From the minute I walked in with my 4 kids, we immediately felt welcomed. The office staff were so sweet and friendly towards my kids and it made me feel at ease about bringing them all in. The office is spacious and clean. They had magazines to read and arcade games to play while you wait, although we only waited for maybe 5minutes before being called back. Dr. Yesnick was so friendly and helped my 5year old feel at ease and made the appointment fun. He really took the time to explain everything he was doing and checking. I'm so glad I found this office and will continue to come here myself.

I’ve been going to this doctor for 15 years and was quite happy. However, my most recent experience was one that completely soured me I came into the office to schedule an appointment and was told they could see me immediately. This is unheard of, so I took the opportunity and after waiting 15 minutes I spoke to the front desk I was told . Oh will get you right in which they did for the initial tests, then they moved me to the room for the doctor where I sat for over 35 minutes without anyone coming in or saying anything after an hour I walked to the front desk and requested my co-pay back, which they were reluctant to do until they realized I had not actually been seen by the doctor. If there really was a wait, they never should’ve offered the service

Called for an appointment for eyes exam, got in the next day, that was impressive 😄 from check in to check out, all the staff was professional, courteous and with smiles. Every thing was explained to me and I understood what was next. Now picking the eye wear was hard, so so many different colors, styles, designs, just like walking in Kate Spade 😉 you want everything you see. Family owned and operated super clean . Just wow young lady called A MANAGER is very rude and unhappy person. Honestly this has one of the absolute best experiences that I have had at a doctor's office. Truly a caring and soft atmosphere very friendly, knowledgeable, and caring environment. Both David and Sandy are amazing doctors and walked me step by step, super supporting, and honestly very down to earth people. My only disappointment was the wait time. Even though I had an appointment, I waited quite a while before being seen. Also, the staff member who helped me choose my glasses seemed to change his attitude after I mentioned that I wanted to discuss the purchase with my husband before making a decision. I felt less welcome after that, which was disappointing.

I have been coming here for 2 years now and I have never ever been treated how I was treated today by John the medical assistant. So I had an appointment scheduled for myself and my son. We got to our appointment 30 minutes ahead of time. No big deal we can wait. We were not called to the back until 10 minutes after our appointment time. Still no big deal. But then we waited inside of a room for well over 35 to 40 minutes waiting on the optometrist to come in.

We were OK with that because Dr. Yesnick has always been so kind and helpful.

Well after doing an exam for my son, he tells his medical assistant to send someone else in to do my exam. Again, no problem. Well John comes in with an attitude and begins to aggressively speak with me about moving forward and leaning forward. This was hard to do because the chair had been adjusted for my 8 year old son so I tell him, I’m leaning forward and sitting straight up as much as I can. I am also 5’3. Idk if that was an issue as well. But then John snatches the equipment and says aggressively “do you want to do this exam or not!” I was offended and irritated instantly because for one he is speaking to me as if I am a child and he is being disrespectful. So I told him to get someone else to help me.

Dr. Yesnick came back in and finished my exam within 10 minutes without an issue. And due to his medical assistant and the rest of the staff being so sweet and kind, this is the only reason why I am giving a 3 star and not a 1 star

I called to schedule an appointment, but after speaking with the young man at the front desk, I completely lost any interest in coming here.

He sounded annoyed the entire time, like I was interrupting something more important. Then, before we even finished the conversation, he put me on hold because someone came in to pick up their glasses. Apparently helping the person who walked in was more important than finishing a phone call with a potential new patient.

Wow! What an incredible experience! Our family is new to Vegas and It's stressful establishing new care for four children, but this place was incredible. I have a 3, 6, 9 and 11 year old and they scheduled us with in the week from that call and we officially had our very first appointment. It was so spacious, super kid friendly staff, from the very front desk to all the ladies in between all the way down to the eye doc were beyond great. This was honestly one of the best eye appointments I’ve ever had. The entire team was amazing friendly, professional, and made everything feel so easy. I really appreciated that they didn’t have to use that strong dilation stuff that makes your eyes super sensitive. Everything was done smoothly and with care.

