Went to the Sunset location after a car accident left me with neck and upper back pain. The staff were friendly and the doctor took the time to go over what happened and explain the treatment plan. I didn’t feel rushed. The office was clean and appointments stayed pretty much on time. Would recommend if you’re dealing with similar accident-related issues.

I’ve had such a great experience with my neck and back therapy after my recent accident. Everyone here is incredibly professional, kind, and thoughtful. They truly treat you like family. From the moment you walk in, you feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged to express your pain, worries, and concerns without judgment.
I absolutely love Dr. Pete!! Probably the funniest guy ever, but he’s amazing! He’s not only highly experienced and knowledgeable, but he takes his time to explain everything and genuinely cares about your recovery.
And an honorable mention to Alma, Claudia, Amber, Andre, Zarryah and Co! They are all so wonderful, attentive, and uplifting. This team has made a difficult situation so much easier, and I’m genuinely grateful for their care!!

Great staff, very attentive and kind. Albert, Angie and Joseph are the bomb! Joseph is is the physiotherapist and he is excellent! He is an expert at body work! Front office staff is very accomodating and courteous. The doctors actually spend time with you and prescribe individual therapy for your exact needs. They knew I am a therapist and needed to get my neck, arm and hands back to 100% asap as this accident really messed me up so they came up with a real good plan for me. Unfortunately my sessions are no longer as my attorney is finalizing my demands. If I ever need therapy again this will be my spot! Adios amigos. 🙋

Showed up at my appointment time for my first appointment. Filled out their paper work (no way to do it online before and it’s a phone book long) then waited 40 minutes and no one came to take me back. 7 people came in after I filled out the paper work and all went back before me. When I asked the desk why I was still waiting the response was they were waiting for a room for me. My question was why are all these people getting a room when I’m sitting here in dire pain. She asked me if I wanted to reschedule. Why would I want to come back and site for 40 minutes again?

I left called my attorney and found a new practice.

They lost my business. I’m sure they are rich enough and won’t miss it

Edit: the clinic now claims I showed up 2 hours early for my appointment and that they were “happy to accommodate me” if I was 2 hours early why didn’t the desk mention it? I guess as well as making me wait they make mistakes with scheduling. I had an appt the day before at 1030 which I changed to 8am the following morning. I would have never made a 10am appointment as I didn’t have a ride for that time and can’t drive on pain meds.

I would highly recommend anyone to this clinic if your needing to see a Dr.! It' not always easy getting to such frequent appointments, however they were ALWAYS flexable and worked w/ me! The young girl who answers the phones was ALWAYS nice and welcoming! The girls that help you w/ the physical therapy and massages always ask how your doing, wait and actually listen to your response. They genuinely care. Then you get to the Dr.! He is amazing! He was always professional, understanding, patient, kind and compassionate! There was a closer clinic to me that I had originally started out with, but I commuted an additional twenty minutes to stay at this particular location because of the staff here! Thank you to this wonderful team who helped me at a very vulnerable time and needed it the most!

The whole office staff is amazing. I was in a head on car accident and they just are amazing. The help and treatment oh & the therapy massage by Grace she’s amazing & helps every time I have an appointment. It hurts bit she does it in a way that it will feel a little better.
It is hard to find good customer service and feeling welcomed when you come to there office.

These guys know what their doing! Dr Henderson and his team of Dr's and therapist including his office staff have been very pleasant and friendly. They recommended that chiropractic practices are not suggested on me being I have had recent back surgeries. These guys are the best. I'm up and moving around. Even took an easy drive in my buggy with my misses. It will be a long road to recovery but blessed by all the cars I've gotten so far from an amazing team of professionals.
