Everyone is very polite and friendly, scheduling was a breeze and they’re very responsive via phone, text and email.

Dr. Jackson is very attentive, she thoroughly explains the process/procedure and answers my questions so that I have a clear understanding.

During my procedure i was given a local anesthetic and I’m usually pretty tense during dental visits and simply hate them but her chairs are so comfortable I kept dozing off during the procedure.

I waited a very long time to write this review because I needed to come to terms with the fact that Dr. Jackson left me with permanent damage to my trigeminal nerve after extracting my wisdom teeth.

Initially, I was so excited when I found her. My first few visits were amazing, and for the first time, I actually loved going to the dentist! However, during my last visit, she removed the wisdom teeth on the left side of my mouth. A couple of days after the procedure, I started experiencing excruciating pain that never went away.

Dr. Jackson referred me to an endodontist, as she couldn’t figure out why I was still in pain. The endodontist found nothing wrong and sent me to an oral surgeon. After undergoing a brain MRI, I was told the wisdom tooth extraction had caused nerve damage.

For over five years—and after spending thousands of dollars—I’ve been prescribed multiple drug cocktails, received acupuncture, tried herbal remedies, and more, yet I still live every single day in severe pain. My symptoms include slurred speech, an inability to eat or drink, and sometimes even difficulty talking. It’s overwhelming. This latest flare-up has lasted five days and left me bedridden for two of them.

Through extensive research into trigeminal neuralgia, I now understand why it’s called the “suicide disorder.” Living with this condition feels unbearable.

I reached out to Dr. Jackson, hoping she would offer some kind of help or take responsibility for what happened, but she dismissed me and took no accountability for her actions.

Thank you, Dr. Jackson, for turning what should have been a routine procedure into a lifelong nightmare.

I recently found this office when my dentist closed. I’m so happy I did! Lexi is awesome and does the best cleaning job I’ve ever had. Everyone here is professional and friendly. They are fair and reasonable about their pricing too which helps so much. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Jackson and her entire staff are very focused on providing great dental services. We have been going to her since 2016 and been very satisfied. Her practice continues to be private and not part of a larger "corporate" type of practice. This is always a plus in my book.

Super friendly staff, cool technology, great communication while in the chair, and comfortable environment for me at 6'4". They are great about reaching out to folks who opt in to the cancellation list to be notified when an appointment slot opens up too. I especially appreciated the minimizing of paperwork through the use of dry-erase markers used to fill out new patient paperwork.

I was charged extra money to have an x-ray done of the right side of my face, even though my insurance at least covers x-rays at 100%. The doctor had no regard for my pain, scheduled me for October, and prescribed me pain medication. I hadn't eaten for 2 days and had severe sensitivity to hot and cold. As a result, I had to schedule another appointment with Green Valley Modern Dentistry who examined my ENTIRE mouth and sent me to Union Village for an emergency Root Canal, which hubby and I gladly paid for out-of-pocket. I highly do not recommend this clinic. She said tooth 19 was causing the pain when it was actually 20. Two different doctors actually performed a cold test and I managed to receive proper treatment. I am no longer in pain and finally slept.

I never knew loving a dentist could even be a thing. Everyone who works here is great. I will be 26 in the summer which means i will be kicked off of my parents insurance. Hopefully they'll accept my insurance once i get my own policy. The faith and trust that k have for Dr. Jackson and her staff is really unbelievable. If you go here, you'll be in good hands. My whole family approves, including my grandma, aunts, uncles and cousins!

The staff is professional and caring - ALL of them! Where do you find that these days?? And they don't make you wait - they are efficient. The equipment is new and they are very conscious about cleanliness. I have had a lot of different procedures done, and never feel any pain compared to other places I've been. I highly recommend Dr. Jackson and her staff. I am lucky to have found them. I don't often go to the dentist, but when I do, I choose Windmill Family Dental!

1st impressions are everything. The staff was attentive upon my arrival and answered ALL of my ?s without looking annoyed. The paperwork was not gruesome and I love they choose a paperless option. my teen appt was scheduled for that day and the called me the day before to let me know there was a cancellation and they could see me as well.
Once x-rays and pictures were taken, doc was in completing her exam. Her explanation of everything toe as the parent and my teen was thorough. Same for me. She didn't rush me out as I asked about my dental options.
Now this is where they went over the top for me. The staff printed out plans for both of use. Went over our benefit info thoroughly, scheduled appointments that would be effective for both my schedule and the teen. She was simply amazing. I walked away knowing exactly how much my out of pocket expenses would be through completion of our plans for the year. And the decorum is cute.

