I had a fantastic experience at this dermatology office. I honestly didn't expect such a thorough evaluation, but Ms. Anna Sanglay, NPR, took the time to carefully assess my concerns and explain everything clearly. She was professional, knowledgeable, and very attentive.
The treatment she recommended worked wonderfully, and after just one week, I've already seen successful results. I'm very pleased with the outcome.
In addition, all of the staff members were warm, friendly, and welcoming, which made the entire experience even better.

I have been going to Thomas Dermatology for several years and will continue to do so for as long as I am able and for as long as they will see me. Anna (Lisa) Lopez-Sanglay is the medical professional who has taken care of me and my issues for as long as I can remember. Her medical expertise is phenomenal. She knows instantly what areas need treatment and which ones are mere irritations. She has a friendly easy manner that makes her easy to talk to and I'm very comfortable discussing personal subjects or private areas.
I also commend the office staff and the medical assistants who are always friendly and efficient whether I'm making an appointment, checking in or checking out.

Dr. Mehta has always provided so much warmth, compassion, care, and knowledge in her patient visits. One of my favorite things about her as a provider, as someone who can lean on the hypochondriac side of things— she always creates a safe space. This office has friendly caring staff! I was provided with necessary treatment that was appropriate to provide during this office visit and in a past visit given recommendations to see other Specialists that appeared to be needed as a result of observation of other potential health concern that is not within the Dermatology practice to diagnose and treat! As a result of this recommendation, the concern observed has been treated and is being managed with proper treatment which without this initial concern, I would not have sought treatment for!

It is busy in this plaza so give yourself a little extra time to park. Sometimes you get lucky and find something right away. But it's also navigating all of the other cars trying to park in other areas near the office. Just a note for new patients.

This was my second appointment with Manpreet Singh, PA-C. She is very nice and thorough.
My husband had a fatty tumor removed by her a couple weeks ago and he was really impressed with the results. He had no pain after the removal and Manpreet did such a good job with his stitches you can't even see the scar.
The office staff is friendly and helpful too.

There’s something to be said about the importance of who you choose as the face of your medical office.

This was our second appointment. The first time, we arrived 16 minutes late — just outside their 15-minute grace period — and were turned away. The front desk receptionist (dark hair, I didn’t catch her name) came across as rude, though I initially gave the benefit of the doubt given the situation.

Today, we arrived on time but didn’t have our insurance cards on hand. She explained their policy requiring the physical cards, which is understandable. I told her I would look for them, and she stated we had until 11:15 to provide them or we would miss the appointment and be charged as a no-show.

I asked whether my insurance had already been verified. She initially avoided answering, and only after I pressed did she confirm that it had been — but that the cards were still required.

Policy aside, the issue was her tone and demeanor, which felt dismissive and unnecessarily rude.

After submitting everything in time, I asked to speak with the manager, Jade. Unfortunately, that interaction was equally disappointing. She was immediately dismissive and defensive, stating she had “heard everything” and saw no issue with how her staff handled the situation, leaving little room for a productive conversation.

To be clear, the provider and back office staff were lovely. However, the front desk experience sets the tone for the entire visit.

It’s also worth noting that while there was strict enforcement of a 15-minute policy on their end, we still waited over an hour to be seen.

I went in for an annual skin check. They recommended I have one spot removed, which I scheduled to do a month later. They billed my insurance and me for multiple mole removals that were not performed on me. I don’t know if they mixed up the charts or if this is common practice for them hoping no one catches the fraudulent charges. I have now called 5 times to try and get this fixed. After waiting on hold for long periods of time, someone promises me they will call me back and not once has the billing office returned my call. I’m now going to have to go through my insurance company to get the false claims reversed. Be very careful with this practice!! Check your statements and insurance claims thoroughly!

