I booked an appointment here for a first visit as I was pregnant. 4 days before my appointment, I unfortunately miscarried. When I went to the hospital I was cared for and they told me to keep my appointment and that they would notify them about what happened and aftercare for recovery. This was not done, no one knew when I showed up and had to explain myself over the 3 appointments I had at this office. When I checked in to my first appointment they asked me how my pregnancy was going and I informed them that I was indeed not anymore but I let it go. The nurse that got me right after that also asked me how I was feeling and if I had any weird cravings, I had to tell her that I wasn't pregnant and I just told the receptionist. She got quiet and took my vitals and then I waited for the Dr. He was more kind and I explained what happened and he helped me but it felt rushed. After that he told me to make an appointment for an ultrasound so I did. Showing up for that appointment the SAME THING happened, started with the front desk, then the ultrasound tech and even told me during my ultrasound that "there's nothing here" and I had to explain the same thing AGAIN. My last follow up appointment to go over my ultrasound and blood work was the same thing with the nurse and then my provider, they didn't book me with my original Dr. but they put me with someone else I haven't met with. The nurse who took me to the room asked me again how I was feeling and if I had morning sickness and I had to explain AGAIN what happened with me, she didn't even say sorry just ignored it and didn't talk to me. I waited an insane about of time because they had a lunch in with another company or something because I could hear them giggling as I waited and they were talking a lot. When the Dr came she was the most kind out of everyone here, but the I felt like she was unprepared because she wasn't my Dr who was helping me but she tried to apologize for all of the previous things that happened to me but I wasn't already over it. She brought the office manager to talk to me as well but I don't even think she cared and felt super awkward. There was no solution and I cancelled my next appointment and will NEVER go back there. How does this entire office not talk or inform them of their patients? I did my due diligence and informed them before my first appointment and then told every staff member I interacted with and still nothing. This happened about 6 months ago and I still remember it very vividly as this was the most unprofessional experience I had to deal with at a "women's clinic". Not caring at all and probably the worst experience I have ever had in healthcare. I'm very glad my husband helped me through this very traumatic event and didn't have to be in these appointments alone.

I had a pap with Bernadette Santos with assistance from Kim and it was by far the best exam I’ve ever had! They were both so kind, informative, and professional. I was handled with such care and they didn’t make me feel dumb when I had any questions. And a huge plus with how clean they were!

I don’t feel like my health and well being matters at this office. I have to call several times in order to get anything done. I’ve requested to speak to my doctor twice and I have never gotten a call from him. I found a lump in my breast the first week in October and I finally had a biopsy done 3 weeks ago and STILL haven’t received a call back about my results. I didn’t get a mammogram/ ultrasound until January 27th and I had to find out from the nurse/receptionist at the imaging center, that I actually needed to have a biopsy done on 3 different areas between both breast. I was highly upset that my doctors office didn’t feel the need to relay that information to me. It took for me to call to schedule the biopsy to find that out. I’ve called twice since the biopsy asking for someone to call me in reference to said results. The first time, I was told that the message will be given to my doctor to call me,as he was in a meeting. Of course, no call back. I then called two days later and was told , there was a notation in my “file “ saying that, the results weren’t in yet and I would receive a call back when they were. That was last Wednesday. Today is Friday and still NOTHING! I’m so fed up and stressed with this whole situation and I feel like my health, physical and mental well being doesn’t matter. I even considered going back to Maryland ( my home town) to receive better health care

My experience here was amazing! Bernadette Santos, you are amazing! I felt like all my concerns were heard and addressed! I was even given information that I didnt know. The front desk and staff were friendly, and I feel like the office is run efficiently! Everyone made me feel comfortable and at ease! Thank you Centennial Hills Women’s Health! You guys are awwsome!

Dr Harter is great! It’s been hard for me to find an obgyn office I like or feel comfortable with. This office was everything I was looking for. I was admittedly hesitant to see a male doc but he was so professional and just so friendly. I felt really comfortable through my whole exam. He is also so personable, his bedside manner is just what you hope for at this kind of appointment. Another thing I really appreciated was the feeling of privacy and respect to me as a patient in the room. The beds are faced away from the door and there is a privacy screen that they close, so when you are on the table, if the door opens you are not seen. The last obgyn I went to didn’t offer this - bed faced the door and no screen. I never returned to that doctor for that reason so I really wanted to thank this office for showing this respect and attentiveness to their patients privacy. Dr Harter if you read this, thank you! Felt very well tended to and supported in my medical by you. 10/10.

Dr. Vennart has the worst bedside manner I’ve ever seen. Rude, intolerant, impatient, miserable. It was very disappointing as the procedure that I had done gave me anxiety and it seemed that no one cared if I was okay. His nurse stated” thats just how his personality is and always has that tone”. Unacceptable. Maybe you should consider a different career if he’s going to treat patients that way.

On the other hand, Dr. Bernadette Santos is the most incredible provider I’ve ever seen. She cares deeply about the human that she’s talking to and she will go above and beyond to explain things in detail. She is one in 1 million. It’s not uncommon within the healthcare system in this country to just feel like you are a number. To feel as though it’s all about money and that it’s not actually about you. She goes against all of that, and doesn’t even care if she sees less patients in a day as long as she knows that she took care of them the best that she can.

