I had not been here in about four years, but after a nearby appointment was canceled, I walked in around 2:00 p.m. hoping they might be able to help me. The staff welcomed me immediately, got me checked in with the doctor, and made room for my annual eye exam without any hassle.

The entire team was outstanding. The doctor was excellent, the staff was friendly and professional, and the eyewear specialist at the front was superb.

They have called me every year to remind me to schedule, and I have politely put them off each time. Yet when I finally walked back in, they treated me like their best patient. That says a great deal about the way they value people.

A true 10/10 experience. Highly recommended!

The reason I will not be coming back is they glasses were very overpriced and when I asked for just my prescription, the vibe automatically shifted and then I wasn’t provided my PD in the prescription. When I called to ask about that, they said it’s only provided when I buy their glasses.
I won’t be back. I have never had this problem at Clear Vision and their prices are way more reasonable. You pay for an exam and a perscription it should belong to you, not held for ransoms. Way bad business in my opinion.

The doctors are good but the staff are horrible. You have to submit 3 requests just to get any records. They ordered my contacts without a stigmatism so I was seeing double once they arrived. I was warned before going here by two people but I ignored the red flags because they have nice glasses, however it’s a horrible experience trying to get them. I actually reported them to the BBB. I even overheard my coworkers talking about them and when I asked which center I laughed when I found out it was this location.

Vanessa called me and told me that I am being entitled and want special treatment because I am pretty. Whole time my eyes have been blood shot red from the contacts they ordered and each time an order was placed, my insurance with eyemed that is on file with their office was never billed. Don’t fall for this company and their bad customer service. They could honestly care less and their staff sucks!

My daughter had mentioned she was struggling to see the board across the room at school one night. I've been going to the same eye doctor for years... but my husband starting going to Dr. Chiodo about 4 years ago. I've always liked my eye doctor and never thought about changing, however I went with my husband to The Vision Centers and had an eye exam with Dr. Chiodo. I'm SO glad I did! I've never had such a thorough exam and someone who really cared about making sure I left there with the perfect contact lenses - he tried several different prescriptions to see which was clearer for me. His assistant also helped me find the perfect pair of glasses! Dr. Chiodo is the absolute best eye doctor there is. It was a no-brainer to make the switch to him! I will never go to anyone else! Thank you!!!

The doctor is great. But after your glasses arrive, they don’t make sure they fit or anything. They basically hand your glasses to you and you’re on your own. If your glasses are crooked, you need to figure out how to bend them yourself! My wife had the same problem when she got hers… in summary, don’t expect the typical “let’s check and make sure you can read and your glasses fit on your face correctly before you leave” support. Mine are very crooked as well.

I hate leaving negative reviews but here i am and honestly not mad at this point anymore. Just disappointed, went in before Thanksgiving i was told they were gonna give us reference to see an ophthalmologist. Info was to be given to me the next day since they were having tech issues the day we were in, i even offered to just make the phone call myself so they dont have to. Next day roll, i called and they said they are still having computer issues and that they will send the info soon as its up, but got nothing that day. The following week i even waited couple days and called them on a Wednesday instead to ask for the same info, again i was told it would be delivered within an hour they will just make sure that all the notes and medical terms we're correctly written, I said ok fine. To this date i still have yet to receive anything. Honestly i could have walked into their office to ask for the info but at this point why bother? Why do i have to keep chasing your office or hunt for information? You took our money you were supposed to deliver and didn't. If we get anymore bill from your office best believe that we will not be spending any more dime in this office. So i would avoid this place if you can, but if you are already an established patient and like them, good for you.

I had called around a few optometrist locations near me to schedule an appointment for an eye exam. All of them had appointments a month out, except The Vision Center, they had availability that same week. I am glad I choose this place, staff was great, the Dr took his time to make sure eye prescription was perfect. I purchased prescription glasses and contacts from them. Glasses were available after about a week, I have a really high prescription with astigmatism so my contacts would take longer to come in, once received they reached out to make an appointment for fitting and for the Dr to verify prescription was 100%. I have never wore contacts before, Gaby was very patient to teach me how to insert contacts remove and how to care for my contacts. All staff was friendly and helpful.

The demeanor of the whole office staff were very professional. On my appointment date I was greeted with smiles and while waiting for my turn, i was able to browse the attractive displays of various brands of eyewear. Needless to say, after undergoing the needed eye tests, Shay helped me and my wife with the process of getting the right pair of glasses. The big surprise was when she mentioned that our insurance will cover our prescription glasses.
