This was my first visit to Vivida and the computers were down and the staff did their best to accommodate patients with grace and care. The office was very inviting and I was attended by Dr. Jameson. Very awesome visit to find out no melanomas and my 55 year old skin is doing great! His personality put me at ease instantly and he explained everything throughly. I set up my next visit and am happy to have a new dermatology office☺️

From check in to check out it was an excellent experience. I really liked Dr. Farley, she explained everything and made sure to ask if I had questions and really took the time to communicate with her patient. I have already recommended her to friends. The nurse Annemarie was amazing too, really took care of me and made me comfortable. Front desk ladies were really nice and efficient, which you don’t see that much anymore. There was even a student doctor in the office with us, and seems her and Dr. Farley fit well together as she’s teaching, also refreshing in a medical office.

I'm a new patient with a history of severe atypia. Dr. Farley seems nice enough. But what I'd like to communicate here are the issues I had with wound care and billing. She and her assistants helped with a full body scan and biopsy. The numbing went well enough.

The biopsy was on my back, so I couldn't see the bandage they put on it. It was tiny and not sufficient, and I had no idea. I was wearing a white shirt that started to soak up the blood from my wound. So I would say terrible wound care.

I've also had trouble with billing. The cashier told me I owed more than $90 for the biopsy, which is odd because my insurance has always covered it. Here's the kicker--trying to reach the billing department to even inquire about this. I called as soon as they said they were open, and I waited on hold for 25 minutes. Turns out I had been owed a refund.

I wish it were a smoother experience for patients. We're asked to pay sometimes hundreds even when we have health insurance, and then have to jump through hoops to get a refund after health insurance has paid out.

I had similar billing issues at Las Vegas Skin and Cancer Clinic where I had a hell of a time trying to get a refund after my insurance company paid for the service, so maybe that's just standard health care shenanigans in the USA.

I was referred to Vivadi by my primary care provider to rule out what might have been a cancerous spot on my leg, luckily Scott put my mind at ease in about 2.3 seconds. The staff was great, got me in and out fast, and did a great job of educating me which is really one of the biggest goals of a healthcare provider. I left the office with a full understanding that I didnt have before I went in. Definitely will go back for any dermatology concerns moving forward.

I arrived at 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment and checked in, received my paperwork and started to fill it out. The ladies at the check-in desk were all very helpful and courteous.
Before I could even get my 4 pages of paperwork completed, they called me back to an exam room. Awesome service for 1st time experience. Dr Scott was great, very imformative and understanding of any concerns. Vivida gets 5 stars from me!

Front staff was fast, friendly, and efficient. Appointment was on time. Treatment staff was friendly, efficient. The only down side is the seating in the front lobby. All the chairs are very low and difficult to get out of for someone like me with leg, hip, and mobility issues. I was told by a staff member that many people had complained about this, however, management doesn't seem to listen. This type issue could cause problems for some people.

I walked in not knowing what to expect. I've had bad experience at other doctors but I was so pleased. Right off the back the front office was professional friendly it was so easy to check in. I had a great experience at Vivida Dermatology with Scott Jameson, PA-C. He is very kind, professional, and took the time to listen to my concerns. I had long-term issues with itchy skin and dark spots (melasma), and thanks to the medication he prescribed, my skin is now much smoother and no longer rough or itchy. Today, he prescribed an additional treatment to help brighten my skin over the next three months. I look forward to updating this review with more progress!

On 10-1-25, I ended up too late for my appointment at the Henderson Vivida due to the construction on the 215 and missed my appointment and the soonest they could reschedule would be another month out! I was beside myself, as I had never been late for an appointment before and I had scheduled the appointment a month in advance! However, Alexis truly cared and understood my situation and offered to try and get me into the LV Flamingo Vivida the very next day! I totally accepted her offer and she was able to get me in with Ryan Sittler!!! Kayla was sitting beside Alexis and told me that I would be very pleased with Ryan. The next day I arrived at the LV Flamingo Vivida about 5-10 minutes early and Kayla was there and remembered me!!! It was so comforting and she made me feel truly cared for! Ryan really listened and explained everything to me regarding my diagnosis and treatments...he even wrote them down for me! Oh my gosh...I could go on and on...I can't say enough good things about both of these VIvida locations...I strongly recommend Vivida to absolutely everyone! They honestly live up to their commitment "CARE THAT CARES"

The front desk was ridiculously rude. I stood there for 11 minutes the only one in line and no one helped me. My husband even stepped infront of the other lady sitting down to bring a little attention that there is someone there as we were trying to understand maybe she was busy doing something else but nothing. The entire time I listened to their coffee order and when it was delivered. The person at the actual main desk wasn’t even there and the person facing the back office could see us and didn’t even alert her coworkers someone was waiting. “Anthony” the front desk person even made dead eye contact with us while playing with supplies and chatting with the red haired lady with the bun. She was singing so loud no wonder she didn’t realize someone needed help. Dr. Farley and the med assistant were great otherwise.

I highly discourage anyone from visiting this dermatology clinic. The doctors seem completely disorganized and unsure of what they are doing. I went in with small rashes on my face, and after the treatment, the rash spread across my entire face. "Kaplan,Keesha" did not offer any helpful guidance or solutions. Save your time and money; do not go to this doctor

The doctor prescribed an ointment for a 3-year-old child to use for two weeks, with instructions to avoid sensitive areas like the eyes and mouth. However, after applying it to the affected area, the condition grew much worse and began spreading across the child's face. Additionally, the prescribed amount appears to be an unusually large quantity (400gm).