My 8:15 appointment with PA Justin COTTELL was on time & treatment by PA COTTELL was excellent. However the clerical support staff did not send my prescription to the pharmacy INTIL the following day. Nobody from the office ever called me back after numerous messages I left for them before 3 PM & this morning. I called the pharmacy numerous times to see if they had received from Dr. office. Pharmacy just returned my call - they received order from dr ofc this morning… I’ve had to be proactive to find out about my prescription - very stressful.

Something told me I should probably have my skin checked at 61 as I was a anorexic in the tanning beds for 15 years. My nurse practitioner came in and was awesome. Checked out my entire upper body and immediately froze off the pre-cancerous cells that she immediately saw over my forehead and my nose also Took care of three big moles. I'm updating my review because I am beyond frustrated with the office on Buffalo. Our initial appointment was great. The second follow up appointment the doctor completely ignored my husband but ended up prescribing Accutane to my son (14). In all of the paperwork we said our pharmacy was CVS then I realized they sent it to some random pharmacy. I called them multiple times and finally got a call back and they said they would switch the pharmacy but not without an attitude from someone there named Ashley. So a week goes by and they still didn't change the pharmacy, couldn't get ahold of anyone at the office so I just filled the prescription at this random pharmacy. A week later from there we got the pills. The pills were so large my 14 year old could not take them. I called the office multiple times throughout the week and finally got a call back on Friday from Haylie. Haylie said we could cut the pill in half and then shortly later in the conversation said well actually I think its a liquid so I need to talk to the doctor (I figured after leaving several detailed messages earlier in the week she would have spoken to the doctor before calling me). So I said okay talk to the doctor and call me back later. She said the doctor isn't in until Tuesday! So now its been THREE weeks and my son still has not started the medication. I am SUPER annoyed at this point. The lack of communication and customer service is incredibly frustrating. I will be looking for a new provider.

The doctors at this facility do not use a Derma-scope, or any instruments to do a full-body cancer screening. They rely on their naked eye to determine whether you may have skin cancer or not. They only concern themselves with paying attention to your moles, but not any other places where sun damage may have occurred, or anything else. I saw two different doctors on two separate occasions and neither of them spent more than 5 minutes with me. When I asked one of the doctors why they didn't use a scope or light to screen for cancer, she looked at me like i was suggesting she perform open heart surgery, and just stated that she doesn't need a scope to detect cancer.

I had an appointment here on July 9th 2025. Somehow they're sending me a brand new bill on May 5th 2026 Even though I've already paid for this procedure. I’ve been struggling for so long with this horrible rash/hives. I’ve seen multiple doctors and had to go to Urgent Care at least twice. Justin Cottrell, PA-C came in and was so kind and sympathetic to my struggles and extremely knowledgeable about what my problem is and knew exactly how to deal with it. He explained every detail to me as we went along. Unfortunately, this is not a common experience anymore when you go to th doctors. I feel very blessed that I’ve found Justin and Thomas Dermatology!

The clinical care was fine, but I was disappointed with the lack of cost transparency.

I specifically asked for an estimate before my daughter’s wart removal and was given an expected amount. The final patient responsibility ended up being significantly higher than what I was told to expect. When I called billing to ask about it, my concerns were dismissed.

I have four kids so I understand estimates can vary, but clear communication upfront is important.

Initially I gave this place a good review. I went her for hair loss. I was told I have alopecia without a biopsy and current labs. I was blindly prescribed medicine and when that didn’t work they just prescribed more…well my hair is now rapidly falling out. I switched to Vivida and couldn’t be happier with the results . Also, the staff here clearly are not happy. They are not engaging and all seem annoyed when patients walk in the door. They also double charge so be careful getting double billed.

