I didn’t have the best experience with the doctor. I felt she could have been more understanding and empathetic. As a concerned dad, I’m just trying my best while my daughter is sick, and I felt more lectured than supported. I also felt rushed and like my concerns weren’t fully heard.

On the other hand, the front desk staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful!

My last visit I saw that there was new ownership so I called In before, getting off my car to ask what the self pay urgent care pricing would be. I was told 125 so I proceed with my visit.
At the desk, I was charged $111 and assumed maybe it was a new patient discount since it was new ownership
Before signing all my paperwork, I went to confirm if the $111 would cover everything in house for the visit And the lady assured me that it would.
Two days later, I got a text saying I still had a balance of 60+ dollars and I needed to pay
I called and explained that I had called over the phone before going in and double checked inside the office that what I paid Would cover everything.
They told me they would try to get the balance written off and call me back. I didn’t get a Call back so I called in myself a week later and the nurse on the line read me the notes in my file that basically said their nurses have been trained on new pricing and know the new prices so they wouldn’t be writing off anything Regardless, if I was given the wrong information or charged incorrectly.

Beware and make sure that you are triple checking what the actual cost is so you don’t get smacked with a surprise bill.

This review is for Dr. Mehic. She is rude and lacks bedside manner. Firstly she was late for our appointment. Then once she comes in, it's with her own agenda wanting to talk about vaccines and how people are dying from messels all over the US (although I was already prepared to have my daughter vaccinated that day) she seemed like she was assuming I was not going to want her to get them, I'm not sure but it was odd and unnecessary. She seems very short and dismissive. When I had a concern about my daughter. She didn't even really examine her and proceeds to say that the concern I had is not what I thought but it's due to her being "overweight". My daughter is tall and to no one else seems overweight, so maybe by medical terms she is but meanwhile she did not even go over a weight chart with us or let us know where my daughter is and where she "should" be. To just tell me my 6 year old daughter is overweight without explanation or guidance is unprofessional and felt more like shaming than a professional opinion. She was in such a rush to get out of there that I didn't even get to discuss with her the concern I had about my daughter having seasonal allergies, even though I discussed it with Cicilia, the nurse (who is wonderful, btw) and she had put it in my chart for us to discuss. I feel like Dr. Mehic didn't even look at my daughter's chart. I like the office itself but I will be requesting a different physician moving forward. If her lack of bedside manner is like that for us I can only imagine other families are experiencing the same. Something needs to be said.

If I could give them no stars I would. The staff itself is extremely nice. I will say that, but they don’t do anything. My child has Had a cough for over two months and he’s asthmatic I’ve taken him to this location about four times only to be told that nothing is wrong with him, and I am still dealing with his cough to this day. I do not like how I’m not able to explain what’s wrong with my son because they’re so quick to be dismissive. It’s very frustrating and I feel like they do not care that much. You should save the time and go to a different place like Inspirada pediatrics instead of this place.

My daughter recently hurt her finger and it was swollen. We came to Zarminali Pediatrics urgent care and were seen in a timely manner. The doctor was so attentive and kind. She placed a splint on her and referred her to get an x-ray. They do not have an in house x-ray but the place is up the street.
The doctor called me after hours with the results the same day. Amazing service from the warm front desk to the doctors and nurses. I highly recommend this urgent care for your little ones.

Although the urgent care side of the office opens at 9am, the office staff allowed urgent care patients to get in line and check in at 8:15am instead of waiting to open. Therefore, the people who got there at 9:00 were placed in the queue and had a 3 hour wait to be seen. This has never been the case prior to the switch to Zarminali and I have never had such a wait time when it was Over the Rainbow. The provider was wonderful so it’s unfortunate that the practice is having such growing pains after the switch.

Our experience at Zarminali Pediatrics & Urgent Care was a little mixed. When we first walked in, the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The patient waiting area was clean, spacious, and had a good amount of toys for the kids but it was for wellness patient. However, the sick patient area was much less accommodating, with little to no toys for children to keep them occupied while waiting. The waiting area looks like it was or use to be a break room or an old patients room and it was hot in the waiting area.

