I went to UMC quick Care where I was greeted with the smile by a young lady by the name of Amelia lide. I just wanted her to get recognition for her caring personality and her great customer service. She was very helpful. I am in a wheelchair and she helped me along the whole way. She helped me set up appointments and talked with me and put my mind at ease to make sure everything would be running smoothly. So I just wanted to give her a shout out and I hope she gets recognition for her amazing service that she has provided. Thank you.

I've been a patient here for little while now and Dr. Fakuda has been absolutely amazing, as well as the entire staff. The nurses are always so kind and the front desk staff too.
I started my care with Dr. Fakuda because I was feeling pretty dang awful and no one else could figure it out. He listens to me and takes me seriously and now I'm back on track with my health and getting better everyday! He never told me to see a therapist because it was just anxiety.
Recently the office I've noticed has gotten a bit busier but I don't mind waiting for excellent care, they always do their best to get us in an out in a timely manner.
Keep up the great work guys! I appreciate all you do 😊

Very disappointing experience with Dr. Abegail Paner. I arrived early as instructed but wasn’t seen until about 35 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.

Dr. Abigail Paner was dismissive, talked over me, and became defensive when I asked questions instead of having a conversation. I left without any resolution, and the purpose of my visit was not addressed.

After the appointment, I observed Dr. Paner pacing the hallway making sarcastic comments before walking into the next patient’s room. The entire experience felt rushed and unprofessional. I paid a copay for an appointment where nothing was accomplished. Patients deserve to be listened to, treated with respect, and have their questions answered.

I have been an established patient for several years and attended a follow-up appointment after a recent hospitalization. During the visit, my physician repeatedly believed I was a new patient and appeared unfamiliar with my medical history. I understand providers have many patients, but I was disappointed that my chart and recent hospitalization did not seem to have been reviewed before the appointment. For a complex follow-up visit, I expected more preparation and continuity of care. I am looking for a new provider.

A big thank you and shout out to RN Rudy for helping us this morning. My adult son with autism was especially anxious and nervous for his appointment and Rudy spent extra time talking to him and helping to calm his nerves. He was exceptionally helpful and patient with us.
Also Pam was very kind in helping us get signed in and asking Jesse questions. He was agitated and her calm demeanor was so nice.
Dr. Fukuda too, is kind and understanding. It had been over 2 years since my son’s last visit and he still remembered Jesse. He went out of his way to help us not have to reschedule.
Rudy spent the most time with us so a big shout out to him..but this team is amazing!
Thank you all so much!!

Best care 'out there' from this team of medical pro's. Very thorough. I'll mention something going on in an area of my body & they don't hesitate submitting referrals and/or offering medical advice or recommendations. I ALWAYS feel that I'm in good hands after every visit with this team. The best care starts w/intake & from there, Kristine P. & Melissa M. are getting it in. I have been very satisfied with the care that I've received. 5 stars? How about 55!

Came here after a bad experience at another urgent care and the difference was night and day.
Check-in was fast, staff was friendly, and I didn't wait forever to be seen. I have two insurances and paid absolutely nothing out of pocket, no surprises, no confusing explanations, just taken care of.
Honestly this is how urgent care should work. Will definitely be coming back here.

I can’t find the number to call the actual office front desk. I was supposed to receive a call about my bloodwork test results that’s CRITICAL to my health on Tuesday and now it’s Friday with no calls. I can only reach an appointment line and a billing line, neither of which will transfer me. I guess I have to drive over to the office to ask them to call me about my own medical results? Insane

Excellent care and Kristine Plummer really took her time and I did not feel rushed. Everyone has their own issue, health, and we are all not the same. Kristine understands patient care and education as well as I do. That is something we have in common especially woman to woman. I was also impressed with her MA Melissa May. She was very knowledgeable, quick, listened to why I came in and really made me feel comfortable.

Thank you for the great experience.