Today was the first time I saw a provider that wasn’t Dr. Farley. I saw PA, Jameson and although my experience with him was ok, I was not satisfied with how much time I had to wait to be called back. I waited 35 minutes in the waiting room before being called back and that’s only because I went to the front desk a couple times to check and see what was going on. There were many people that came and got called back immediately after arriving or within a few minutes. If the issue was that the provider was running behind. I would’ve appreciated the courtesy of being told that, but I wasn’t nor did the provider apologize for the delay when he walked into the room which felt to me that it was just like another day to him. Usually when a doctor walks in, they’ll acknowledge and apologize for the delay when they are running behind. He did not. I did however bring it to his attention when it was time to end the appointment and he asked if I had any questions. and he apologized, then.

My first visit as a new patient. I am pleased with their staff. I made a mistake, and visited a DAY BEFORE my appointment. Even though it was noty appointment day, the wonderful ladies at the front desk werr able to schedule me in during my visit.

Very satisfied. I was scheduled for a wound check a few days after surgery. It was the first time I had seen the extent of the wound, I had a long gash down one side of my face. On the one hand I thought Yikes!!what have they’d done? On closer examination the wound was very neat and tidy. I was pleased with Scott’s explanation of what I needed to do for wound care and cleaning. I am scheduled in ten days to have stitches removed…very pleased with the result so far. I have been coming here for a couple years now for myself and my kids. They are good with setting appointments and getting you in which enough most of the time. Patrick James is a great medical professional and easy to deal with. The staff is mostly super nice. The building they are in has had construction for many months which is sometimes a pain. A downside to this office is that they have some scented plugin or something that is so strong that I can’t stay in the waiting room long without having a reaction to it so I end up waiting in the hallway if the wait is longer than a few minutes. Additionally, sometimes the wait is significant and sometimes you get taken right back, it varies by visit.

Everyone that we converse with at the office is lovely. Dr. Victoria’s Farley is a dream, she was able to tell me on my first visit with here that she thought my skin condition looked like morphea, of course she confirmed with a biopsy. I had others for a years time that thought is was treating my skin condition as a skin fungus or eczema. My morphea is in remission with her care and knowledge. Dr. Farley is now providing me with care for a toenail fungus, in six months there has been marked improvement with medication. She explained it takes a year or so with creams after the initial 90 day internal medication. I am so happy I have such a caring knowledgeable dermatologist.

I've been struggling with scalp issues for 6 years. Had another Dermatology office tell me they saw nothing. THE ENTIRE STAFF here at Vivida Flamingo were wonderful. The doctor and nurse both looked and listened. They heard me, they SAW my issues. Mostly, they didnt treat me like a WebMD hypocondriac!😀❤️ When I told them what HASN'T really worked, they did not insist on telling me, "Keep trying THAT. " They Rx'd something different and will check on me in 6 weeks! They were kind and considerate and I felt like, "This team actually wants to help me!" Why is this important? Because what I didnt nention was the way I feel like im a human dust machine. It affects my mental health as well. I left feeling happy and cared about. I can't wait to see how my new rx goes! Don't waste your time.

Came in due to a skin infection, first test they did of the skin was inconclusive due to them not storing and transferring the sample correctly, had to come back a week later after they've informed us.

They informed us to do a 2nd test, a skin biopsy that requires stitches, dr said may give us results. Came back 10 days later for our appointment to remove stitches and review results, front desk said they didn't have an appointment for us... weird. They see us just to remove stitches since results aren't in, we go to a the room and good news they have the results right now, unfortunately inconclusive too. Ask to see if we could see the Dr since we were told thats how it would be, informed us we only booked a nurse visit??? Ultimately they say to come back with another flair up.

So now we still don't have answers, got a scar from the stitches, and have to wait to have another flair up to see if results are in meaning more money spent.

Sad to say that this places seems to just care about taking your money for test and not giving you solutions.

I just left the office and had a great experience. I took my 10month old to see Dr Farley. Upon arrival I was treated with respect and courtesy at the front desk. The staff were accommodating and super friendly towards me and my daughter. In the examining room I even had one of the staff change the channel to a kid's show in an effort to entertain my daughter. Entered as a new patient and had the best overall appointment experience with Vivida Dermatology! The waiting time in lobby and in the room was relatively short and PA Jameson was very professional and answered all my questions and concerns even though I had many. Dr Jameson and his staff have been amazing. In a period of about 6 weeks my skin condition has improved 100 percent all due to correct diagnosis and medication. I can actually wear shorts, skirts, and short sleeves in public again. Thank you again Dr Scott. From the moment I made my appointment through my first and second visits, the entire staff was consistently courteous, friendly, and helpful. The facility is great, and once I was with Scott Jameson, PA, he elevated a good experience into a great one.

He was able to ascertain my issue and recommended the appropriate medication, which made the issue subside within days. I highly recommend Vivida.

I had no issue making a same day appointment by phone. I was impressed. The receptionists was pleasant and professional. The assistant who handled my chart was very patient and friendly. Dr. Langford is a wonderful physician! She has great bedside manners. Despite how busy she is, she never makes your concerns seem trivial or rush through the appointment. She is very thorough and sweet. She takes the time to educate me on signs of skin cancer and provided preventative recommendations. She is also very knowledgeable and caring. I am very happy she is my dermatologist and would highly recommend her.

I also appreciate how efficient the whole office was. There's a wait at most doctor's offices but I appreciate how considerate they were of my time.

The entire staff was welcoming, put me at ease immediately. My appointment took longer than I expected, but the staff, especially Dionne, kept me in the loop of what was happening and was apologetic for the wait, which is all I ever want. When my turn came though, I was not rushed and all of my concerns were heard and I felt like Dr. Jameson was talking his time with me. Very very satisfied with this place! Would highly recommend.