Worst Dentist ever, she had me sit in the chair, and she was way over her head in putting my new implants. Constantly trying and she wasn’t able to perform the job. She could of told me that after spending hundreds of dollars, and many appointments. Tiffany Jackson told me after her frustrations, “That we were not a good match”. THE NERVE!, I ending up calling my Oral Surgeon, he took over immediately, even had a special dentist to make sure everything was good. It was, finally. Think twice before choosing her.

They tell me exactly what they're doing before and explain the whole process. Super professional and amazing at what they do! Can't say enough about this awesome establishment. I have been to several dentists in my lifetime and never really had a bad experience, but never a good enough experience to speak on. After relocating to Nevada approximately 3 years ago, I hadn't been to a dentist and really wasn't looking forward to finding a new one. I decided to go with the office that was closest to my home and boy did I hit the jackpot! Dr. Jackson and her staff make you feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door. The deep cleaning that I needed was so seamless that I actually dozed off while the technician was doing her work. I had bonding done from years ago that I wasn't super pleased about and Dr. Jackson re-contoured and shaped it to perfection. My teeth never felt or looked better. These awesome ladies are all professionals and make what they do seem so effortless.

The moment you come in, the staff is friendly and welcoming. You do not have to wait a long time to see the dentist. I must say that Tiffany is the best dentist that I have ever been to. She explains everything in detail, and she does not push you to treatment plans that you are uncomfortable with. All the staff were careful and made sure that I was aware of what was going on each step of the way and happy with my results! I would recommend this dentist office to any of my family members along with my friends any anyone else I may come across! 5 stars across the board! Dr. Jackson does outstanding work, and importantly, is a genuinely caring person committed serving her patients in an affordable, professional manner; and that commitment extends to all of her staff at Windmill Family Dental. My wife has a dread of dentists from her childhood experience with a dentist in our community who my family jokingly called "Der Dr. Mengele" the Nazi era Angel of Death. I spent decades coaxing her to the dentist and literally holding her hand throughout the exam. We discovered Windmill Family Dental after moving to Nevada to retire and we couldn't be any more happy and satisfied with the care she has provided over the last few years. In fact, my wife, for the first time ever, actually goes to dental appointments ALONE. I've only done a handful of reviews, and even less positive ones, but we highly recommend Dr. Jackson and her staff without a single reservation. Give them a try, you'll be glad that you did!

Dr Jackson is very professional and always takes the time to explain the procedure. Very friendly staff. Most importantly, Dr Jackson does honest work. My prior dentist spent 2 minutes examing my teach and said I had two cavities. Didn't brother to check my gum line which is important at my age for gum disease prevention. Dr Jackson took the time to get to know me as a new patient , and I ended up with one minor cavity fill. My gums are fine ☺

Wow! My son and I had a great experience at Windmill Family Dental. First and foremost, the office is warm and inviting--complete with a friendly staff and complimentary coffee bar (stocked with bottled waters and a great selection of teas, coffees and hot chocolate!). There's also flat screens set up in the waiting room; I watched some football while my son enjoyed playing xbox as we waited.
Dr. Jackson sat me down and thoroughly explained the work she would be doing before she began and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the process. She really took the time to listen to my concerns and address them. She's very knowledgeable and personable; her friendliness and professionalism are second to none!
I was very impressed by both the Dr. and her staff. Incredible customer service--they make you feel like family!

Dr. Jackson and her team are the best! I suffer from a lot of dental anxiety because my uncle was a dentist and ever since he retired I haven't really found anyone else I trust. I avoided going to the dentist for awhile because of that, but finally I started to have pain in one my teeth and Dr. Tiffany was able to see me right away. I didn't really have to wait even though I was a walk in, and she didn't rush me at all! She took her time to see what was going on with my tooth and explain it to me in words I could understand. Also..I don't have insurance but they really worked with me so that I can get my mouth back in shape. Totally not what I expected considering the office is gorgeous and high tech..I thought they would be snobs and it would cost me an arm and a leg! What a relief! I feel less nervous going to the dentist now..and it really helps to see friendly faces every time I go. Thank you for dealing with a wuss like me, Windmill Dental!
