I needed to update my review. I saw Dr. Chang years ago and glad i returned (close to home) and that she helped me. The office workers now are nice and kind compared to how I felt a few years ago. Dr. Chang was nice, fast, efficient and down to earth which I like. Lets keep it moving. I explained my concerns and she addressed it for me. I ordered my glasses and got my prescription for contacts. Overall, I'll continue to use Vegas Vision as long as they accept my insurance. Lastly, I hope I don't butcher her name but Sherraia helped me pick out my glasses and she was very helpful. Thank you!

My RayBans prescription glasses lost a screw and needed repaired, and they did it at no charge! Very sweet and friendly - I will be using them as my main vision supplier from now on :)

One of the best places I've ever gone for eye exam and glasses. Had a little bit of extra paperwork for the DMV that was need so I could get my CDL license and it was unexpected, but the optometrist was very kind and saw me on very short notice three weeks after my exam to get the paperwork signed off. To which I am very appreciative. At the exam the Dr really took the time needed to get my Rx dialed in. Friendly helpful staff. Won't think of going anywhere else ever again .

Dr Chang is very rude, I told her that I needed paperwork filled out for my HR department because I can't see /drive at night her response was yes you can it must be some other medical issue you're having !?!? Hello I can't see at night to drive !!!!! And the new glasses our horrible flimsy they feel like they're going to break ! I will be returning them today for my refund looking for a new optometrist at this point !!! Horrible experience!!!

Go to the Vegas Vision on Maryland they are the best been going there with my kids for years, this one on Craig is closer I took one of my kids once and the lady at the front desk, Sherry ..... WOW , rude very rude and condescending, and her co workers know it that was obvious, why Vegas Vision has done nothing about it I do not know but I will drive the 24mins to the Vegas Vision on Maryland. ● DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION ●

Does anybody else have a problem with the frames of their glasses literally falling apart? This happened to me twice, the arms of my glasses just fell off twice, two different set of frames; one arm the first time, and both arms the 2nd time. I'm on my 3rd set of eye glass frames which I purchased from another eyeglass place, and these frames are expensive! I am not a "Happy Camper" at all!

The front lady was so rude lack on professional skills other than that I don’t know because my daughter had a prescription and when I finally have the money for frame and lenses I made the glasses order for my daughter when glasses came in my girl was complaining on the new lenses it was to much for her she felt dizzy. I called in and let them know what was going on and the lady in the front say that because it was 3 months ago that her vision could be change I don’t understand what she meant by that and the insurance only covers one time exam and that I have to pay for Dr errors . I’m not bringing my 3 kids here

I went to get an appointment for my son and the front lady was rude she didn’t hand me my insurance card back nicely instead she threw it towards my hand instead of nicely handing it to me. I will not be returning this location I will be looking for a new place to take my son.

I needed to get a copy of my prescription and my PD. They were fast and friendly. I just wish they stored the PD so that you don't have to pay if it gets lost.

I went in to location on Craig to schedule an appointment for my daughter. After 10 minutes of waiting she told me I have to call to schedule an appointment which didnt make since to me since I'm standing in the store to make that same appointment. Crazy I won't be going back to this location.

Not a good experience. The glasses were so cheap that they keep falling apart. With in 1 year i have had to have my glasses fixed 6 times and instead of saying there obviously is an issue with the frames falling apart i have had to buy 5 frames because they fell apart. There junk

Went in on May 12th, Julie was so kind made me feel comfortable and everything went smooth. I was told it would take up to two weeks to get my glasses. I got them today took 6 days not bad at all. I love my new glasses simple but cute. Thanks Vegas Vision. Highly recommend them. I have medicaid they have a lot of options in glasses versus other places 😁
