My appt was at 2:00. I got there early, was seen immediately and walked out at 2:05. All staff were friendly and efficient. They looked for ways to make it easier. Dr Bettencourt was wonderful as usual. A most pleasant visit.

Can't say enough! Made an appointment with Thomas Dermatology about one and half weeks ago and asked if I could get on a list if there were any cancelations. They did and there was one, got in a week earlier. I was assigned to Tasha and her assistant, Jordan. Both were very professional and made me feel at ease from the time we first met, and all the way through the minor procedure. It's been about two weeks now, everything has healed and looks better than I expected. Great company, all the staff were very professional, especially Tasha and Jordan. Would highly recommend Thomas Dermatology to anyone.

My wait in the lobby was a bit long (about 1hour), but I did arrive 45 mins early. I was considering walking out and changing practices. I have a new insurance and am seeing a new doctor this visit....."Dr. Arie"... she was phenomenal! Very thorough, patient and kind. Well worth my wait! I look forward to my next appt; thank you.

The doctors and staff are generally friendly, professional, and provide quality medical care. I have always felt that my health concerns were listened to and addressed appropriately during my visits.

However, my experience with the billing side of the practice has been frustrating. There seems to be a strong focus on financial matters, sometimes to the point where it feels more important than patient care. I have received bills that included charges for services or procedures that I do not recall receiving, which has raised concerns about the accuracy of the billing process.

I understand that medical practices need to operate as businesses, but transparency and accuracy in billing are essential. I would encourage patients to carefully review their statements and ask questions about any charges they do not understand.

Overall, the medical care itself has been positive, but the billing experience has left me disappointed and has made it difficult to fully recommend the practice without reservation.

I waited about 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time before I was seen, and then the visit itself felt extremely rushed.

I’ve been dealing with a scalp condition for over a year, so I was expecting a thorough examination. Instead, the nurse briefly checked only a few spots on my scalp with her hands and looked at it for less than 15 seconds using a small light. The exam felt very superficial, and I left feeling like my concerns weren’t taken seriously.

I didn’t feel like there was a genuine effort to understand what was causing my condition or to determine whether there could be something else going on. Overall, I was disappointed with both the long wait and the quality of the care I received.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice and the incredible care I received today. I had to undergo a surgical procedure for biopsy, and I was extremely nervous walking in. From the very beginning, my dermatologist and his assistant were absolutely phenomenal.
They were so kind, gentle, and reassuring throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and continuously checked in to make sure I was comfortable. Their calm and compassionate approach truly helped ease my anxiety and made what could have been a very stressful experience feel manageable and supported.
The office itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and runs with such professionalism. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients’ well-being, not just medically but emotionally too.

This was our second experience with this medical group. The first experience was at the office on Ann Road. The front of the house was pleasant enough, but the PA we met with only spent less than 3 minutes in the room with us. She didn’t ask about the history, our concerns, or explain any of the bloodwork or medications that she felt were needed after having talked to us for only a short time.

I scheduled a follow up at the Henderson location hoping to have a better experience. I was sorely mistaken. The receptionist at the front of the house was dismissive, rude, and lacked the capacity to make our experience in the office pleasant. She wasn’t helping anyone, but still made me stand there waiting for several minutes. She could have at least said “I’ll be right with you. She didn’t look at me even once, just took my money and sent me on my way. I felt incredibly disrespected as a patron of the business. The physician assistant (?) and medical assistant we met with were much nicer and spent time asking questions and gathering some information. It was obvious that they had not reviewed our medical record to get an understanding of the whole picture, which was frustrating.

Overall, I was disappointed in the lack overall care and lack of professionalism exhibited by most of the people we encountered.

I arrived very close to my appointment time. The check in person was very kind and indicated everything would be ok. My visit with the doctor was amazing. Very respectful and fast. The only complaint I could say about my visit was the check out persons I felt like I was inconveniencing her and she was too busy to be nice. I will return to this office and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I honestly am so upset with the care I have had for myself in this office. I use to see Breanna and her team are so wonderful and friendly. I currently see another provider named Arianny and I had to wait so long for her to sign my medical nesscity form, then after that the office said I had to pay 25$!? In order to have the form signed!? I have never heard of this before and I'm from Cali. I don't work at the moment and have three small children to take care of and we are just living off our medical savings funds and on welfare. How is a mother suppose to provide for herself and nesscitie needs? Then when I did finally pick it up they still haven't signed it correctly!! I cannot get reimbursed for my medical nesscitied if the provide doesn't wrote what I told her to write down. And the front receptionist a young girl with dark brunette wavy type hair was giving me attitude and rolling her eyes and not being friendly not even a smile as I was paying for their stupid policy fee for getting the nesccity form signed! And their facility manager is horrible. I spoke to her over the phone explaining to her my situation but she still said I had to pay the $25 fee. That being said I had submitted all my receipts and that form that they signed to my medical findings. IF they don't reimbursed me so that I am able to re buy these products for my health because that is what they diagnosis me with and said I needed to get. I will have to change determotologist providers for my and my children. This place don't care about their patients, they are all about business.

Tasha Wasserman and her nurse Jordan are phenomenal. They are very thorough and they put you at ease immediately. When doing a full body exam that's a very important thing. All of the staff at Thomas Derm. are very friendly and efficient.

Great office feel, super nice staff. Short wait time. Bree Simon is my doctor and I drive all the way from Summerlin to Henderson just to be in her care, even though they have offices much closer to my home. When you find the best you stick with them.

Dr. Simon is the best! She always takes the time to ask how you’re doing and makes you feel like a person not just a patient. She’s extremely thorough and explains all the procedures so that you completely understand. Just want to say a quick thank you to her and all of her staff. My visit today was so nice and easy. From the front desk to the Dr. It Was the best experience I have had with any Doctor office period. The personal were so nice and everything was explained to me in detail. I didn't leave the office with any unanswered questions. They are definitely my new dermatologist.

Great experience. Can’t thank the team and staff enough. Had to go in for a procedure where needles and removing things aren’t my cup of tea. Everyone made sure I was comfortable, relaxed from music playing to providing water to making sure I was ok throughout the whole process . Can’t thank the team enough for making someone who doesn’t handle those situations well feel at ease. Highly recommend seeing them for your day to day care .

Everyone was very helpful and nice. The place was clean and organized. I haven't seen Dr. Bettincourt for a few years she was still the same. My appointment was quick and thorough. She's very easy to talk to.
