My visit was very good. The customer service of the front staff is amazing. Its hard to get in touch qith them at times, but once I was there things went great! The doctor was patient and explained things the way I can understand.

I don’t like being forced to be seen by someone other than who I made the appointment with. I get it that others need work too. That’s super misleading. If I wanted a male doctor, I would have made an appointment with one.

LV Internal Medicine Continuity Clinic is great place to get medical care. They take time with you and listen to your concerns and needs. Doctors Christensen, Murphy and others do a great service. The admin team is one of the best I have had the pleasure to interact with.

I was really impressed with Dr Murphy‘s assistant Dr. and I apologize for not remembering her name. This was a really detailed lady and she’s very concerned about my health and she worked and spent time with me. It wasn’t one of those five minute office visits. this is the kind of quality care that I expect and the quality of care that I got so I got nothing but good to say about Dr. Murphy and her other doctors on her team and I apologize. I’d like to mention her because she was outstanding. !

I met Dr. Ramos in the hospital when I got discharged I was told to follow-up with him it was very important. When I went to the clinic I was very impressed. From the front desk to my room to see the Dr. was very welcoming. He was very caring just took off with the next steps for my care. It was a blessing to have met him at a very difficult time. So I am very happy with the clinic and my care.

This place absolutely SUCKS, the do not return voice mail or acknowledge faxes it has been over 3 days .It is impossible to get a hold of anyone, had to go to urgent care to refill my prescription

The staff at LV Internal Medicine went above and beyond at every step of my visit. From scheduling my appointment over the phone to check-in, completing paperwork, and getting my pre-op testing done, the entire process was smooth and efficient.

My primary care physician, Stephen Poertner, is a member of Valley Physicians Health Alliance. I was feeling ill on Mon. Mar 23 and the earliest appointment he had was in July!.(You read that right!) He pairs with Dr, Murphy's clinic and I was able to get an appointment for Mar. 24. I do not like that Dr. Poertner is in Henderson as I am, and the clinic is more than a half hour's drive away via congested freeway. The clinic does, however,have access to all my health records.I was seen in a timely manner for my appointment, first by a tech, then by a medical resident (?) then by Benjamin Kaplan, DO. I believe their assessment of my problem was correct, I was provided with an Rx. and an order for a follow up x-ray. I never met with Dr. Murphy.

My girlfriend is a patient at Valley Physician Alliance. She can NEVER GET AHOLD OF THEM even AFTER leaving a voice message! So we have to drive 35 minutes just to show up in person to schedule an appointment! RIDICULOUS! They need to offer better logistics for patients!

It took a little time to get scheduled, but worth the wait! Dr Murphy fit exactly my expectations as an internal medicine Dr and Geriatric specialty...on my first visit, she was very generous with her time and covered not only my list of items but all other aspects of my health. Upon leaving, I was introduced to her staff to follow up on all my orders, they were very nice, informative and to date have been completely accessable....I feel very fortunate to have found a Dr that communicates well and truly cares about my well-being!