I understand it’s not in their hands but maybe they can pass on the feedback. The parking spaces are about 1/2 too feet narrow. No one knew what they were talking about or why I was there, even After they called Me to say they received my referral and calling to schedule a appointment . They was ridiculous, the MA and the person who came in the room second , I don't know if it was the doctor or if it was a nurse practitioner or if it was another Ma I don't know who she was because she had no coat on she had no badge on she just had a dress on and said her name was Lucy and of course her name was written on the side of her hand and a tattoo so I assume her name was Lucy but there was no badge no coat and no introduction as a doctor or any title just hello my name is Lucy and she was very nonchalant about why I was there I have a very valid concern about a pain in my leg with the topical mold she was very nonchalant about explaining what she didn't think it was and what she was 90% sure it wasn't and that it was not what I thought it was and that she's pretty sure what it came from and that it shouldn't be any pain but then when she looked it up on the tablet like I could have did myself she read that Google said yes it can have pain in this particular type of mold and then she turned to me to say oh I guess it could it could be painful it says that sometimes it's painful I read Google myself before I got there so she was up no help I'm very disappointed with this doctor's visit it was of no use to me I now have to reschedule with my regular doctor at Dr Thomas dermatology to try to get some results or just some at least at the very least some professional health Care!!!! I am not at all please that I had to pay a $35 copay and that this doctor's visit will be paid for and there were absolutely no results they did not know who I was or why I was coming they were thinking I was there for a follow-up as a new patient and that was incorrect I'm not a new patient I've been coming to Thomas dermatology for years this was not a follow-up it was an appointment made after referral was made from my doctor and when I got there the referral could not be found and they had no idea what I was talking about or while I was there even after researching on the computer I will never return to this office location again.

We started going to Dr. Thomas before he opened his own practice and loved the way he had such care for his patients. Once his practice grew we were unable to get in with him, and instead saw Susie Smith who we also liked and felt we got good care. She is now no longer taking new patients so we scheduled with Kimberly Dahlberg at the Buffalo office since my dad would be a new patient. I don’t think I’ll be returning to Thomas Derm unless they can make some changes. I took off Work early for the appointment for my dad. We sat there for an hour. When I asking how much longer and the gal said she has three rooms with patients in each. We finally went back and the Dr. briefly looked at the things I was pointing out, which I didn’t get time to go over all of them when I mentioned doing something about some of the spots that were bothering me on his face. She said oh let’s just schedule an appointment in January for a full body. Obviously, she had someplace to go and couldn’t give us much time for an appointment I had scheduled several months back to get in. I can't believe,I'd been getting treatment 4 scabies an when I seen some one at Thomas the Dr or pa I seen new nothing about it she gave me some antibiotics an steroids cream told me to go home an suffer two more week then come back an see her ,I could not beleive it I thought finally I'm going to get rid of these dam things I got in the hospital,I could tell she new nothing about them when she came in the room,when she keep her distance from me like she was going to get them they don't jump they transfer though skin contact I was so disappointed in this place after think I was going to see someone that could help get rid of these things

The front desk is rude. You can have an appointment, be 10 minutes early and 30 minutes later still not called in. I wouldn't have an issue but makes no sense when people arriving after are called in first. There should be somewhat of an order in place, the optics are bad.

My overall care from NP, Lisa, has been very positive, and I appreciate her knowledge, professionalism, and care. However, the office staff at this site, 351 Buffalo Drive in LV, specifically Ashley, were unprofessional, unpleasant, and disrespectful. In healthcare, treating your patient as a customer is extremely important. There are MANY other dermatologists in the area and providing medical care goes well beyond the practitioner. I am a healthcare provider myself, and if my office staff ever treated any of my patients the way I was treated by Ashley today, I would fire them. Service is good but billing is a scam. They attempt to collect money prior to insurance covering their portion and then lie about the amount insurance covered. Its a on going fight with them claiming I owe a certain amount that is different from what my insurance is telling me. They finally sent me a itemized bill and my insurance was right and yet they still are trying to act like I owe extra money. They cannot be trusted. Every visit it seems I am paying for other visits besides the previous that I had already paid for. Do not pay them. Get the bill and contact your insurance company.

