Very incompetent office staff. The office manager Jodi T, does not have knowledge of how to verify insurance information and has very poor customer service skills. Her "superior" Dr. Levitt is just as incompetent and essentially told me that I would have to speak to the very person whom disrespected my family to get to a resolution, though he hired her and owns the practice. I will be taking this as far up the chain as I can. Do not come here if you don't want to lose a few brains cells in the process.

Btw, I called back to provide the website to search/verify insurance coverage so hopefully no one else has to deal with the incompetency of this office/staff.

Dr Leavitt has treated my ingrown toe nails (yes plural, different toes), and oh what a relief because I have the worlds worst ingrown toe nails. I’ve had a previous doctor do this and tell me “you’ll never have another problem ever again”, only to have them return with a vengeance. Dr Leavitt has resolved the problem totally. 100% highest recommendation.

Dr. Leavitt did apologize for making a "mistake" during surgery. But the continued pain, expenses, time away from work are talking a very real toll on his patient.
