I was recommended by a friend a couple years ago and did not disappoint. They also have Spanish speaking staff. If you are looking for a new dental group please give them a try. I have been coming to this Dental 🦷 Office for the past 2 years I believe now. I went from not going for years due to being nervous and uncomfortable at times at the dentist office to going here for routine checkup to keep my teeth and gums healthy! Since I arrived here to start my dental journey, from the beautiful and so kind ladies at the front desk, to the AMAZING staff in the back, my visits here have been nothing but amazing and I been super comfortable going to the dentist now, at this location. The staff is caring and very attentive to any concern you may have. If you’re looking for a nice, caring and patient staff who’s attentive, look no further! This location is seriously so caring for their patients.

The dentists are amazing but the office staff is a different story. Please save yourself the headache of dealing with this office and if you choose to use them make sure you check what they’re charging you (they upcharge without asking or informing you first) for and even though they “check” to see your coverages I would call your insurance first and confirm and not let them lie to you if your insurance says it’s not covered. The office manager assured me the crowns were covered when I received my first crown and I received 3 after with this notion. My insurance has advised me they were never covered and now they want me to pay 2k on top of the money I’ve already paid them. Any kind of discussion with them is futile as she is snarky and rude depending on the day. I will also be calling Cigna to file a complaint like they offered me when I spoke to them last as I don’t wish this nonsense on anyone else

My experience with Dr. Flores has been impeccable. I feel that she really loves what she does and with me, it showed. I walked into their office after dealing with two other dental offices (bad experience - twice), and their difficult staff which added more stress and ruined my confidence in them. Here, though, I have had HONEST conversations with Tracy and both she and Gigi have been thorough while verifying benefits and billing. Anyway back to Dr. Flores - absolutely WONDERFUL. She was so gentle especially when administering the shots - I am a wimp! When I flinched she immediately responded to make me comfortable - so important! On my 2nd visit I had a heavy procedure done and I was ridiculously nervous! But, I walked out of it happy with the results and with full confidence that I was in the right place .. finally! I get that there can be confusion or misunderstandings but in the end, billing issues + insurance will always = headache. It is what it is. Your teeth and gum health are important and I believe Dr. Flores and her team are all about ensuring that you get the care and treatment that you need to stay healthy. I am SO happy that I found them. Post procedure: I feel great! My confidence is up, I feel better about my smile, and trust Dr. Flores has my best interest in mind. Tracy and Gigi are on top of it! No surprises! Its honest care and truth in billing which has been an issue with other providers, but - not here. Whitney Ranch - thank you so much for all that you do <3.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! THEY ARE CROOKS! They bring you in for an exam with a ton of X-rays and then instead of doing the deep cleaning required they send you to a periodontist who then does another thorough exam and tries to get you to spend $8000-$10,000 and when you decline to spend that kind of money they offer to do a regular deep cleaning which is what you went to the dentist for in the first place. Which they said they couldn’t do because I needed to see a periodontist that I didn’t need to see. They do this to get a kickback from the periodontist. So I called my regular dentist and he’s doing the deep cleaning no problem. I should’ve known they were shady when they tried to get me for $500 cash just to make the appointment. When I declined they had a manager call me back about 15 min later to schedule an appointment free of charge. They also said I have three cavities and recommended a root canal on one that both the periodontist that they sent me to and my dentist said I don’t have or need.

When I called for an emergency Jenny at front desk was quick and willing to help fit me in . Tracey was ver knowledgeable about the copays and follow up information. They both provided great financial information for payment plans and that was a big help . Shannon the dental assistant who help with radiology and my procedures was amazing . Truly down to earth and made me feel at ease . She is great support for this office . Dr Flores was AMAZING she had empathy for my situation and did not let me leave without feeling comfortable. Unprofessional!!!
As i went for my appointment last Friday Sept.15, the clinic was closed. Waited for an hour hoping they are still on lunch break but nobody. I called twice prior to my appointment to verify my insurance and schedule for i am a new patient and it was confirmed by the front desk person named Tracy.
Now, how could you schedule a patient that day and clinic was close. I didn’t get a call from them to cancel or even to re schedule.
I leave a voicemail and until this very hour, i havent heard from them. This experience sucks and unacceptable, very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I’ve never met a Dentist like Dr. Martinez. I ‘Ve had some horror stories. I had a major issue with my crown going back to November. I was led to this office. From the intake call to the appointment was excellent service. I actually felt like they cared and I was valuable as a patient. The front desk helped to sort out my insurance and fees. Dr. Martinez has such an amazing warm presence. The hygienist are funny and pleasant. Thank you for being an Angel, Dr. Martinez.

I've been seeing Dr. Sanchez for maybe 10 years now; bi-annually for check ups and cleanings or when tooth work is required. It is commendable that she actually cares about her patients. She is a good old fashioned type of family dentist that you can feel comfortable about taking your children or elderly to. She and her team are very careful, skilled and experienced. Above all however, she cares about doing her best for you. And that is a trait which I don't see very often these days.

I have always been petrified of dentist bewithing 66 years old you would think I would be over that. Needed teeth pulled and dentures. We retired 4 years ago from Nebraska and didn't have any idea where to start my husband went to Whitney ranch dental and really liked them so I thought I would try them. I absolutely love Dr. Sanchez, but her office staff are the reason I am no longer a patient. After needing a crown, I was not informed that a $250 "lab fee" was not covered by my insurance. I found out after the claim was processed and I noticed a missing line item from the insurance claim. I asked the office why, and they told me they didn't bill my insurance because it's not covered. I had to exain to their treatment coordinator that their biller needed to submit the item even though it wasn't covered so it could go towards my out-of-network deductible.

After I found the claim form to submit, filled it out as much as possible, I provided it to their treatment coordinator who said she'll have their biller look at it. After three weeks, I was told they don't have a billing code for the insurance, so I asked for the form to be filled out as much as possible, without the code obviously, and I'll submit it and the insurance company will call them. Well, the form is exactly the same as I dropped it off .

How can you charge a patient $250 for something that isn't even submitted to an insurance company and then not work with the patient to correct this situation? I'm done and they will not receive another penny from me.

This is the best dental office I have ever been to. Everyone is so nice here. The lady at the front desk, the xray tech, dental hygienist and the dentists are all very welcoming, caring, professional. They are obviously very happy at work and it shows. They don't rush. They treat you like you are the most important person ever. Aside from the fact that this is the dentist and everyone is playing in your mouth, their customer service feels like you are at a spa in some expensive resort. They also had flexible hours to accommodate my hubby's very busy schedule. We moved out of state and I doubt I will ever find a better dental office than this one. If they are in-network for you, don't think twice, try them. I bet you will not be disappointed.

Loved the hygienist/ tech at my first visit. Her infection control was meticulous. Dr Sanchez was fantastic, calmed my fears and gave me a thorough explanation of my xrays and treatment plan. My teeth were cleaned today and a large amount of plaque removed with no pain. Loved this hygienist also. I don’t want to forget the fabulous front office folks Sheri and Maile are great too! I can't recommend this place enough! My biggest issue with going to the dentist is getting a condescending jerk who isn't gentle and makes me feel worse about having bad teeth. Here, the whole staff is soooo incredibly kind and caring. They actually make me feel better about my teeth and are helping me so much to get them all fixed. They're so patient and understanding. If it's dentures you need, do not go here. Cost hundreds of dollars and many hours and they still don't fit right and they look awful. I kept telling her they don't look right and she kept on insisting it was me. She would not fix them and I can't even wear them. My friends say they look like clown teeth.
