Dr. Bentacourt is, without a doubt, the best dentist I have ever seen, oh wow! Truly an amazing doctor. From the moment I sat in the chair, he was calm, collected, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain every single procedure he was performing, which made me feel comfortable, informed, and completely at ease.

I walked out not only with my filling fixed quickly and flawlessly, but also feeling educated about my dental health. That level of care and professionalism is rare.

And Rosy, what a gem! She is one of the kindest people you will ever meet. I had the chance to learn a bit about her and the wonderful work she and her husband are doing to support children in Kenya, which made the entire experience even more meaningful.

I love it here!! They are always friendly, prompt and clear. I hope that makes sense. I always feel welcome whenever I have my appointments and information is always understandable whenever something needs to be conveyed. I never miss an appointment due to their messaging reminders prior to and the day of the appointment. Even if I'm running late on the day of my appointment they'll call before just out right canceling me for the day. All in all if you're in Vegas and looking for a dentist I can't recommend A1 Dental enough!

Been going to this dentist for years. They are wonderful, explaining what does or does not need to be done with my teeth. Ever been scared to go to the dentist? I have had the worst judgement and most painful experience at every dentist, except for this one! Dr. Damian Betancourt was amazing. First time I got a needle in my mouth and didn’t feel a thing. He calmed my nerves communicated Step-by-step procedure. The staff are all super friendly and supportive! They were my biggest cheerleaders while I went through the process of getting my teeth pulled and ready for getting dentures. The day that I finally got my dentures and they gave me a mirror to see myself it was all celebrating from the staff as I cried from happiness. I will give more than 5 stars this dentist clinic. My son Dilan had a teeth cleaning and some other things ( ceiling) for his new teeth and he was so happy. He has never stayed in other clinics that are especially for kids but with A1 clinic he stayed and enjoyed it. Dr. Doan was so nice, professional and took care for Dilan pretty good. Her assistant a very nice lady that has always been taking care for me too. We as family love to go there and it is has been always a pleasure for all of us to get treated well by all dentists and staff in A1 clinic. My son Dilan told me that he is going to give 1 million stars for Dr. Doan. He is only 5 and at this age is difficult for kids to stay at the dentist but Dr. Doan and her staff took care and everything went well. Dr. Lee and his staff are fantastic. Went to A1 Dental after breaking a tooth and was able to get in immediately. I needed a crown and Dr. Lee prepared the tooth and fitted me with a temporary crown right then. The permanent crown was a perfect fit and I am very happy with it.
In addition, he helped my elderly mother with dental implants where she has been missing teeth for years. Very reasonable price and prompt work.

Dr. Lee and Sarah and the rest of the staff stayed late on a Friday 2 weeks ago way past closing to take care of a very painful tooth and put a Crown in. During this whole procedure my whims cares and concerns came first. During the procedure always care humor and encouragement, all the way.

Highly recommend this Practice especially the dynamic incredible duo of Dr Bell and Sarah.

What a great team that treated you like family not just a Patient.

Went back that following Friday for a a quick checkup and how I liked my temporary tooth made for my Crown. They cared so much as I was getting married Sunday 10 7 18 .

Dr. Lee and his staff are amazing! I just had a root canal and tooth extraction while pregnant, and it was fast and painless! Even after the procedure, I didn't have to take tylenol or any pain reliever. During the procedure, Dr. Lee would constantly check up on me to see if I was numb and if I felt the slightest pain at all, he would inject more local anesthetic. Before going here, another dentist said that I needed to get both teeth extracted, but when I went to get a second opinion from Dr. Lee, he was actually able to save one of my teeth and build a bridge. It's amazing what he could do and he's very thorough in making sure he gets the infection out. His dental assistant is also the best at making temporary crowns and measuring for permanent ones! I'm so thankful for this dental office and I feel 100000x better after getting my teeth treated

Dr Lee, the Dentist was very kind, compassionate and caring.
The entire staff in this office was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, humorous and generally created a positive vibe in this office.
I don't remember all of the Ladies names, but, I do remember two of their names Karen was the hygienist that cleaned my teeth. Amy, from Cali, was Dr Lee's dental assistant. Both went above and beyond the best to provide me with an outstanding dental service experience.
All of the other ladies were also the best of the best, including the front office and receptionists.
I had 4 caps that needed to be prepped. I also had a deep cleaning. Neither were as painful as I previously perceived that they would be...even today, the day after having 4 cap preps completed, the pain is minimal!
I Am returning on 5/2/18 to have them put the permanent caps on my teeth and also to have the other half of my teeth deep cleaned. I am actually, looking forward to going back to getting my permanent caps/deep cleaning and to feeling the positive energy that was designated by Dr Lee and his entire staff.
Their kindness, compassion and positive healing energy has left me with a great feeling and I do not fear having my dental work completed due to this.
I will write another review after I my next appointment. You can bet the review will be as good or better than this one.

