Love this dentist for my 2 daughters, 18months and 3 years old. They are so great, helpful and clarify any needs or concerns of mine. My 3 year old use to be scared and nervous coming to the dentist and we found a children’s dentist and she loves it and feels very comfortable with everyone. Would recommend 😊

I had an appointment scheduled for July 17 and even received a text confirmation beforehand. When I arrived, the office was closed, and it appears the practice is no longer in business. Unfortunately, I never received a phone call, email, or text letting me know my appointment had been canceled or that the office had closed.

I'm really disappointed because I genuinely liked this dentist and the care my child received here. I just wish there had been better communication so families weren't left showing up to a closed office.

I recently had an appointment and was lucky enough to be assisted by Aide. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease with her warm, friendly smile and calm demeanor. She was incredibly professional, efficient, and attentive throughout the entire visit.
Aide explained everything clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Her gentle touch and reassuring presence turned what is usually a nerve-wracking experience for me into a surprisingly pleasant one. She truly goes above and beyond to provide excellent care and create a positive atmosphere.
If you’re looking for a dental team that genuinely cares, I highly recommend seeing Aide. She’s knowledgeable, compassionate, and an outstanding representative of the practice. Thank you, Aide—you made my visit so much better!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We came in as first time patients in an emergency situation. I no longer wanted to see the dentist we had been going to, and just seen a few days prior. I was so thankful, as a panicked mom, that we were able to be seen, same day. Our whole experience was GREAT! Dr Michael Cao and the sweet girl who assisted him (I'm sorry I don't remember your name) thank you for holding my girls hand while I couldn't. She keeps saying how nice you were! The dentist was amazing and went through all the X-rays with me and made me feel very comfortable moving forward with the work needed to be done, which actually ended up being a lot more than just what we went in there for, due to our prior dentists lack of doing a thorough job.

In the end, we had an amazing experience from start to finish and we will definitely be moving forward with Dr Michael taking care of my kiddos! I'm so thankful to have found such a genuinely kind office!

This was a last-minute change to this Dental group. I found them very accommodating from the CSR to the billing department. The hygienist, Danny was excellent. He explained to the children the importance of good oral hygiene care. Dr. Chin, the dentist was great. He reviewed the X-rays with us and provided a detailed explanation of the necessary procedures. The children loved the office, the technicians and most importantly, the dentist.
