Awesome doctor. HORRIBLE office. I walked out of my last two appointments, including this morning after waiting for 2 hours. Ridiculous. Someone needs to teach people how to schedule appointments. My first appointment I made in June and couldn't get in until Sept. After walking out after a 2 hour wait with no explanation from the front desk, I reschedule my appointment for today, asking for the FIRST APPOINTMENT. After waiting another 2 hours, I again walked out, but first demanded my co-pay back.

Dr. Whipple has been my doctor for more than 10 years. In fact, my husband also started seeing him when we got married. He consistently cares for our health. He is thorough and takes time explaining things to us at each visit to find the best route if we have something we’re dealing with our health. He is compassionate, knowledgeable, personable and genuinely cares. I have recommended him to a lot of our friends and family because it is so hard to find a good doctor in Las Vegas.

Dr.Whipple was a good doctor. I have been a patient of his for over 10 years. BUT his office staff and scheduling are very uncaring and stick to the script. Takes a month to get in to see him no matter what. I have tried for 5 months to get in to see him, trying to get results of; ultrasounds and blood work. I had back surgery and all my surgeons and specialists keep asking me; why my primary care doctor is not on board with the team? Because I can't get in to talk to him. I was 10 minutes late for one appointment (was right after my surgery and was using a walker to get around) .The office staff said he left for the day, then they offered me a telecom phone appointment, which was at 11:30, called at 12:30 wondering what had happened and was informed that I was the next patient and he would be calling me in the next few minutes. Yeah, he called and left me a voicemail at 5 pm, saying sorry he missed me and would call me back the next day... still waiting for that call. Next 2 appointments they cancelled and rescheduled for another couple of months out. It's really to bad cuz I liked Dr.Whipple but it seems he is not interested in my health. I will now have to find a new doctor; One who cares about following up on test results that he orders and I pay for... In more ways than one! Thanks for delaying my health and wasting my time!
