First store associate I spoke with super helpful. The second store associate seemed to be irritated with me asking questions for clarity. I was in the middle of saying goodbye and he quickly hung the phone up on me. I hope this is not the representation of this office. I will still go to my appointment. The front desk lady on the aloha side is terrible!!! She made me cancel all 3 appointments because she kept on arguing with me that my insurance was not covering, even though I called the Meadows location and I was able to schedule my appointment. I visited Visionworks around 5:00 PM with the intention of buying a pair of Ray-Ban Meta prescription glasses. When I arrived at the store, there were three employees present.

One employee briefly showed me the available options, but they didn’t have the color of the model I was looking for. After that, I was left alone to browse the glasses in the store.

Shortly after, I asked about Prada frames because I wanted to make prescription glasses. The employee brought a few frames and placed them on the table, but then went back to the counter and started using his phone, leaving me alone again without asking about my prescription or offering any guidance — even though I had my prescription with me.

The store has a good variety of frames, but the customer service experience could be much better. I expected a bit more attention and guidance, especially when choosing prescription glasses.

The optometrist and assistant were so friendly, knowledgeable, kind and helpful. However, the receptionist in the Aloha optometry section could use a little finesse in greeting customers: she was a little abrupt and did not smile at all. They have an inconsistent schedule. This is 3 times I've come and they were supposed to be open and there's a sign stating they'll be back in such n such minutes. When a store is scheduled to be open, it makes it really inconvenient for those of us with a busy schedule to take time out to make a "quick stop" and end up having to wait 20+ minutes to get serviced. UPDATE: I came Wednesday morning, it was supposed to be open at 9:30am, no one was there. Went to another store, came back STILL no one there. This makes 4 times I've wasted time, energy, gas going to the store only to find its not open. I called before I came this time to make sure they were open and to see if my son's glasses were done. I never got a call to let me know and its been over 3 weeks...My son's glasses had a warranty, I went to pick up the glasses, I was told I needed to bring the original pair of glasses. I was NEVER told this beforehand. Not once. Glasses were left at home. So I finally get to the store, its open and now we get turned away because I wasn't told we had to bring the original pair. I dealt with the same guy in each incident and although he seems polite, he gives me a headache. Every. Single. Time!

One day I came on a day I took off just to find out the optometrist isn't open on Wednesdays... ppl inside the glasses section is polite. The ladies in the optometrist department seems to have bad attitudes.

I had purchased two pairs of reading glasses at the Visionworks for the very first time. After a couple of months, I had some issues with my glasses and went back to the store for help. Matt attended to me. He was very friendly and attentive. He quickly tested my glasses and found the reason of my issues with those glasses. He immediately informed me that he will have the lab to remake the glasses with correct modifications without any charge since it is within the 100 days warranty! Awful service would not recommend, they sent my glasses to the wrong store across the country and after I was told they were ready for pick up they made me wait an extra two weeks to receive them. I was told they will order a new pair and if the other pair shows up I could have them at no cost. If there is a negative star I would. It was my first time doing business with this location. The eye doctor was really nice, the staff was nice when I chose my glasses etc. they said they will call/text/email when it arrives in 2 weeks. So it’s the 3rd week so I called. They said the glasses were ready 9days ago. I never got a call/text/email. The lady who answered me apologized and then said let me check if they gave you a call. She didn’t even take my word. Then when came back and said so yeah there was no note that they contacted me. So yeah. If I didn’t call would not even know my glasses were ready. Only star missing is due to the high price of new glasses even with my vision insurance. This is obviously not their fault but still I couldn’t afford their glasses.
Kudos to the staff for superb customer service and especially to the eye doctor who did a very comprehensive exam and even gave an extra prescription designed specific for playing golf.
I received my new glasses today from an online provider and I can see! The measurements were on point.

The phone call that was excepted by Matt was the first reason why I came. The greeting when I entered the store from Stacy, and the atmosphere. The communication with Matt and the selections and the variety of glasses available made it simple. He took his time (my budget and insurance view) giving me all the options I asked for and more, plus he was patient (for example: answers with glare resistant price). He also gave me the process of how long it may take and how you will communicate (text message)with me when each prescription arrives (separately, in 2 to 3 weeks, due to special prescription). Went there today to see if they could fix my mangled glasses that I accidently stepped on. When I say they were mangled, I mean they were so bent that I thought for sure they were not fixable. Sandy is so awesome. She worked her magic, took her time, and fixed them up, good as new! She did a wonderful job! Im so thankful. She was so patient and so friendly. My boyfriend and I both had an eye exam with Aloha Vision - Dr and staff were friendly and welcoming. They took time explaining and addressing our concerns / questions. Vision Works staffs are altogether amazing! We were personally helped by Millie who is incredibly patient and very helpful. When I picked up my other pairs, Sandy helped me and she was very welcoming, friendly and helpful as well. Hoping in the future, promos will allow customers to upgrade on frames to give more option to customers as they only allow upgrade on lenses. But, overall, the store is new so it is very clean and organized & the whole team are friendly and excellent with customers so I highly recommend this team at Tropical Pkway for your eye care.

Not only did she give me solid frame recommendations and pricing information, but also took the time to explain why bisecting my pupils was important to make surei don'tend up cross-eyed. I had not had my eyes checked for the last 8 years. I walked into Visionworks on Tropical and had an excellent experience. They had just opened this beautiful store 5 min from my house in Centennial. Eye exam with the Aloha doctors was very thorough and efficient. The store manager Sandy, was very welcoming and professional. She did a fantastic job advising me on the choice of frames. I've been buying glasses over 40 years. The experience with the team at Visionworks located at 7701 W Tropical Pkwy is by far the BEST I've ever had. Sandy was knowledgeable and very helpful.