Dr. Abigail Paner Ching always dismissed all of my VERY IMPORTANT abnormal test results. My referrals were either missing important information and I had to come back to the clinic and wait for the referral to be corrected or the symptoms or the wrong side of the body was listed. It always lead to the wrong symptoms being addressed at the referrals. Dr. Paner Never really reviewed my results after my referral visits. Dr. Paner was always running 30 minutes to an hour behind. She would rush in … stare at the computer screen … throw out an exit strategy of word salad and appease me with some sort a referral that might fall into the category of the what she might of heard. Dr. Paner was always Annoyed by my presence and never listened or never had any Intention in participating in my healthcare. I would not trust her word regarding Health Care. I found a new doctor and within months my health has improved and my important health concerns are being revisited by a qualified doctor in hopes that it’s not too late for me to address important health issues that were not addressed in a timely manner under Dr. Paner’s care. My suggestion is to find another doctor if Dr. Paner is your current doctor. I always left her office frustrated and confused by what just happened? While waiting for my appointment a man with his wife in a wheel chair. WIFE in obvious pain… Were there to get their referral request corrected because it was missing whether her test should be with or without contrast. It was sad because while in severe pain she finally got to her appointment in hopes to get a diagnosis to relieve her pain, but because Dr. Paner did not complete her referral correctly, she wasted time at her imaging referral appointment and then her and her husband had to come back to UMC clinic and explain their story over and over again and had to sit in the lobby for at least 30 minutes while I was there to get their referral corrected. I hope this helps All of you in our community to find a qualified doctor to address your health concerns.

I had an appointment with my primary care doctor at three. I was on time and was called up to the front desk at 3:18 where they verified my insurance. My state ID had my maiden name on it but my insurance and my military ID had my legal last name. The front desk lady said that they had to go by my last name on my state ID, which is not my legal last name anymore and said they would have to check me in with the last name that isn’t on my insurance card because of a protocol. I even had my passport and Social Security card with my legal last name, but she was adamant that they went by my state ID. I asked her if I could call my insurance before They did that so I can verify that my insurance would still pay for the appointment and she told me that I would have to forfeit my appointment because the doctors were busy. I was able to contact my insurance and they did say that they would not cover the appointment if they did it under my maiden name so I went to another urgent care still under the UMC umbrella and they accepted my insurance and my legal last name from my military ID didn’t even ask to see my state ID so I don’t know what the issue was with this primary care, but I will no longer be visiting this location and once I find a new primary care doctor not in the UMC umbrella I will never go to another UMC again. They really treated me just like a number instead of an actual patient who needed to see care and was in pain. Disgusting

I felt like cattle! I waited a long time for my first visit but once I got back in the examining room…I was RUSHED! The nurse would not stop rolling her eyes and sighing every time I tried to explain something. She is obviously not happy with her career choice. I think doctors and nurses should have empathy and patience. She had neither! I will not return even though I am sick. I will find a doctor that cares about their clients. This was a very bad experience for me and my nerves are shot! I didn’t have anxiety before the visit… I sure do now!

Worst lack of professionalism and care. Dr. Paner Ching is the worst! Imagine getting a referral for surgery yet no call from your doctor! Then she bitched when I asked her to explain medical coding in my my chart since no one calls to explain or check back on anything. Finally since she was practicing malpractice she said she couldn’t see me anymore. Come here if you want to die. I should just sue her.

Dr. Fakuda never followed up or called regarding an important procedure and test, despite the urgency of the situation. His lack of communication and follow-through was deeply unprofessional and concerning. He was quick to refer me for surgery without properly explaining the situation or exploring other options. The recommendation felt rushed and unnecessary, especially since no justification was given. It was a frustrating experience. I'm so glad I left this facility--my care has drastically improved since. I'm relieved to have moved on to a provider who has taken the time to fully evaluate and communicate.

