I have been going to VivoVision for 4 years now and I really can’t say enough good things about them. Dr. Piñon is wonderful, very thorough and caring and so are the staff. When I was talking with the staff about not using my prescription glasses as much as I should, they listened to why I didn’t wear them and then suggested a better alternative and I am now using my glasses everyday and my eyes feel so much better. They have a great selection of glasses too.
I also appreciate that they helped me at the last minute when I needed the paperwork for an FAA physical. Dr. Piñon filled it out quickly and thoroughly, and when she needed to run an additional test beyond the yearly exam I had just had, I was able to get in the next day, which was a huge stress relief for me.

Honestly this has been the best optometry experience I have ever had in my life. Dr. Monica is so professional, explained everything to me, answered all my questions and truly went above and beyond. Her staff is amazing as well - very friendly very attentive and allowed me to take the time that I needed to find the best products that fit my eye needs. Genuinely good people over here. I’ve never worn contacts. I chose this office because it’s close to my job. I didn’t really have any expectations having not done any research. To my surprise, I found the BEST optometrist I’ve had so far.

If you’ve never worn contacts, like myself and are seriously considering them, this is the place to go. The Optometrists assistant (may not be her correct title). Was very patient and gave great tips that were extremely helpful for a beginner.

The doctor has taken the time to make sure my prescription is the best for my very problematic vision. My case is unique. In the past optometrist have been quick to write up anything to get me out of the office. This has likely made my vision worse over the years. I wasn’t aware of this until I came here. I assumed they were all doing their best.

From the time you walk in to be greeted by the awesome women in the front ( I feel terrible about not remembering names) to finishing up your exam, you’ll know you’re getting the best care.

My experience exceeded my expectations as Dr. Monica was very detailed in how she explained things and she truly made me feel like she cared about the health of my vision. The two other employees whom I interacted with were also very kind. I was surprised at how quickly they had my glasses ready too. I highly recommend this optometry office! :)

Overpriced and the female doctor is rude. The male doctor is super cool hence two stars vs. one but after my last visit I won't be back. She kept cutting me off after asking questions, rushed me through my visit and didn't get my Rx right. I'll be taking my money elsewhere.

I’ve been wearing glasses all my life and have NEVER received customer service like this place. They were ALL AMAZING! It takes a real team to do the things they’re doing at this place. I’ve always had to wait at least a week to get my glasses but not this place; they were done in 10 minutes. My mouth was literally on the ground, don’t hesitate going anywhere else because this IS the place for you!

I recently found this place, after years of going somewhere much farther away, that took way longer to get my glasses. I was in bad need of a new pair since my current ones at the time were held together with tape and epoxy. (I am extremely hard on my glasses. If they last a month it surprises me).

I forget the guys name who helped me, but he did an amazing job, helped me find a good pair of glasses that have held up against my abuse much better than any other pair I've had. But the part I was even more surprised by is that I got to leave the store that day with my glasses. I'm used to waiting at least a week, sometimes close to a month. They had my lenses made in house in less than an hour, and it was probably only an hour total to get everything taken care of.

Excellent experience with these guys. The only thing I was disappointed with, was that it took me so long to find this place that is right around the corner from my house!

Love! Love! Love this place! They have treated my kids and I like family since 2019 when I first went there by chance. They see myself and all of my kids ranging from 10 years to 26 years old. Our glasses are always done in a timely fashion. Our exams are always very thorough and not rushed.
I was a Foster Parent before I adopted, and never one time were my children treated with anything but kindness and respect. Thank you guys for all you do!!!

Amazing! The best customer service I have received and a very long time and definitely the best getting new glasses. Extremely professional my doctor was wonderful and the technician who made my eyeglasses, by the way made them on the spot that took only about 15 or 20 minutes, was the most down-to-earth honest person. Absolutely wonderful! At first the prescription wasn't exactly right, and the frames I picked out ended up being a bit to big for my face (I have a small head lol) but they got me back in right away, made my prescription perfect, and they spent the time to find frames that I loved. Dr and staff are so kind and welcoming, and the guy that fitted the frames to my face is so funny! He also always holds the door for me when I leave. What a gentleman!

Edit: They just sent me a personal (and nota copy paste!) text to say thanks for the review and ngl , it was the most humble thing I've read coming from a business. That's actually super cool. Anyways, this kind of thing makes me hope I won't have to find another optometrist any time soon cause I hate switching Dr's when I've already found one e I really like.