I went on my annual check-up with Dr. Bernadette Santos - Obstetrics and Gynecology - Intermountain Healthcare at Summerlin. I Don't usually leave reviews but Dr. Bernadette Santos, Dawn, and Kim at OBGYN deserve an appreciation more than anything. This is my second time seeing them and only annually and they are very consistent in the way they treat me. I have always been changing Drs before not because I want to, it just because they move around so I have no choice but to keep changing Drs. This is the very first time that I have seen a doctor and staff who really cares and took their time to go through everything and make sure I understood and every point has been covered and that's rare to see. Coz the majority of them are such in a rush and it makes you feel that you are just a number that needs to get covered. But that's not the case with them, they serve more than checking up, curing, etc.. they serve beyond that purpose. They put heart into what they do, it's so touching, and for me, that's the true purpose. You have to feel it to touch people's lives. And I just wanna say thank you to Dr. Bernadette Santos, Dawn, and Kim. We need more people in the medical world like you.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Centennial Hills location that I would not recommend to anyone. The staff was unfriendly and unprofessional from the moment I walked in the door. I felt like an inconvenience rather than a patient in need of care.

Intermountain Healthcare was supposed to be my new OBGYN for my recent pregnancy, but unfortunately I had a miscarriage. It took Intermountain Healthcare over a week to see me. When I arrived at the office I was greeted by a disgruntled lady who was rude to every patient that came in. When I went to the back to finally be seen by the doctor, the nurse assistant, didn't even know why I was there. My chart said I was there because I was seen in the ER in January? I looked at her and said I am having a miscarriage and I am not okay. She dismissed what I was saying and rolled her eyes and said, "Sorry, but I am not the one that scheduled your appointment and I am not the one that wrote this on your file." She also said that they would not perform an ultrasound on me because they do not have any ultrasound equipment at their office. She said that I would have to go and schedule another appointment to have my ultrasound down somewhere else...

Why would this office schedule to see me... when they were told that I was having a miscarriage if they did not have the proper equipment in their office? I am very confused on why an OBGYN office does not have their own ultrasound equipment...?

As a nursing consultant I have a lot of patience and upmost respect for our healthcare providers however, in my 20 years of working in the healthcare industry I have never met a staff who lacked empathy, compassion, and humanity. No one in that office smiled, none of them cared that I was having a miscarriage. I just lost my baby, and I came to my doctor for help to make sure my body was okay and help was the farthest thing I received. I walked out of their office in tears.

Save yourself the trouble and find a different provider who will give you the care and attention you deserve.

The office was unclean and disorganized, and the staff seemed to lack any professionalism or care for their patients.

The waiting room was overcrowded and uncomfortable, with outdated furniture and a distinct lack of privacy. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful, and it took over an hour just to be seen by the doctor.

Once I finally got into the examination room, I was appalled at the lack of hygiene. The medical instruments looked old and unsanitary, and the examination table was stained and covered in debris. The doctor was dismissive and rushed, barely listening to my concerns before brushing me off with a quick diagnosis and prescription.

Overall, I would not recommend this OBGYN office to anyone. The lack of care and attention to cleanliness and patient comfort is unacceptable, and I will not be returning for any future appointments.

Absolutely love Dr Harter!!! He’s the most attentive, nice, respectful and friendly doctor I’ve ever met . He takes the time to sit and listen to all of your concerns. He’s patient, understanding and makes sure you feel comfortable throughout your appointment. He’s hands down the BEST out there. I’ve been a patient of Dr Harter since 2007 and I’m so glad he’s my doctor. There is no one else out there that can compare to him. Highly recommend.

It was my first well visit. I was expecting a long wait. In and out in less than an hour. The facility and Dr iffice was very nice and clean. The visit was very professional, friendly and efficient. Dr. Harter is amazing, his staff is amazing as well. They help you feel comfortable and not awkward. I have been going there for over 12 years. Hard to get into, little bit of a wait but worth it. He always remembers me and my children. He also did my surgery I trust him and his input. Thank goodness my new insurance is with him. I don’t want to part ways with him or his staff.

Dr Harter can be a hard man to get in with at times and wait times can be lengthy but he is always worth the wait. He is always thorough and always has the best interest for his patient. He has never made me feel like he is "downgrading talk" to me like most doctors do. He has always treated me more like family.

Dr.Vennart been taking care of me since 2015 I have never gone anywhere else since then I don't trust no one else with my life or my body aside from him he is absolutely phenomenal at his job and so is his staff they are the best in Nevada period. I came to him at 35 years old and miscarried three kids found out I had endometriosis which I never knew I had and now I have two beautiful children a boy and a girl who love this man he is family not just my doctor or my OB GYN

I have been going there for several years now and I have always had a great experience from timeliness, customer service, friendliness, and professionalism. I don't dread going thinking it's going to take hours of just waiting my usual wait time is 5 to 15 minutes and they are so understanding that I don't feel anxious or uncomfortable.

I LOVE THIS OFFICE!! I was in and out within an hour. That is something I’ve never experienced at a doctors office. Just want to say that I loved Dr Vennar, his Assistant Rochelle and the rest of the staff, they all are very professional.
Dr Vennart has been my doctor for over 20 years, he made possible my high risk pregnancy and my son now 14 is the light of my life. Couple of doctors told me that I could never be able to get pregnant and well Dr Vennart said "really?" and me too.

I had a great experience at this hospital. It is very clean and well kept. The staff are pleasant and helpful and I felt welcome on my 1st visit.