The nurse we had was very nice and made us feel comfortable. Unfortunately, our experience with the doctor was not as positive. I felt that her tone came across as rude and judgmental when she told me that I should always remember the name of my child’s medication. I explained that I did know the name, but my phone had died and I wasn’t able to pull it up at the time. I understand the importance of knowing a child’s medications, but I felt the situation could have been handled with more understanding and kindness.

Overall, the front desk and nursing staff were pleasant, but the interaction with the doctor left me disappointed. As a parent, especially when bringing in a sick child, I think compassion and understanding go a long way.

This place is literally the worst. Do not take your babies here they don’t even deserve one star. I saw two different providers (Theresa & mehic) while I was going here in the first month of my son’s life. They did not take the time to ask questions or understand our situation at all. Our son was NICU / a “slow gainer” - I had one provider tell me my breastmilk must be “low calorie” and I had another one walk in without asking any questions and tell me that I clearly had a low milk supply. I was generically told to supplement with formula even though I already had tons of pumped milk. There was NO support offered for wanting to exclusively breastfeed I had to do my own due diligence to seek out lactation support. As a pediatrician you would think if there are breastfeeding difficulties you would refer out to lactation consultants. Also, you don’t tell a mom that she is the problem, when many newborns struggle with latch or milk transfer, which was the case for my son. Again, you think you’d know that as a pediatrician. The experiences at this business caused me to have severe postpartum anxiety around my son’s feeding. They wrote on my son’s record that he was failure to thrive and didn’t mention that one time in the visit. After seeking additional support and eventually becoming established with another pediatricians office, he was/is NOT failure to thrive. They kept wanting us to bring him in for weight checks, which conveniently we have to pay copays for because they are considered a sick visit. On top of that, their office called my husband and notified us we would have to pay a copay for a well visit because the conversation “lasted longer than a normal well visit”. The providers here are not personable, they have terrible bed side manner, and the company as a whole is a cash grab. Just don’t.

Arrived around 3:30pm. No one in the waiting room. Told there was a 2 hour wait and we needed to make an appointment… strange for an urgent care with no one in the waiting room but ok.

Waited 2 hours driving around the area trying to keep my non-speaking son entertained while we waited for our urgent care appointment. 5 minutes prior to our appointment time, we receive a voicemail that they need to reschedule our appointment for the following morning. I’m obviously livid by the point as something seems to be wrong with my son, we wasted 2 hours of our time, and now no one is answering the phone when we try to call back because they are “closed.”

We go back to our appointment anyway and sign in (the receptionist is talking to another patient). The voicemail wasn’t acknowledged at all, and we are seen by a provider.

While we are waiting, 2 parents are turned away because they are “capped for the day.”

All this to say, this location should not market itself as an urgent care if they can’t operate without appointments or actually see patients urgently. Very unfortunate as this was previously our go to for urgent care needs. We won’t be back, and don’t recommend coming unless you have an appointment (though they may randomly try to reschedule you without reason).

It pains me to write this review because we truly loved this place. Since new ownership it has been a struggle to get things done correctly. My daughter has been waiting for a prescription renewal for over a week and now the prior authorization isn’t being completed by the doctor after requested by pharmacy. My daughter is going through painful withdrawals and it hurts me that doctors can be so heartless when it comes to children.

We have come to this urgent care many times and have always had positive experiences. But today, our daughter needed an antibiotic injection. The nurse who administered the shot was both unprofessional and unequipped to do the job. Her mistake caused her to have to administer the very painful injection twice, which was a horrifying experience for our child. There were also concerns that the needle may have been jammed in. We reported the incident to the physician on site and the corporate number. We’re so disappointed and upset over the level of care received.

DO NOT COME HERE if you are paying out of pocket.