I have to say that Dr. Monica was absolutely amazing, and so was the staff including the really cool guy (I'm sorry I forgot your name!) who did my fitting. I felt so comfortable and their energies were so relaxed, warm, and inviting I didnt even feel I was at a dr appointment. I'm the girl with the spinal problems and crutches. They were patient and didnt rush me because my mobility is slower. It was the most personable experience with any Dr and staff that I've ever had (and I have many) I felt human rather than just another patient on the list. My appointment was the last of the day and I felt bad I was keeping them too long but was assured there was no rush, and I did not feel rushed. Thank you so much!!!!

I absolutely love her. She takes care of my 2 kids and myself. I have been seeing her since she was at Sears. This was her dream to open up her own shop and her staff and herself are just the best. They have great prices work with a bunch of insurance and super easy to get an appointment. They are open 7 days a week. I would totally recommend Dr. Pinon.

Dr. Pinon has been my optician for almost a decade. She is friendly and kind and has worked with me as my eyes change to get the best prescription and best fit for my contact lenses. She cares about my eye health and has always given me great advice about the best options to help me see better. She is affordable and has worked with my eye care plans. Her new office is beautiful with new clean medical equipment to check my eyes. Very happy.😄

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! They lack of communication with their patients and customer service !!! My husband and I ran upon this place as I was going to my new dentist . He was in real bad need of a new pair of glasses and the seeing how his last eye doctor didn’t accept his insurance anymore he went in to this place . He decided to go ahead and get a pair with them since they had availability that same day . Everything was fine at first . They took him in and did everything as normal. He payed whatever he needed to pay and he was told he would get a call from them in about a week when they were ready . A week later he doesn’t receive a call so he goes ahead and give them a call to see what’s going on and he was told that they still hadn’t arrived . Another week passes by and finally he gets to pick them up . The first day wearing them he notices that one eye is more blurry then the other so we take them back so they can go ahead and do another exam and they end up telling us how he would need a new prescription as well how it would take another week for his new lenses to come in since this time around he decided to add the transition to them. A week passes by and they end up telling him that they still don’t have them so we end up having to wait a whole other week. We understood this happens so we let it go . He ends up picking them up and first day that sun hit his glasses they barely even had a tint in them . He calls and they explain how they had ordered their name brand transitions and if we wanted betters ones we would’ve had to pay a lot more . Mind you that day we had to pay about $70 . No one had explained this to us before purchasing them the first time and now we’re sitting here not knowing what we can do . My husband was at work this day so he ended up having to hang up before making a decision as to wether we wanted to order different transitions lenses. I go ahead and immediately give them a call and first thing the girl tells me is that my husband had hung up on her and he didn’t say if we wanted to start the process to get the new lenses . She ends up transferring me to this guy (don’t remember his name) he tells me it would be around $90 to get the new pair of transitions and tells me their giving us a discount because of the error and it originally would be around $160. I end up asking him what would happen to the old lenses since I wanted to know if my money had been wasted and he says that if we want we can just stick with the old ones since they couldn’t take them back. We end up having them order the new transition lenses since we were so frustrated and we wanted to just get it over with. Another week passes and we are finally able to pick them up. The front desk girl ends up trying to charge us more than the guy had originally told us and when mentioned the price he had told us she only said that that is what was on the notes . After letting her know he had clearly stated it would $90 both times I had spoken with him she ended up agreeing and we payed the original price he had mentioned. We got his new lenses and walked out right after . At the end of the day we got a “discount” but we ended up paying the original price of the lenses that we wanted originally. Never have we had to wait longer than a month to get a new pair of glasses for my husband until we came to this place . I would not recommend this place to anyone . If anyone is looking for quality service I suggest you go elsewhere.

I've seen Dr. Pinon over the last couple years and she is great. The new office was innovatively cool as well as comfortable. The staff welcomed me and all were very knowledgeable and friendly. I found the frames I wanted right away and Dr. Pinon sat with me personally to help me get my subscription and pricing to fit my budget. They let me pay for half of the bill during my visit that day because I didn't have enough to pay the full amount. Dr. Pinon told me I could pay the remaining balance when I come back in a week or so to pick up my glasses. They work with you and have excellent deals. I felt at home as soon as I walked in. 💛
