It was time once again to get my eyes checked and update my prescription for new lenses.
From the time I called the office and set an appointment, until the day I walked out with my new glasses, it was truly a great experience.
The eye exam was very professional and quick. The women at the desk were helpful and kind. The eye doctor was very knowledgeable as well as informative.
When I went to the vision center to see what frames and lenses would best suit my face and needs, I was greeted with the vision center staff who were all very knowledgeable and thorough.
Taking the time to show me the differences in each type of frame as well as lens options.
I am so very happy with my frames and lenses. If you are wanting to try out the frames that work like ear buds I highly recommend visiting this store to see how you can put your prescription lens into the glasses frames and talk to people on the phone with them on.
Thank you again for such a wonderful experience everyone at the Walmart Vision Center.

I called the Walmart Vision Center to ask about my son’s glasses warranty, and the lady who answered, named Nicki, was very rude and dismissive. She sounded annoyed when I asked my questions and gave me attitude instead of trying to help. At the end of the call, she suddenly changed her tone and pretended to be nice, but it came off as sarcastic. I expected better customer service, especially when all I wanted was information about my child’s warranty.

The process towards getting new glasses was smooth and hassle free. Optometrist and staff super friendly and made me feel comfortable wearing glasses. He even shared with me new information about my eyes and used my old glasses as a guide line which is a plus. The saving paper thing a little weird but okay lol. Purchasing the glasses and picking them up wonderful staff. I have never been told to keep my glasses on for 10 minutes. New information and now I depend on my glasses. I only will go to Walmart for my vision needs because my work glasses are 5 years old no scratches and amazing quality. My new glasses are just as good if not better.

My insurance was unfortunately really hard to get a hold of during the process of getting new glasses. But both the doctor office and Where you actually buy the glasses, Waited on hold for two hours individually to specifically get all the information I needed to order glasses and go to my appointment. They work hard with a great attitude!
