I called to get my appointment set because I couldn’t make my initial appointment Friday. Staff was very friendly and made it for the very next day and I was in and out super quick. While I may have had the hiccup in getting things moving, that staff here really is helpful and trying to do the best they can. Changing my grade from 2 stars to 4.

Love the doctor whose practice this is. Her staff doesn’t meet my expectations unfortunately. I recently went in for new contacts coming from a LensCrafters. After my initial exam I was called about a week later and was told they were ready to be picked up. I went in today and was just now informed I needed an appointment with the doctor to get them. Nearest available time is next week on a Friday. Wish I would’ve known this before I drove 15 minutes up there. otherwise a good place to receive eye care, just make sure you ASK QUESTIONS before you just agree to pick something up.

Our experience at the Vision Center was excellent from start to finish. The team was extremely professional, organized, and welcoming throughout our visit. They were able to serve all three of my children during one appointment, which made the process very efficient for our family. The staff took the time to clearly explain the pricing options and were very kind and patient while helping each child choose their glasses.

The glasses were ready exactly on the date they promised, and the pickup process was quick and easy. Each of my children adjusted to their new prescriptions comfortably, without the difficult adjustment period that can sometimes occur. They were especially excited about their transition lenses, which work well in the sun and also transition effectively for screen use. Overall, it was a very smooth and positive experience, and we truly appreciate the professionalism and care provided by the entire team. I recommend this location for anyone, especially families.

Had a nice experience at this location. They have a better selection of frames that are more affordable than most places. The staff are patient and nice. They greeted upon entering and waiting to be helped. They offered specials and warranties and were not pushy about the extra options. The turnaround was quick and upon picking up, they made sure everything was good before leaving. Will be back again.

Thank you very much! My son broke his glasses today in school and came home with a broken frame. Since I had them insured, I was in and out within minutes. Quick fix. Lailani pulled up the details of the glasses and helped us out greatly. She was just about to go on her break but saw the other Tech busy on the phone assisting another customer. Without hesitation, came over to help me. Speaks highly of the customer service here. Also, thank you Cassandra for putting the lenses on the new frames for my son. She put the glasses on my son and checked for fitting to see if any adjustments needed to be made. One of the best optometry experiences I've ever had. Overall professionals.

I needed reading glasses, and I'm glad I chose this store. The Dr was knowledgeable and gave me advice on how to better protect my eyes. Once I went to pick out my glasses, Ashley was my rep. Cassandra helped me from start to finish. It felt like I was buying a pair of glasses from a friend I've known for years. The type of sales woman who tells you you look like an idiot with a certain pair of glasses on. She's so easy to get along with and soo knowledgeable. She's even trying to put a rush on them in hopes that I get them in time for my family cruise. I was surprised how Good the selection is at Walmart Vision. Fingers crossed that my Oakleys turn out great.

I want to do this review in the parking lot, but I decided to wait till I got home to allow myself to clear my head so that I would not be too harsh in this review. If you look up any of my other Google reviews, you will see that I very rarely give a bad review and if I do I always explain why.

Here it goes…

I had a prescription done here sometime in April. At least this is according to their computer, because I'm pretty sure it was late June that I was here. Anyway, for whatever reason the doctor was not able to replicate the same great vision as I had in her machine. She got some contacts that were as close as she could get them and told me to come back in a few days if the prescription is not satisfactory. I explained to her that I'm an air conditioning technician and in Las Vegas that means that I will never have any free time during her working hours this summer. She understood and told me to come back whenever I can.

I agreed. Anyway, I was not able to come back until today September 14th. When I got there the lady at the front desk told me that because it has been more than 30 days, I had to pay a $30 fee. For the sake of expediency I agreed to this fee. As she was running my card another lady stopped her and told her that because it has been more than 90 days I would have to pay the full exam fee. I explained the situation but the lady still insisted that I pay the full exam fee. I told her that if I have to pay the full fee I will just get it done some where else.

Don't get me wrong, I understand that the women at the front desk probably were not aware of the situation. But, a note should have been put in my file to avoid this. Now I'm still stuck with a prescription that has me seeing somewhat blurry. I doubt I'll be able to go anywhere else for at least another 45 days as it is still hot here and I am constantly working.

Super communicative and Lailani told me if the glasses I was picking out fit my face too. :-) not just them but really everyone at the vision center is so nice

My o my! James at the eye center was certainly very helpful and he found frames for me in his first go. The other walmart eye center on Rainbow by the Sam's club the attendants were unhappy to assist me and I left after literally trying to find frames by myself. Note that my frames was hard to find.

Eye doctor is good but her office manager and staff are complete liars! I was in at the beginning of the month for a contact exam and they gave me a free pair after the exam. Two days later the one for my left eye ripped. My contacts are very expensive so I would at least like to try new ones for a month before I order a 3 month supply for $300, right, who wouldn’t. So I called them and told them my problem and let them know I was more than willing to pay for a replacement so I could try them out before spending hundreds on a whole box which is the only way they’re sold. They said they would check with the office manager and call me back and they did and they told me the one they gave me a week and a half ago just happened to be the last one they had so they couldn’t help me. Now I would believe that if this hadn’t happened last year. I went to see them and one of the contacts they gave me bothered my eye so badly that I couldn’t wear it so I called them to find out if I needed to see the Dr or if I needed to try another contact and wouldn’t you know they let me know very quickly that the contact they had given me when I initially saw the Dr just happened to be the very last one they had and that I would need to see the Dr!!! So I saw the Dr and she found a piece of metal in my eye that I had to have surgically removed. After removal the contact they originally gave me felt fine. So that’s twice I needed help and twice the office staff lied bc there is no way that they gave me the very last contact they had in my prescription two times in a row a years apart. Not only that but it took me so long to call in about it bc I have been very busy at work that they had more than enough time to order and receive new ones. This Dr better be careful bc her staff is going to ruin her business by losing all of her patients. I won’t be back because I can’t trust them since they would rather lie than help a patient!
