The place is easy to find and clean. The staff are good people. Maria took good care and was gentle with my x-ray. Finances explained all possible payment plans and the doctor knew what he was doing. All in all I had a good experience. Will recommend this place to my friends.

I am so blessed to have been able to have implants at 4 M Dental Implant Center with Dr. Sean Mohtashami and his team at their lovely office on Arden Way, in Sacramento. The entire office makes you feel so comfortable, like family. Dr Sean gave me back confidence, and the smile I had been missing since I was 17. I thank God for them.

I came to 4M Dental Implant Center after experiencing significant problems with implant treatment that had been performed elsewhere. From the beginning, the staff was professional, compassionate, and transparent. They performed a thorough evaluation, including extensive X-rays and a CBCT scan, and clearly explained their findings. They showed me that multiple implants appeared to be improperly positioned and discussed concerns about infection. They took the time to answer my questions and provided an honest assessment, even though it was difficult news to hear.

Outstanding client experience! In search of a reliable dentist, I scheduled an appointment since I have seen their commercials. Great location, easy to find, complimentary dental scans, and Melissa Rodriguez is excellent. She’s extremely polite, patient, professional, and possesses a great deal of experience. I admired she listened to me and excelled at following my goals vs cross-selling additional services. Oscar was super friendly, experienced, and my guy that took care of my scans, impression for my retainer, and made me feel comfortable considering I looked a hot mess. Of course, the dentist whose smile was worth a million bucks made me feel special, assessed my trouble area, and presented me with a couple of options. 4M Dental Implant Center specializes in mouth makeovers in the Valley. I was in my happy place and will be back!

Great visit at the office today for a second opinion regarding the condition of my teeth, gums and bone and the likelihood of future dental implants. The other day I went in for cleaning of my implant and even though they didn't have a new dental hygienist, Dr. Will personally clean my upper teeth. My veneers and they also put in replaced a screw in my implant at no charge. I can't say enough about 4m dental implant center. Dr. Will and his dental assistant. You're awesome. Took very good care of me. He answered any of my questions and they treat you like family. I've been to a lot of dentists in my life and there's no comparison to 4M. They know how to treat their patients and I believe they really care about their patients no one else comes even close to their expertise And I'm so sorry I forgot the name of the assistant that helped Dr. Will but she was amazing

There's no other place in the Las Vegas Valley that I would trust for dental implants. I'm very pleased with the three dental implants that 4M Dental did for me.

Ask for Dr. Sean, he's very professional and knows what he's doing. Maria is a fantastic dental assistant, and you cant go wrong with how joyful Melissa at the front desk is.

My only advice is to tell Dr. Will and the Latino male dental assistant to shave that big bush off. No one wants a bushy beard in their face, its just unhygienic, not clean at all. A little feedback goes a long way for success.

Never the less, 5 stars all the way, you wont go wrong with 4M Dental!

I love the people at the office. Dr Will was a great addition to the office. They make a stressful process as comfortable as possible. They all have a a great sense of humor.

My last procedure which was 3 extractions and a sinus lift, which is an extensive procedure, I dozed off 3 or 4 times during the procedure. They gave me a local sedative, but that would not be enough to normally make ne doze off. I was very comfy.

If you are thinking about improving your dental situation, give them a try, you will be glad you did.

I had an appointment for 8 am I ran into some traffic jam on the way in so I did the proper thing and I called them while I was en route to 1 inform them of my situation and 2 to ask if I would still be seen, after waiting ten minutes they told me to continue driving in and that I'd be fine once I got here and I'd be squeezed in no problem.. so I continue my half hour drive getting there as soon as I could just as I was told .. but instead of being seen I was then told I would need to reschedule so why couldn't they tell me that over the phone so I could not leave work and save my time and money and just come back when we rescheduled .. this is poor business so no stars here and I'll take my money elsewhere thanks for the waste

I decided to come to 4M Dental Implant Center and give them my business And I’m glad I did, because from the doctors and staff, they are all so kind, caring and friendly . From the first day I met them, through the current time I am still under the post op care for my implant-nothing has changed. They still make me feel, comfortable, special and at ease. I want to start with my initial appointment. The professional treatment was astounding! Started with the exam, immediate planning for a successful outcome! I've spoken with others who've had a procedure.... I unlike them was given vitamins prior to the procedure. I have allergies to some antibiotics. No problem. I was prescribed medicated mouthwash after the procedure and percise instructions for success. The instructions informed you what to expect! After the procedure which for a lack of words was rebuilding my mouth to accept what would become an incredible smile. I was provided with medication for swelling, antibiotics to fight infection and pain medication. The procedure was so unbelievable that I didn't have to use not one 800mg of ibuprofen. (I have attached a photo of my prescription for proof.) I have been told by other people they didn't receive the treatment I am so grateful for. Their professionalism, compassion and understanding is amazing!
4M Dental is the only place to go.

I used to dread going to the dentist, but 4M Dental completely changed that for me. I did their “smile in a day” program and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made. Yes, they really can give you a bright, white set of implants in a single day, but the full treatment process takes about six months. Totally worth it.

Every step of the way, the team at 4M Dental has been exceptional. Anytime I’ve needed something or had a question, they handled it quickly and professionally. They’re accommodating, helpful, and they actually take the time to explain everything so you feel confident and taken care of.

I’m only a few weeks away from finishing my treatment, which is exciting because I won’t be spending much more time in a dentist chair — but honestly, if I had to pick a dentist chair to sit in, it would be theirs. Great team, great people, great results. Couldn’t ask for more.