I brought my daughter in for possible strep throat and specifically told the front desk we did not have insurance and would be self-pay. Before agreeing to treatment, I asked for pricing and was quoted $125 for the visit plus approximately $20 for strep testing. I paid the $125 at check-in.

The visit lasted roughly 10 minutes. The strep test was negative, no medication was prescribed, and no meaningful treatment plan or follow-up guidance was provided.

Weeks later, I received an additional bill for $510, bringing the total charge to $635 for a very basic urgent care visit.

I have since contacted their billing department directly and filed a BBB complaint, and I have received absolutely no response.

Self-pay patients deserve FULL pricing transparency BEFORE treatment — not surprise bills weeks later. Had I been informed the actual cost would exceed $600, I would not have consented to treatment at this facility.

I will also be filing complaints with the Nevada Attorney General and Nevada health/licensing agencies regarding the lack of billing transparency.

We had such a wonderful experience with our child’s new pediatrician! After not having the most pleasant experience with our previous doctor, we are so happy we decided to switch over to this office.

The doctor was incredibly kind, attentive, and thorough. Even during our very first visit, all of our concerns were addressed and we never felt rushed.

The front desk staff and medical assistants were also so accommodating, welcoming, and sweet throughout the entire appointment. The facility itself is adorable, very kid-friendly, and extremely clean, which made us feel even more comfortable bringing our child here.

We are so grateful to have found this office and would highly recommend them to other families!

Being a first time parent I was extremely stressed about where to look for a pediatrician we could trust and felt comfortable taking our daughter to. I fell in love with this location and the staff. It's very clean and bright. Cecelia has been our nurse for most of our appointments and she's always goes above and beyond to make sure we're taken care of. We truly feel important when she's around. It makes us so happy to know that our daughter is cared for at this location and I'm happy we were able to find a permanent place for our daughter's health needs.

I needed a health statement 4 months after my sons last visit and had no idea they had a policy of 3 months so when I found out I had to pay for a sick visit I was not very happy. Kristi was very kind and helpful and explained the reasoning, which I totally understand. I got there with my son with difficulty breathing and they didn’t see him TWO HOURS BEFORE CLOSING due to maxed out capacity. I checked their website before going there and there was absolutely nothing about this possibility, nothing that says “please call us beforehand”.
I not only wasted time and gas on going there, but they didn’t care what symptoms my son has.

We had a very disappointing experience at this urgent care. We brought our infant in due to what appears to be painful acid reflux—he was visibly uncomfortable, crying, and clearly in distress.
Instead of evaluating or offering any meaningful treatment, we were essentially told that unless the situation was life-threatening, they wouldn’t address it and that we should follow up with our regular provider. That defeats the purpose of going to urgent care in the first place.

We left with a can of formula and an appointment —something that could have been handled over the phone—while our child was still in pain. As a parent, that’s frustrating and honestly unacceptable. When you bring your baby in for help, you expect more than being turned away because the issue isn’t “serious enough.”

On top of that, we were told that urgent care is completely separate from the pediatrics office—even though it’s in the exact same building and appears to share the same nursing staff. Somehow, the systems are “totally different.” That makes no sense. Why wasn’t this explained during any of our previous visits? Our son is 3 months old and we’ve already had multiple appointments here. This was our first urgent care visit, and to our surprise, we had to fill out all the same paperwork again like we were brand new patients.

Additionally, the physician assistant, Teresa, came across as rude and dismissive. She would ask my wife questions but then cut her off mid-response to say she was “going to go over everything,” making it feel like the questions were rhetorical to begin with. Talk about not being a "people-person."

The interaction felt unprofessional, and we did not feel comfortable during the visit.
The lack of communication, consistency, and basic bedside manner made this an incredibly frustrating experience.

Would not recommend if your child is uncomfortable but not considered an emergency. Parents deserve better support than this

My children have been Wee Care Pediatrics patients for over 10 years. Thus, when my baby was sick this weekend we tried Over the Rainbow Urgent Care as it’s from the same physicians.

