Biggest scam!! STAY AWAY. They lie and cheat. I paid EVERYTHING upfront I was told would be due. 17 months LATER - they send me a bill for more money including a tele-visit (for $525) that DID NOT occur. My insurance company paid them AND now they are wanting additional payment because they said "We were too busy and understaffed to bill me the last year. "

They're always professional, helpful, and courteous at every visit. They're very patient oriented. All the doctors and APNs are easy to talk to and understanding. The ONLY complaint I have is that they don't have an electronic opening handicap door. It's kinda hard to get in the front double doors, pushing a wheelchair. But on the way out, the helpful staff always holds the two doors open for us. Special thanks to Christina, who always checks us in with a smile, and Hector, who schedules our upcoming appointments and helps us take care of prescriptions and payment. This is my first time ever going to Velazquez pain and Relief Center. It was my first time going to a pain management center.all The treatment I received from the front office staff was exceptional. First of all I have some medical conditions which makes it very difficult for me to write legible Christina at the front desk was very helpful and filled up all of the information I need except for my sign signature she was very helpful and I was very grateful and she was very much appreciated. I am writing this review to let all the patients know that this place is not good for pain management. I don’t like that you can’t see the doctor. I think I’ve seen him maybe one time last year and then after that, they made me see the physicians assistant a small little Asian lady who was nasty and rude to me. She kept talking and didn’t want to listen to any concerns I had going on with my shoulder pain. All she did was ramble on, and gave me a paper to read about some procedures that might work for me, or may not work for me. I’ve contacted my insurance company to complain about this place. I believe the manner this physicians assistant was terrible . She is not professional at all. I even asked her for a shot from my pain that day and she said no. So this whole experience has given me a bad taste in my mouth I will not be going back here ever again and not even to any other locations because I did a tele-health and that doctor was half asleep, so I’m not ever going to come back here ever again or refer any of my friends and family to this location

I am giving 1 star for the staff! The medical assistants are extremely rude and Priscilla and that’ is just one of the medical Assistants that didn’t want to do her job and called me telling me one thing but the pharmacy said something so different. The staff doesn’t want to do their job. When I called I was told the office is closing and Dr. Troung hasn’t responded. I asked why can’t another doctor take over like last time because Dr. Troung is just a nurse practitioner. Ridiculous how patients are treated at this facility by the staff not the doctors.
Dr Troung is a great nurse practitioner. She is attentive and cares. Lorena is an absolute doll on the phone. she always makes you feel like more than just a patient. She calmly talks to you and tries to resolve your issue.by getting you to the right person. I wish I could give more stars but the staff I feel one star is suffice. Dr. Troung and Lorena get 5 stars!

Inconsiderate and inconsistent. I was late 10 minutes late for my appointment. They have a 15-minute grace period, and the rude, nappy headed receptionist was dealing with other patients. So when she tried to check me in, it was past their grace period and told me I needed to reschedule. There are other pain management places. Dr. Chmiela is a awesome person! I've had chronic pain in my lower back down my right leg to my toes. Through out the years (over 5+years) I've had Dr just tell me I'm having sciatica pain and give me meds sending me in my way home. Now I had issues with my previous management place (southern nevada pain center) and not with the Dr but with the staff. Never answering calls or returning them plus I went twice without my meds! One was almost 6 days (don't ask) and the second 4 days cause systems went down (on a Friday) and all providers went home.... BS! Here they've been great with me and granted I only been there once (still new) but Dr. Chmiela actually showed me my MRI showing how bad it was and went into depth showing me. I really loved the staff as well! They made me feel like the generally cared about me. If you are looking for a place to help ease your pain this place is the one for you.

I've gone through 3 pain Dr in a year because of bad service and I must say they are wonderful. My back totally went out to where I couldn't move left or right and brought pressure to my spine out of the blue to where I I was in major pain. I called the Dr. Q office the next day and they were so helpful and did a same day injection for me and also got another one on one with Dr Q.
