I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. I switched from my regular dentist because they told me they could do a routine cleaning. However, when I arrived for my appointment, they suddenly told me that I could not get a regular cleaning and that I had to get a deep cleaning instead.

They said the doctor would not perform a routine cleaning unless I agreed to the deep cleaning, which would cost $800 out of pocket. It felt very misleading and pressured. I came in expecting a standard cleaning and left feeling like I was being pushed into an expensive procedure I didn’t ask for.

What made the situation worse is that a family member of mine was also confused and pressured at this same office. They ended up paying $1,200 after being told they might need surgery, which created unnecessary fear and pressure.

This experience felt very dishonest and unprofessional. Patients should be given clear information and honest treatment options, not pressured into expensive procedures.

I would strongly recommend people be cautious before choosing this office.

I was originally only looking for a dentist for my toddler when I quickly learned they took my insurance and I could switch over. After mine and my son’s first appointments, I’ve very pleased with the whole office. From the girls at the front desk to the assistants and dentists, they’re all wonderful and very helpful.

I highly recommend this Dental office. They are always professional and caring. I have been going there for several years now and have seen several of the dentists. I spent $100/ 15 minute cleaning. While the hygienist talked around me like I wasn't even there. Lack of customer service , then leaving not feeling like I had a thorough cleaning. Would not recommend. They have good stars because they offer you a Starbucks if you leave a review. Wonder it I'll get that coffee with mine. 🤔

Hands down the best dentist office I've ever been to. At first I was a little hesitant because I've had some issues going to the dentist in the past but they were so gentle and did such an incredible job on my teeth. I'm pregnant so I was even more anxious getting work done but the nurse and doctor would check on me very frequently throughout my deep cleaning, root canal and crown. THEY EASED ME WHEN I WAS ANXIOUS AND EVERYONE WAS EXTREMELY NICE. I JUST CAN'T STRESS THAT ENOUGH.

I visited your office for an upper and lower partial.
In june 2024. To approximately june 2025.
I started in june hoping to be done by the time flue season set in.
Twelve months later I don't have
The partials. The partials was repeatedly sent back to the technician for remake because they were not made right , ill fitted. Having me repeatedly sent out without my teeth.
On one occasion the assistant john tried to get another assistant to order a tightening of the bad partial and gave her a wink to send the partial to the technician for tightening, and john knew that the partial was not right because he winked his face shrugged his eyebrows upward signaling her to just request tighten the partial and gave her a wink to send it back to the technician for tightening up, I was looking In john's face with the mirror. the assistant spoke to the Doctor about the partial and the Dr sent the partial back to the technician. It was horrible to sit there all those months through covid, and monkey pox.
There were times when I was on the examining chair and someone would pass by and the person working in my mouth would stop the person passing by and ask would they hand them certain tools to work in my mouth.
I was horrified, not knowing if the person passing by was wearing gloves or if the tools had had just been used on another patient or not.
due the fact that the tools were coming from outside the area.and passed along.
My last visit i decided that I couldn't sit in Your officer any longer.
I walked out and left the unprofessional lower partial. I only
kept the upper for cosmetic reason. With their partials I can't chew my food.
The teeth was taking the skin out of my mouth.
I need you to refund my insurance so I can go someplace to get my teeth done right.
The front office accused me of missing my appointments.
I will never set foot in your office again

Beware! Get a second opinion if you can!!!!!!! BEWARE I'm not sure how I feel about this company giving out starbuck's gift cards for Google ratings because anybody who you pay with a $5 $10 gift card they will gladly leave you a five-star review.

Edit: the teeth your dentist recommended were T18 an T30, my dentist told me to look out for T17 and T18, saying T30 has no issue. This is my problem.

I just moved to the area and chose this dentistry for my needs only to find out that I needed two fillings. I've never had a cavity in my life and I've never had any work done on my teeth. They quoted me with my insurance and it was $181 for both fillings. I had them submit a claim to see if the total would go down because I had just upgraded my insurance and I figured it would cover more than my old plan would. I even called my insurance and they said that it would be covered. It only went down to $171.

Something didn't feel right and I mainly blamed my insurance so I decided to leave and give my insurance a call and maybe get a second opinion. so I decided to call my old dentist at my old neighborhood and got lucky to make an appointment immediately.

I told them I wanted to check the cost of the fillings with them and I figured it would be about the same. But they told me I had to come in for an assessment so I asked what the cost would be and they said the first visit would be free. They took x-rays in order to assess my situation. I told the dentist I was looking for a second opinion because I needed 2 fillings and I want to know how much it cost there. My dentist who I have seen since 2020 showed me on the mirror (and x rays) with his tool how he diagnosed my tooth and explained how I don't need a filling on both of my teeth. He explained how we need to keep an eye out for a future filling but it wasn't necessary right now. I then told him exactly the two teeth this dentistry said I needed a filling on. One of the tooth wasn't even in any danger!!! The teeth he analyzed, one was the same and the second one was very different. Only one of the two teeth matched this dentistry. Were they saving the other tooth for later?

I am flabbergasted at the fact that I was about to pay $171 to this dentistry for two fillings that I don't need. Beware beware beware beware beware because I'm sure they don't always lie but they sure did lie this time.

It’s definitely like going to the DMV! The dentist only comes in like once a month. So take off for the day. Even with an appointment. My hubby was seen a little over two hours after his appointment. He didn’t mind, I was able to leave with the kids and pick him up after. He says the staff was great and very friendly! Even with some unruly and impatient guests. Lol Everything went smoothly. Bad dental experience waste of money for a crown that wasn’t even a year old to break then was told I need to see a Oral Surgeon to extract the bony part of my tooth where the crown was. I asked for a refund was told by the receptionist that she would send a email to the manager it’s been 2 months not one call or message on how they can fix it or offer another option.. Stay Away as far as you can from this place. Since Dr Jorge Jimenez Marquez has gone to his own practice the place has changed dentist and he is cruel. No Pain killers after pulling two infected teeth. Suggested I buy Tylenol at pharmacy, No packing or anything antibiotic placed in holes for infected teeth. They are cheap. I got 5 whole gauze pads put on teeth after they were pulled. I don't usually write bad reviews but this is warranted. I have not slept well since august 21 2018 due to intense pain and nerve damage. Today I am still in intense pain and healing is going very slow.

If I could get a negative 10 I would. This Dentist decided on his own (without consulting me first) to leave my daughters root in after performing all the necessary first steps of a root canal. He injected an unknown medication into her root and said I quote “ you have 50-50 shoot at saving the root but also this could cause tremendous pain being that the root is fully exposed and I may have saved you money” now that really upset me because I had already expressed money isn’t an issue, all I care about is that my daughter is not in pain. How does a dentist think he has the right to do what he pleases with someone else’s mouth. I expressed my feelings to him and he was offended. They will finish the work seeing i already paid for it but i will never recommend them to anyone. Your better off beating the teeth out of your head then going to this dentist.