Through a Google search, it indicated they were open until 3pm on Saturday. We’ve tried contacting Over The Rainbow since 2pm and no one answered. We drove our 9 month sick baby here arriving 2:37pm. The doors were locked. I knocked multiple times and was able to see the front desk lady there. It took me knocking at least another 3 times for her to open the door and proceed to tell me they were no longer seeing patients. I told her I was calling the clinic since 2pm and she said they didn’t hear it; 3 min later I see the same staff leaving for the day from another door.

If your clinic is open until 3pm on a Saturday, you shouldn’t deny care to a sick baby at 2:40pm.

Writing this as I’m at another children’s urgent care waiting for my baby to be seen, and considering changing pediatricians for my kid’s primary care.

I love this office! I take 4 of my grandkids to this office. (Ages 5-14) The entire staff is amazing! In addition to their pleasant and friendly personalities they are knowledgable, accommodating, and efficient. One of the things I appreciate the most is that I never feel like I am bothering anyone when I ask questions or need them to do something. The office flows nicely. I do have one issue though today there was three girls at front desk, one was African American and she was making fun of another parent an elderly woman who came in and left. It was tasteless and sad, I don’t think anyone should make comments about the race of their children and what they find appropriate. After 16 years with the same pediatrician, I had to pick a new (moved). This was a decision that I didn't make lightly and after reading lots of reviews and given the short distance from my home, I took a chance on Wee Pediatrics. This was one of the best decisions I've made. Dr. Mihic is so warm and welcoming. She talks to my daughters with such care and concern. She is very straightforward, which I appreciate. She truly listens to me and as their mom that means so much. I never feel like I'm bothering her when I ask a lot of questions. She's very thorough with referrals and follow ups, as well. I am so happy that we landed here and so are my girls. They love going to her! The staff is also incredible! They’re always so nice on the phone and in person. I love that they write notes on the paper in the patient rooms. It’s so sweet and helps ease the nerves of my girls. We adore this office!

As first time parents, the doctor we saw (Dr. Mihic) was terrible!!! During our first visit, everytime we asked a question we were met with a condescending tone/answer. She spoke down to us and her tone was “well why didn’t you already know?? That’s a stupid question”. She spoke really fast, we couldn’t even write down the answers to our questions. When we asked to repeat the answer, she just spoke even faster. We were so stressed because our daughter was losing weight and we had one day to fix it. Dr. Mihic said “your milk should be in by now, you need to pump in between every feeding session” making me feel so terrible when she didn’t even ask about my current health issues. Once we left our second appointment the front staff didn’t even say anything, didn’t even ask to schedule another appt. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!

What a wonderful experience! The entire staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. A huge thank you to Nurse Timmy, who was the best, his gentle and kind demeanor with my daughter was truly special. Would leave a -5 star review if I could. I couldn't get into my normal peds place because they had no openings. So, I took my sick toddler here after getting a call from her school that she had a fever. She had been congested, had a bad cough for over 3 weeks. After 2.5 hours of waiting, we finally get seen by an Asian female whatever title she was. Not sure if she was a PA, doctor, or NP. She literally looked in my toddler's ears for 0.2 seconds and said yah that ear is red...so is the other ear. I asked if it was an infection and she goes yah it's red. She then says she prob has strep too, her tonsils are enlarged....So, I will prescribe an antibiotic to cover all of it. I asked her, shouldn't you test for strep. She goes nah she needs an antibiotic anyway for her ears. She literally came in the room for 30 seconds and was gone.
I HATE providers that prescribe antibiotics 'just in case.'. This is how gut biomes get wiped and antibiotic resistance happens.
I had zero faith in her quality of care and knowledge base, so I scheduled an appt with my peds today. The doctor did a thorough exam, checked ears, throat, and belly, also her entire body for HFMD... also swabbed for strep, flu, and covid. Guess what???!!!! NO FREAKING INFECTION!!! No ear infection, no strep. I would have given my toddler an antibiotic for no reason.
She should be fired. Do NOT take your kids here!!!!!! Urgent care providers suck and over prescribe or prescribe without confirmed bacterial infections. Never again.

