I LOVE the neck and back clinic. A couple months ago I got into a car accident on the 15 and was really hurting. I came to neck and back and they quickly gave me exercises and resources to begin feeling like my best self. I have now been going here for a little bit and I am feeling so much better. All of the individuals who work here are amazing and genuine. they are always willing to move appointments around and accommodate to my busy schedule as well.

The front desk staff were very nice, especially on the days my a/c wasn't working! The ladies in the back: Kamari and Rosie were there supporting me on day one and my final visit. They were always friendly, genuinely concerned, competent and they treat you like a patient (not a number). The medical massage therapist had to be my favorite part of my visits. The only days I didn't have a headache after my accident were the days I spent 10 minutes on her table! Dr. Heath is truly the most knowledgeable in his field - hands down! He referred me to where I needed to go ref: pain management and getting MRIs, in a very timely manner. Dr. Heath had an informative answer for every question and concern I had throughout this journey (and I had plenty). Thank you to everyone at the Alliante location!

I was in a lot of pain with no hopes of getting better but with consistent therapy with all the pain, which I had to do just because my only concern was to feel better at the end of it all. Friendly staff especially Mary at front desk accommodating my schedules. Tech Angel was wonderful, provided best heating modalities. Patrick was great in his massage techniques and hit trigger points snd alleviated my pain, Dr Jennifer Francisco was professional asking my pain level unfortunately not able to provide the alignment and manipulation I needed as planned. She seemed to hesitate to address my neck pain and be more aggressive with her chiropractic services although I gave her my feedback. When Dr Allen and Dr Humphrey saw me when she was not available, I received a better manipulation technique and adjustments that relieved my headaches and extreme pain. I was able to get a better sleep.

Two stars because the office and PT ladies are so nice. If you are just looking to increase your medical for a lawsuit you've found the place. They are great at creating charges for your claim. The doctors weren't helpful at all. Well except the one that was passing through as a sub who was on her way to the Vet Center. The only work the doctors performed was paperwork, and it seems their time could have been better spent. My therapy included basic exercises and massage. The doctor insisted with their continued support my injury would heal. 3 months, multiple visits per week, with only 2 chiropractic adjustments, I was told they couldn't help me anymore and they had no referrals or ideas what I could do next. Just a thanks for visiting, now there's the door kind of attitude.
If you have a ligitament injury and not playing the accident/ lawsuit game I suggest you find another place that takes your pain and injury seriously. That was almost 10k for nothing.

If you value your physical therapy experience or recovery, don't come here, try Affiliated P.T. instead and here's why... they treat their customers like they are a bank in that new people attending their facility are treated with more care than the returning ones that have been there the longest. They do not take any kind of lasting interest in your case as I attended this place over the span of about 6 months... I felt like going there was like a dairy cow going to work in the morning, there isn't a single person that guides you through the physical therapy process what they have is a bunch of different "stations" and move you from one to the other until they have your whole card filled in with treatments and signatures that they can bill your insurance for. At least, when I was treated by Affiliated physical therapy they were always invested in my experience guiding me through each exercise and strech, actually showing interest in my recovery.