Reception was kind. I brought in my son on 8/30 for a ratting chest and cough, I wish my son would’ve been given an xray. As his cough was associated with shortness of breath. He was given meds and over the next few days, he got worse. Came back 9/3 in the evening, again reception… amazing. Thankfully the doctor ordered a chest xray like I asked, and as expected, bronchitis. Maybe human error, but I was written an incorrect Rx that I went to 3 different pharmacies trying to fill. UC was closed by the time the last pharmacy told me the Rx dosage doesn’t actually exist. Dr Yeung was fabulous and informative, so I’m not upset with him. However, I called on 9/4 literally 8 minutes after they opened and was left on hold for a total of an hour and a half. Then when I was answered after the 3rd call, I was told a message would be sent to the provider (which is understandable) but no acknowledgment of the wait time, the inconvenience, the reason for an hour and a half hold, an approximate CB. Frustrating. Hopefully this was a one time thing and I can get my sons medication asap.

PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ THIS AND SAVE YOUR TIME AND NEVER CHOOSE THIS DOCTOR

Maria has been referred by a nurse practitioner for my mom's FMLA. I understand that my mother was a new patient and that there is a high chance of the doctor declining to sign the paper work given that it is a legal document and her license as a doctor might be in line if something goes wrong. HOWEVER, this does not give her the right to shame my mother for having a condition. She would not even let the patient talk and explain, SHE MAKES HERSELF THE MAIN CHARACTER DURING THE WHOLE APPOINTMENT. Right when she saw the paperwork and noticed that it is a FMLA, she immediately started to "lecture" my mom about the food she should eat (which I get because obviously she is a doctor) but when she confidently accused my mom of consuming too much beans which resulted to gout?????? Seriously? It disheartening to hear the story of my mom as to how she treated her during their visit. She was lecturing my mom about things that doctors should not even supposed to talk about and saying terrible stuff like "don't wait for the time where I have to prescribe you insulin". Which is crazy to me that a doctor has the will to say this! She is lucky that I was not there during these moments because I would have stopped her and left right when she said that. It's disgusting to have this kind of treatment from a professional. If I were you, find somebody else who has compassion and empathy towards their patient.

I was one minute late and they wouldn’t see me. I called to tell them I might be running a few minutes behind. Someone asked if I was (my name) as soon as I walked in. Then they said I was late and would have to reschedule. Not to mention I made an appointment with a pcp and they scheduled me to see a nurse. Forget about rescheduling. I’m going to change my provider all together. If they don’t have the flexibility to see me when running a single minute late, how can I trust them with my health? Pitiful.

Avoid scheduling an appointment with PCP as a new patient without being informed upfront about availability. During my recent experience, the receptionist collected all my personal information before revealing that the earliest available appointment is in June or July of next year. No way!!! These doctors are over worked and will only spend 5 minutes which sometimes may not be enough especially if you have waited for months and need to cover several items. Dr Davita literally walked out my first time meeting him, in mid sentence because my 5 minutes was up!!! I’ve been on a death delved for several years and needed to address several items , and was almost finished but he was so rushed during my visit it was like he was frantic from being over worked. Dr, Lim who used to work there used to always complain about how tired he was because they overwork them. And don’t staff enough doctors. It took years for them to figure out what was wrong. And they didn’t. I did. And had to tell dr mom. Because dr Lim quit. So dr mon was pretty good but then he retired during Covid. Then dr Cunningham came on and tried to help because my anemia got ignored for years. So I had to press as to why this was happening as it was making me more sick to go years woth anemia. Eventually she quit rather short into it (maybe one year in the office), so I had to start over with dr fakuta. Right when I got there here rushed me through, didn’t pay attention to me, didn’t have eye contact, and thenwalked out in my mid sentence with my visit because he was busy with too many clients, and could not finish hearing my needs after i waited 2 months to get in. Another doctor Lim who worked with me before used to complain because he was over worked. So him and another doctor I used both quit. Then they neglected me for 8 years and allowed me to decline in health because they did not get to the root of my anemia and Bii, until years later. Finally after 8 years of being neglected and rushed through visits , I finally stood up for myself and said that I wanted a manager. The moment I asked for a manager (after 8 years of doctor visits and 5 different doctors here) they gaslit me and told me to find a new doctor simply because i addressed the fact that I felt I was being neglected, and that my healthy had been at risk for a long time because of it. This company is also supposedly a “non profit””school” which is how they cover their behinds to try to avoid being sued for negligence. So if you value your health, go to a real doctor office with a doctor who has the time to actually hear what your needs are. And who won’t bully you out the door. Also the nurse he sent in to do damage co trio was a complete demon. She was all about protecting them and not me. All the things nightmares are made of when working woth deadly scenarios where your life is on the line and you need hemp. . After I asked for a manager, instead of getting me in touch with one, they just refused to call me back, and sent me a letter to get a. New doctor. So because o spoke up for myself and expressed my concerns about not being heard and being left in the cracks of all these doctors quitting and retiring now I’m the bad guy? Total gas lighting and deflecting from accountability. And worse, they still never addressed my needs.. Now i will spend the rest of my life exposing them. And making videos and sharing it into my large audiences in mevada and globally to tell my story. I’m not the kind of person to lay down and be quiet when someone bullies helpless sock middle aged women. And my audience does not like that kind of bulky either. Shame on you UMC!!!