What really stood out to me was the way the staff treated everyone every race, every person with genuine kindness and professionalism. Those are key elements I always look for when searching for a provider, and this office checked all the boxes. The reviews were right this office truly lives up to the hype!

Not to mention, I had a deep, meaningful conversation with the young man who helped fit me for my glasses. He had such a beautiful soul pleasant, respectful, and genuinely warm. I do not question Dr. Yesnick’s expertise. He is very knowledgeable, and I was previously happy with the care and treatment I received from him, which is why I returned to his office today.

My purpose for the appointment was simply to determine whether the prescription I received may have been too strong, as I was experiencing issues with my glasses. I also informed Dr. Yesnick and his staff that I did not purchase my eyeglasses from their office. Last year, Dr. Yesnick provided me with two prescriptions — one for distance and one for computer use. I only obtained the computer glasses through their office and decided to purchase the distance glasses elsewhere.

During today’s visit, Dr. Yesnick ultimately determined that the prescription itself was correct, but that the provider from whom I ordered the glasses did not properly follow the prescription instructions. I appreciated him taking the time to explain this, and I thanked him for his assistance.

However, I was uncomfortable with the manner in which I was questioned during the appointment. I felt as though I was being interrogated or attacked in front of the staff, rather than simply having my concerns addressed.

Additionally, I was deeply offended by a comment made by one of the staff members regarding Medicaid. The staff member stated that the glasses I received through their office were “free” because Medicaid paid for them and that I only paid for the glare coating. I found this comment unnecessary, judgmental, and unprofessional. Just because when I told them the eyeglasses they quoted me at their clinic was expensive.

You do not know my personal circumstances, and remarks like that should not be made to any patient. I have worked for over 15 years and only applied for Medicaid once in my life during a difficult period. To imply that I received something “for free” in a derogatory way was hurtful and inappropriate, especially considering that I have spent years working and paying taxes.

Again, I want to make clear that I respect Dr. Yesnick’s expertise and did not come to the office to argue or cause conflict. I came in simply to ask whether my prescription might have been too strong. I did not expect to feel judged or embarrassed because I once had Medicaid coverage.

P.S. I no longer have Medicaid and have long since transitioned to private insurance.

I didn't know I needed glasses until I came here, Dr. Yesnick said I have monocular vision and I can see through my left eye, I have a weak right eye. But overall, I enjoyed myself today and can't wait to pick up my first pair of glasses. I never needed glasses in my entire life. So it's going to be different having to adjust to wearing glasses. I can't wait to start wearing my glasses. This is the best vision center out there, they really care about their patients.

My mother just went here for her annual check up to see if her prescription changed. Herself and her partner had a WONDERFUL TIME. She raved about how lovely the doctor was and how helpful the staff were that she interacted with. I was glad to hear. She asked me to go back with her a week later to get a new pair of glasses, was excited myself to see the place and potentially become a patient. When we went back she was placed with CJ, who kept interrupting her when she was explaining her concerns/ asking questions. When my mother pointed out that she felt talked over no apologies were made and he seemed annoyed that we were requesting help in finding the correct glasses/frame/lens. It made both of us extremely uncomfortable and not looking to go back. I was truly shocked by the interaction as she already pick out which pair she wanted at her previous appointment and just needed to get them ordered. I felt like we couldn’t ask questions or look for other options, which doesn’t seem to fit the rest of the practice. The rest of the staff seemed lovely.

Update 04.26: I made an annual eye check up with no problems and after arriving was greeted promptly as usual with a smile from Wendell. Once seen by Dr. Yesnick who was thorough and has referred me to a cataract surgeon for consultation. There was no pressure. He suggested we wait on reordering new contacts till the consultation and decision. That was really best for me.

When I first moved to Vegas I went here for new contacts. The doctor basically conned me into a new more expensive brand saying that my old brand would not work in Vegas and would dry out. Since, I’ve had nothing but problems with my contacts. They keep going behind my eye, falling out, and constantly causing me blurry vision while driving. I’ve called to try and return them and get my money back but they keep saying they will call me back and never do. I definitely do not recommend this place.