The appointment with P.A. Singh and her assistant was professional, easygoing, and informative. I received answers to my inquiries and and as such that eased some concerns that I had regarding my skin condition. I look forward to my next appointment and results of my biopsy. Horrible office staff and organization. Called over 2 weeks ahead of time to schedule an apt. I gave them all my insurance info ect to also verify the provider I was supposed to meet with was in network.

Arrive to my apt time 3 weeks later and was told again they needed to verify my insurance after we already went thought this weeks before.

They then had my what is like a dictionary thick packet of paperwork to fill out, I fill that out and then a min later they inform me that the person I was supposed to see is in fact not in my network and they have to reschedule me.

Mind you this is after I have been there for over 45 mins filling out paperwork and waiting for them to "verify" my insurance when they said they did that when I called to get the apt the first time.

I tell them thanks for wasting over 2 hours of my time in the office and the commute both ways and say forget it I will find somewhere else to go that can do there jobs correctly and not waste more of my time.

Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place at all costs they are a huge joke!

My appointment was for 10:45. I didn’t arrive until 10:45 that was my fault. I started filling out my new patient paperwork and after 5 minutes they called me back to a room The young lady took the info about why I was seeking medical help and also wrote down my medications allergies and prior history. She was polite and thorough. Next I saw the PA who was also very kind and thorough. She asked pertinent questions and told me about the meds she was prescribing for me. She requested to see me again in a month to follow up. I was very pleased with the knowledge level and the professionalism of the people in the office.

My doctor was concerned and showed sincere compassion for the reason for my visit. She gave me her direct number to bypass the front desk if my condition worsened. She was professional, explained clearly what treatment was needed, how long it should take the medication to work, and what the next step would be…the “Plan B”, if needed. I left her office feeling that I had been heard, my questions answered in a clear way and that I was in very good and capable hands. My wait to be seen was very short, and the nursing staff was caring and knowledgeable.

I look forward to perusing the cosmetic offerings as well at Thomas Dermatology because of the confidence I have in my doctor. With her knowledge, I feel that she will help me navigate all of the different cosmetic options available and which ones would be best for me.

Dr Soliman is excellent, I really like her and have received great care. The office on the other hand has much to be improved. I just make an appointment because getting a call back just doesn’t happen within any type of acceptable time frame. It doesn’t seem like the left hand knows what the right hand is doing, I had called for samples at one point (also called back 4 separate times over 2 weeks) and never got a call back so I made an appointment. After I left the appointment (at which time I received my samples) I finally received a call back telling me sorry there were no samples available.

Horrible!! I showed up to my appointment almost a month after scheduling and wasn’t able to get seen because I didn’t have a physical or a copy of my secondary insurance card. I told the young man that I was able to get the number for him and was told that he needed a picture of it. After I said “ok then I’ll have to reschedule I guess” he proceeded by offering me future dates. Talk about customer service. I work for a specialist office as well and never have we EVER denied services because a patient didn’t have the insurance card.

This was my first visit, but I love how thorough Dr. Mehta was. I've had plaque Psoriasis for over 10 years and haven't had a dermatologist slow things down and explain things to me. Now that I'm in a new Era of my life, I have been reluctant with trying new medicines but she was focused on a long term treatment plan. Which caught me off guard. She even explained that the course of treatment I have been taking doesn't support the affect I was expecting. All in all, I'm grateful to have changed my Dermatologist to a provider who focuses on me. <3

For patients like me who need a referral, it’s essential to schedule appointments by phone, but even when I leave my number, no one calls back. Also, when I send the referral, the dermatology clinic often doesn’t receive it properly, causing problems with my appointment and a lot of stress. I really hope this can be improved.

They gave us a prescription for my son’s acne, but the pharmacy wouldn’t fill it because it was defective in someway. Called and talked to a lady who said she would call me back. She never did so we still have no acne medication. If you say you’re gonna call somebody back and you don’t, you should not be in business. This is the worst thing you can do in customer service. Your word is a measure of your integrity.