We’re very happy with the service we got from the front desk. The day before when I called to schedule front desk was very thorough with all of the questions. The provider that we were able to visit Lauren was phenomenal. She acknowledged both my wife and myself when talking about the baby. This place is such a lovely location. The waiting areas are decorated with fun themes and even the rooms have themes with toys and books to keep the kiddos occupied and at ease. We were greeted warmly and our appointment went smoothly. Our practitioner, Lauren was super awesome and attentive to my kid's needs. The only reason I gave a 3 star was because of the other front office person Maddie. After my daughter's appointment I asked for some documentation and she repeatedly asked me if I was on Medicaid. Then when I told her I wasn't she then said are you sure. I watched her interactions with white customers and there were no assumptions about them being on Medicaid. It seemed like she was trying to embarrass me. Hopefully she gets some diversity training because not all black people in fact most black people do not receive free healthcare. We work hard like everyone else.

I’m not one to usually review, but I found myself wanting to put my experience out there. This clinic was recommended by a family member and was told that they were great. However I should have done my homework and read reviews before coming here. I under stand wait times I’m not one to be impatient. But what frustrated me is the lack of communication from the staff and provider. I have called twice to see why my son’s medication was not sent to the pharmacy. I understand again that they get busy, but what I cannot fathom is that I am told by the provider that she forgot to place the order to the pharmacy. I have called the staff twice, twice I was told that I would get a call back. I got tired of waiting and took my son elsewhere, he got treated immediately and was given his meds. I am very furious that it played out this way. And for her to ask me if my son was okay after her forgetting to send over said medications now you are concerned. A waste of time here. Please do your research before waiting hours to only be seen for 5 minutes and being dismissed. And for the lack of communication from front desk staff and the staff in the back.

What a fantastic experience! The ladies at the front desk were very polite and helpful. The wait was minimal, and we went during the weekend hours for urgent care. The waiting area is lovely and the exam rooms are thoroughly clean. The first thing my husband and I notice was how freshly cleaned the exam room smelled upon entering. Cynthia was the nurse practitioner taking care of our daughter today, we were so impressed by her care and manner we've decided to switch pediatrics and start coming here, now that we found out they also offer primary care. Overall 10/10 we highly recommend everyone bring your little lovebugs here! Incredibly glad we did!