A1 Dental is Great! Tesa (office manager) really helped me afford dental work that I of course kept putting off for way to long. She worked on pricing, which is such a nice thing to do. If you need good and professional dental work, A1 Dental is NOT the place for you!!!
They treated me like I was "drug seeking" for needing antibiotics! I was refused medicine I needed on 3 SEPARATE trips, because the dentist is a misogynist who would rather risk people dying from a legitimate infection (he downplayed the severity of my SEVERELY impacted wisdom teeth), than actual provide good and honest medical attention.
If I didn't find an amazing oral surgeon to give me antibiotics for my infection, I would have gone septic. I went 4 MONTHS without being taken seriously by this QUACK dentist, Dr. Lee!!! When I got my wisdom teeth removed and was experiencing issues before my follow-up at the oral surgeon, Dr. Lee gaslit me, downplayed my symptoms, and kept prodding with the surgical site. He wouldn't stop sadistically and unnecessarily poking at my recently extracted sockets and made my pain WORSE!!! I'm having to see my oral surgeon again over the pain Dr. Lee not only glossed over, but also helped contribute to by medically neglecting my needs and concerns.
I have not one, but TWO, abscesses in my gums, but Dr. Lee gaslit me and said it was "all in my head" that I've been having these issues. He acted like he was going to prescribe me antibiotics, then decided against it, right when the lady helping me was writing up the prescription for him to sign.
They didn't care they put my disabled, elderly father out for multiple, useless appointments; they only cared about helping my husband since he's their big cash cow they have continuously milled since his first visit last March!!! But I digress... Almost 8 months since my initial visit when I had an infection and 2 abscesses, and although I got over the initial infection (no thanks to him!), I developed another one and STILL have abscesses that need immediate medical attention.

Oh, and that's just my experience with Dr. Lee.
The office manager is an unprofessional, heartless, callous person that literally told me I should've "already made funeral arrangements" (I couldn't without my mom; she's considered next of kin so I had to deal with some personal family issues that held up funeral arrangements) when I unexpectedly lost my father to a silent heart attack last month and had to cancel that day, BECAUSE MY DAD PASSED AWAY SUDDENLY!!! These money grubbing bottom feeders have already gotten over 10 GRAND from my spouse and I collectively, since he started seeing them last March. So, to have someone like that office manager be not just unprofessional, but absolutely disgusting and deplorable toward me, is what has ultimately decided that even though my husband needs immediate medical care himself, he will be going somewhere else. The office manager is also super passive aggressive and accused ME of lying about their voice-mail not working (she expected me to call on a Sunday to cancel my husband's Monday appointment, but their voice-mail wasn't working for me when I dialed them), and didn't listen to me when I explained I tried, but couldn't get through to them.

So, aside from glossing over my loss and life situation they weren't privy to, but wouldn't acknowledge without heavily prying into my life (how creepy and unprofessional!), they think it's okay to jump on me for my husband missing an appointment due to them not sending out appointment reminders, or making confirmation calls!!! They don't believe "the customer is always right", they believe taking advantage of grieving people is perfectly acceptable, and that it's like taking candy from a baby to actively exploit a GRIEVING family!!! I wouldn't recommend this office to my WORST enemy, because I wouldn't want them to actually wind up dead from medical negligence like I almost did!

They didn't care when I almost died from septic shock, they didn't care when I lost my father, and they certainly don't care if you only have ONE person you can rely on to babysit while you go to the dentist. All they care about is MONEY, MONEY, MONEY!!!

I am so happy that I found A1 Dental Care. Besides being close to home, they are extremely professional and the care is excellent. I had an emergency situation that required a root canal and they managed to fit me in to their busy schedule. Mahe, the dental assistant is very gentle and comforting and puts you right at ease. Alexis and Vada, in the front office are very friendly and helpful. I know I am in good hands with Dr. Lee and the rest of the staff at A1 Dental Care.

This clinic will take care of you! I've been looking for a dental clinic that i will always go to and this place is my choice. Ive been going here for 3 years now and still no complain. They help me get the treatment i need and give me financial options as well. People are so accomodating, they do their best to help me. They have really high technology equipments, everything is sanitized, there's a screen infront which makes it so easy to discuss the xrays and etc. I like how they sanitize what they use in front of me which makes me feel more safe. I have heard stories from a friend in the dental industry about offices doing work on teeth, that did not necessarily even need the work in order to make more money. (Which is crazy) however I don't feel they do that at all. If anything they seem to want to hold off before doing work to make sure it's 100% necessary and I love that.

A+ service! Will definitely refer my friends and family! My bf came in with tooth pain from a cavity and ended up needing a removal and implant. They took care of everything all in one day! The office manager Jessica is so RUDE, INSULTING AND ARROGANT! Very unprofessional and will not budge if you have a problem. She can say I'm sorry a million times and not mean it. Totally very UNCOMPASSIONATE! If you want to file a complaint, you will not be able to talk to the owner. They have a very tight fortress of staff that will block you. Totally scammed us! Place was amazing, right when I walked was greeted with a heavenly smile from the receptionist. Prices are really fair they will give ou multiple options on how you can pay for our dental work. They will give you there honest opinion of what you should do but your the customer so they let you choose, however it's doesn't hurt to get an opinion from the assistance. To be careful! They put in the money in front of patient. When your teeth need be filled, they would let you do crown. The new reception girls are not professional, she wouldn't give you a call when something happened. I spent thousands in this office, paid in full every time. Last year I gave them a notice that I wouldn't come back. They still set up an app for me and send a bill to me because I didn't show up.

I went here for a dental treatment and they tried to scam me with a bait and switch technique. first they told me 995 USD, and then when I actually went in for treatment, the dentist doan there, said she wanted to "make this prettier" and quoted me $6800 USD - and when I told her I didn't have any money and I could barely make my car payment, she told me to "just put it on a credit card" - heartless!!!

This place is a scam. I came here often as they are near where i live. Recently, i have an extraction and a bridge. The lady in the front offer me a loan as i can't pay off the entire amount. (Take this a bridge cost me $3000) Applied and was approved the loan. A couple months later i'm having some issues with the bridge. Went back and they took care of it. A friend of a friend happens to be a dentist told me that the bridge was a fake . They used some sort of a cheap products costing probably less than $200 and they charged me $3 Grand. Wow, these Asian and Mexican people that work there are totally scumbags.

I called about a broken upper front tooth with a very large cavity in it. Four hours later I was walking out their door with the cavity removed the rest of my tooth reshaped, and a temporary crown in ; with the permanent one in the works from their lab.
