Thomas Dermatology is hands down one of the best medical practices we have ever visited. Our children have been coming here for years for acne and other skin concerns, and every experience has been outstanding.

Dr. Keren Weltman is exceptional. She is brilliant, knowledgeable, caring, and an absolute joy to work with. Her patient care is second to none. PA Terry Davis is equally impressive for annual skin cancer screenings and minor blemish removals. He is thorough, professional, and always takes the time to explain everything.

The office is spotless, modern, and incredibly well run. Appointments are always on time, quick, and thorough. The front office staff is friendly, organized, and genuinely happy to help. Heidi at checkout is always a pleasure to work with, as is the entire team.

I wish every doctor’s office operated like Thomas Dermatology. They truly set the standard for outstanding patient care. A++!

What a delight to go to a doctor’s office and be greeted by a cheerful assistant, Madeline. She set the consult for my yearly appointment as confidential and comfortable and friendly. She was amazing! Dr. Singh created the same atmosphere with more professionalism. I felt ‘heard’ without intimidation and trusted her suggestions. She even found a ‘rash’ I have had for years and recognized it as treatable. I promote Dr. Singh with the highest recommendation!

I’ve been a patient of theirs for over a decade. They found my malignant melanoma in 2012. It was a very stressful time. They guided me to the surgeon who also did a great job. I never plan on leaving! They are all very nice, efficient, thorough, and really care. I see Vanessa Benes. She’s the best!

The staff was friendly. They greeted me upon entry and all of the care staff in the back was very warm and welcoming and informative. They saw me very quickly, took care of all my questions and all of my needs. It was a great experience. My providers were Juan and Kayla both amazing.

I’ve been a patient of Thomas Dermatology for over a decade—mostly for annual mole checks. I went there from Las Vegas Skin and Cancer Clinic, hoping for more personalized treatment. I started out seeing Dr. Thomas but, after a couple of years, felt like I was basically spinning a wheel as to which doctor I got. I asked to keep seeing this one older doctor each year for a few years, until they suddenly didn’t know who he was. I assume he retired—or died—or still worked there and the staff just didn’t really care. Now I see random P.A.s on my visits. They seem fine, but there’s no continuity.
Recently, paying my bill has become a problem. Instead of simply mailing me a bill, they now send me texts with a link to click. Having been taken to the woodshed by I.T. at work for clicking “unsafe” links a couple times, I have been brainwashed to not click such links. The problem is, Thomas Dermatology no longer mails out bills. When they text me a link, I respond, “please mail me a bill,” but that is ignored. They just send me another link. Due to my job, the only personal time I have during business hours to make a payment is when I’m on Bluetooth in the car. Unfortunately, no one answers the phone when you call to make a payment. Instead, they route you to an AI system that works fine up to the point it requires you to manually enter your card information. For weeks, we did this dance where they would text me a payment link, I would reply to put it in the mail, they would send more links, then I would call and be unable to talk to a person or make a payment while driving. They threatened to send me to collections—by text—but never once acknowledged or responded to my texts or calls attempting to make payment. I just made my payment over the phone to their AI—not in the car—on a Monday. Mission accomplished. At the end of the call, it kept telling me there would be a survey, then after a long silence asked me if I was still there. When I said yes, it repeated that there would be a survey, but didn’t give me the survey, again eventually asking me why I was still there. I feel like I’m writing a comedy sketch, not an online review.
Over the years, the business has grown and expanded and appears to be very successful, but they really couldn’t pay less attention to their regular patients.