I wish I had better things to say but this location on eastern has gone way down hill. We got to this location at 9:02am (they open at 9am) we were there for urgent care and there were already 2 people ahead of us. Which is fine but when they are over working their staff things get messy. It was 9:35am and hadn’t even been checked in. I asked if there weren’t enough doctors and the girl said there are two urgent care doctors and only one primary so all the appointments would be ahead of the urgent care walk ins even though there is only one primary doctor and two urgent care doctors. I get priority for appointments but why have the urgent care if the rooms available for appointments only and then they will get to you eventually? So we ended up leaving at 9:40am and went up the street to a regular urgent care and were seen by 9:55am. Unfortunately we will be leaving wee care after several years.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews as I believe they can be unnecessarily damaging for something that could just be a one-off, however, seeing as how other people had the same outcome as my children did, I feel compelled to leave this review.
My husband and I brought our 3 children in December 13. They all presented with runny nose, cough and my daughter (4y) had an earache, but my boys (6m, 3y) had retractions, pulling at the neck, and stridor. I made mention that I believe it to be RSV and was told the provider would be in soon to check on them. When she came in she listened to them, acknowledged a wheeze and struggle to breathe and dx with croup. No further testing was done. She gave my 3y a steroid and said she would send a rx over so he could continue it, as well as a rx for cough syrup for my daughter. My boys both received breathing treatments in office, which really did nothing for them.
When I called l the pharmacy, I am told the prescriptions weren’t sent over, so I’m thinking the doctor is probably busy and I’ll just get them the next day (Saturday). I got to my pharmacy Saturday morning and was told there’s no prescription for any child of mine. I let my husband know and he calls the office. My husband is told that the provider isn’t in and someone has to get a hold of her to see what prescriptions need sent so another provider can send them, we were told we would receive a call back. No call back on Saturday, and there wasn’t time for us to call on Sunday since I WAS IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM WITH MY BABY. So Monday, after my husband gets home from visiting his very sick 6m old in the hospital, he calls again to speak with the doctor or office manager…he’s told the office manager isn’t in and the provider won’t be in until Tuesday.
All of my children have RSV, and had a test been done and confirmed it, they all could have had steroids to help open them up so they could breathe. Instead, at 2am on Sunday, something tells me I need to take my baby to the emergency room and I’m glad I did because not long after we got there he got worse. His oxygen was 85-90 and he was really struggling to breathe. They gave him a bigger dose of the same steroid my older son got, a breathing treatment and oxygen. The ER doctor, just walking past our room to a different patient, heard my baby’s cough and said “sounds like RSV.” When she came in I told her that we took all of our children to urgent care and they were only dx with croup, and she said she expected that from an adult urgent care. She was appalled when I told her it was a pediatric urgent care.
My baby spent 3 days in the hospital. My other son (3y, who also has asthma) stayed with dad and got round the clock breathing treatments. It has been almost a week since we’ve been in and still no returned phone call and no medication sent.
It would be unconscionable to recommend this pediatric urgent care to anyone who loves their children. I firmly believe you will receive better care/testing at an adult urgent care.
You all should be ashamed.

Unbelievably disappointed again with the urgent care here. Came in Saturday morning due to my son having an ear ache Friday night. He was in excruciating pain the whole night and the dr said just to use saline, I called to say there’s no way he didn’t have an infection and the front desk girls blew me off by saying that’s what the dr said. Jump to 2 hours later his ear is draining blood and is still in horrible pain. Not to mention he had been sick for 7 days prior to this. So Sunday morning we head back to you guys and guess what, the new doctor said there was an infection. Why should I have to pay for misdiagnosis. This is the second time this urgent care has misdiagnosed him. 2 years ago he ended up in the hospital with rsv because the dr said it was nothing and didn’t even test. We will not be coming back and I will be fighting the insurance claim. Do better and get better qualified doctors and less attitude at the front.

We love NP Amanda! We came in for an urgent care visit for a severe rash on my 18 month old. Amanda gave us a prescription and treatment plan and had us return for a follow up to make sure my baby was progressing. When we returned, you could tell she was genuinely concerned and had been thinking about us and consulting with other doctors.

My only complaint about this office is that the waiting room is set up like a play room- which my toddler loved- but I kind of felt like it was a poor setup that led to a chaotic bunch of sick kids running around and playing with each other 😅 (I like the books and train table, but the hopscotch tiles were a little wild in my opinion.

Took my child here and was told antibiotics were not needed, only given cough medicine. My child had already been sick for 6 days. 3 days after being seen here he was only getting worse. Took him to a different provider and he was just diagnosed with pneumonia and put on high dose antibiotics! I'm so mad for my child. He should not have to suffer because of the doctor incompetence. If I had not taken him to another doctor, he might have ended up in the hospital because of this. I would not recommend this place.

Marcucesia and Kimber were so friendly and professional during our check-in. We were in and out quick. I loved we did not have a long wait to be seen by the provider.

So happy to have found a place to take my baby in an emergency where walk ins are welcome! Been here twice and the ladies behind the counter, Kimber and Marcucesia are always super kind and helpful. Although there were three families ahead of me I was helped quickly which as is always appreciated when dealing with a sick little one. The Doctor is very sweet and my son is always treated with the utmost care. She answered any questions I had and we were in and out in no time and on our way to get my son prescription.