We haven’t seen the PCP yet & the receptionist only had new patient appointments that she could schedule that were 5 months out but luckily Zuldy was able to find a cancellation appointment to get us back in there in a month which more acceptable. Hoping the care we receive from the PCP in the future is good as our first experience.

They don't do teleheath visits which is unfortunate especially if you just tested positive for covid. They said I could still make an appointment to see the doctor but then I would be risking spreading covid to all the other patients. Previous state I lived in every doctor's office had telehealth appointments and advised patients to not come in if they had covid. Only have a few days to get paxlovid once you have symptoms so ended up not getting the best treatment. Found out too late I could have received paxlovid at some CVS testing sites.

I made an appointment for a Primary Care Physician with Kaye Cunningham and had the worse experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. I am 8months pregnant and had be suffering from a sore throat and ear pain, I made an appointment with this doctor and when she stepped into the room she tells me she doesn’t know why they sent me to her because I’m pregnant and I need to see my OBGYN for any sickness I may have, WHICH IS A LIE, I requested for her to swab my throat for strep and she tells me I’ll be back with a swab when she comes back into the the room she says “Since your not feeling good I’m just going to give the amoxicillin” and I’m setting there shocked that a doctor what just give out medicine to pregnant woman without knowing my diagnosis. I went to another urgent care and was immediately tested and I didn’t have strep throat or anything else that required amoxicillin. The most ridiculous doctor I ever had to encounter.

I'm from the UK, travelling for work and needed to get checked out for a nasty cut that had gotten infected. I was very nervous due to potential crazy costs etc. But my work travel insurance connected seamlessly and this clinic made the experience easy. Took a bit of time, but this is an urgent care facility (alternative to emergency) not a doctors where you have an appointment slot. They put you through various check-in phases, and it was busy, so I felt the wait was understandable. Everyone was friendly and professional throughout, and I got the care I needed.

If you are in real hurry, it's the right place, but don't neglect seeing your PCP. They don't follow up.

People from the front desk were really nice, however the nurse that helped me was so rude. I was asking questions and she said, "you are asking way too much". Very rude . I will be looking for another clinic.

Ive been coming here fir over 16 years. They've been helpful but have had its hits and misses. Usually a 2-4 hour process. They've remodeled and obviously whomever did it has never waited in the lobby... Why oh why would you put the patients facing each other to share gerns?? And worse of all WHY TAKE CHAIRS AWAY?!! There's less places to sit!!! They've also made it one room and now the staff will spend thier day answering the same question over and over WHAT SIDE DO U GO ON? Im convinced that whomever did this is also responsible for the mess from the 95...FIX THIS PLEASE
