my opinion that is the most important job at any company. The first impressions, especially when you're in pain, are huge!

The doctor was very nice. He listened to me so he could understand my problem and then offer solutions. I don't normally like or trust chiropractors to give me adjustments, but this doctor was gentle yet effective. Very pleased with my experience.

Went in and had an adjustment done last week.. I can hardly even move my body now or even get out of bed!.. it’s more worse than it was before! And they didn’t even do an X Ray to see what was wrong before even adjusting. I should have not even proceeded & Definitely won’t be coming back here

Mr. Smith has arrived. this is similar to when the Beatles came to America. And due to Mr. Smith’s incredible chiropractic work on me in the past, I would be able to chase after the plane. Mr. Smith is hands-down, the best chiropractor around, and I am willing to inconvenience myself an extra four minutes to see him in this new office. For my first time ever seeing a chiropractor I found this experience VERY uncomfortable.. if I could give zero stars I would. Dr SMITH was so quick and didn’t seem like he even cared to be there or my concerns I was first time visitor and once I was back there it took 20mins for the whole thing and he smelt like a gym sock and was breathing in my face after his lunch..there was no xray done on my back so how can you even know what’s going on or what you need to fix he did 5 basic potions wasn’t worth the $45 …The very first thing that made me uncomfortable was the fact that I DID NOT HAVE PRIVACY, there is a lobby in the front then the “back lobby” where you will see 3 tables and about 10 seats that are filled with people and they get to sit there WATCHING YOU and LISTENING to you talk to the Chiropractic Dr. during the WHOLE appointment while you talk about your needs concerns and I would say personal information about my body and my pain and how this pain came about. I didn’t feel comfortable enough to even express my concerns on why I’m there because I have an audience right behind me. The second thing is As a female being put in awkward positions, I don’t want men sitting behind me Watching me get bent around there are some serious weirdos out here in the world and to think I have to have my body in vulnerable positions for this audience to watch..is disgusting!!!
