I took my kids here and now I'm taking my grandkids. This is such an amazing place. To say they care about their patients, is an understatement. Dr Sirsy, the dad, and Dr Sirsy, the son, are both compassionate and extremely nice people. So is all the staff too. I've been going here for 20+ years. That alone says a lot. I highly recommend them!

I truly love these doctors! They feel like family and actually care. I’ve been taking my son here for about 13 years now and am so happy they see adults now. We recently moved to the opposite side of town but I refuse to go anywhere else, the 25-30 minute drive is so worth it. (They also have Teladoc in case you can’t make it in) If you or your little one are in need of a pediatrician or physician I highly recommend making an appointment and giving them a try. From the front office reception to doctors, you won’t regret it.

Dr. Sirsy and the team at ABC Pediatrics were incredibly fast, attentive, and genuinely caring. The whole visit felt efficient and well-organized, and we never felt ignored or rushed. Dr. Sirsy was thorough, compassionate, and clearly very experienced, which gave us a lot of confidence. You can tell right away that they know what they’re doing. With the practice serving the Las Vegas and Henderson area since 1995, it’s clear this is a team with deep experience, and it shows in the quality of care. Doctors here have been taking care of me and my children for 11 years now. I first met Dr. K Sirsy when he was a resident physician and he treated me when I had a severe case of influenza. I was excited finding him in private practice. What really makes them special is they have never turned me away, NEVER. I have walked in without an appointment, called one minute before closing, on weekends they have never refused to see me or my children. All the physicians in this group are extremely compassionate.

Update 5/18: they claim in their comment that were not current clients but we are. Lets talk about how they dont bother to reach out to rectify their poor service or find out more. Also, to add the referral they gave me was for a specialist out of network. My fault for not checking prior to scheduling to but this now costs me over $1k in dr fees that i wasnt expecting. Ill stick to my review this place is trash!!! Theyre drs and owners obviously dont care to be honest. Especially seeing the comment they left on the review.

Receptionist are rude and unprofessional!!! Dr's dont care about the concern of a parent even if you repeat it multiple times throughout a visit or different visits they constantly dismiss you. Called many times to get my son's records and never sent them to me! I will not be returning to this clinic and I do not recommend it to anyone who is truly concerned about their child's health. This clinic just clearly doesnt care.

I'm clarifying this. They have been REFUSING to run work that was forced on us by the hospital because we are not making them our primary care provider. I have had multiple joint calls where our insurance confirmed that this was covered. We continue to get bills where they did not even run this through our insurance. We do not want this office to be our primary care provider and never will.
We are now getting threatened with collections on something where they could easily run this through the insurance they have been given a dozen times.

I’ve been bringing my kids to this pediatric office and have had a great experience every time. There’s usually no wait time, at most 10 min but better than most wait times ive experienced at other pediatric offices, and they’re very flexible with getting you scheduled, which makes life so much easier. The staff is always friendly and welcoming.
Dr. Karim Sirsy and the physician Celeste are fantastic they really take the time to listen and address all of your concerns without rushing you.

As for insurance, it’s important to know your own plan details regarding copays or deductibles — that part is always our responsibility to check.

Overall, an amazing place — I highly recommend this office to any parent looking for quality, compassionate care for their children.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Angie She is extremely knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions, which made us feel confident and cared for. My son has been a patient here for 10 years. Both Dr sirsy’s are great doctors. The elder Dr. Sirsy diagnosed him with type 1 diabetes and saved his life. Getting an appointment is always easy. Our oldest has been with doctor Sirsy since 2009, and thanks to him his asthma is under control. In 2011, my daughter was boring.What with jaundice she was seen by the Doctor and even a few days after while on vacation.He even reached out to check on her. Because.
Of him also we found out that she had a urinary reflex at age five because of all the UTI's she was having. Both Doctors jr and sr have been amazing to our 3 kids.

Dr. Sirsy was the on call pediatrician when I gave birth at Henderson Hospital in June. He was professional and kind and took great care of my child when he performed the newborn tests. When there were slight health issues cropping up for my child, he followed up and his continuous care and communication helped ease our family's anxieties while getting treatment. We recommend him!

I started bringing my newborn here i have questions naturally. The doctor answers them even when I’ve called after hours(he doesn’t not make me feel dumb like other doctors have).
I’m very happy the staff is great the nurse is friendly not just with my baby but with other patients. He just got his two month shots and they both were informative about side effects and recommended things that would help. Would definitely recommend this office to my family and friends.

I have been a patient now, and have had seven of my children going there for the last 13 years! A lot of them are grown now, and I have two grandchildren that go there as well! I recently had the pleasure of taking my newborn baby to ABC Pediatrics and seeing Dr. Sirsy. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the check-in process a breeze.

Dr. Sirsy was absolutely amazing. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions thoroughly.

My daughter was examined by Dr. Sirsy in the hospital after delivery. He was really pushy and wanted us to come to his practice but we didn't like his bedside manner and he felt like more of a salesman than a doctor.
My daughter was later diagnosed with a severe case of hip dysplasia by her pediatrician. Dr. Sirsy performed the check for hip dysplasia in the hospital and missed the signs that were present for that diagnosis. We are so grateful we went to a different pediatrician.
This review is no reflection on the other staff working at this practice. We have never visited this practice.

I love this clinic. The staff is awesome. We've been taking our four year and one year old since they where born. They know them so well. They always make it available to see them as soon as they can when they're sick. Also, doesn't take long to be seen by the doctors. Staff is terrible. They don't know what they are doing. They never follow up on anything. I had requested the medical records from other doctor's office and it took them 3 months to get them. Today i called to schedule an appointment for my son to receive a flu shot. The person that answered the phone stated that i need to make a medical appointment and the flu shot can be given during the visit. Why do i need a medical appointment for a flu shot? So you can charge the insurance and a copay? All i need is a flu shot appointment!!!!!!!!!

Waiting room is rundown and staff is not inviting. Sat in the waiting room with our newborn for 45 minutes and staff didn't even notice us. I finally asked staff for the intake paperwork and they replied that they couldn't even find our appointment! Appeared to be incredibly disorganized. On top of all that, sick and well patients have to sit together in the same ragged waiting room. They didn't even bother to check our insurance for the copay but instead asked for $80 upfront. Decided to take our newborn to a much more professional establishment.

Dr. Sirsy was the pediatrician on call at the hospital so we just went with him for her first visit...terrible idea. First I was charged $80 because my daughter wasn’t on my insurance 3 days after she was born which how could she be. Okay fine I let that go and just paid. Well the first visit went ok seemed like they were just in a rush to get us out. Decided to give another chance and schedule a follow up which they did for 2 months out. I was shocked because newborns need to be seen a lot more than just at 3 days and then again at 2 months. Well I called to get a 1 month visit scheduled (yes I waited a month and I wish I didn’t). They told me it wasn’t covered by my insurance which I called my insurance and I was fully covered. Ok so finally got a one month visit scheduled and the day of the appointment they called me to tell me my insurance didn’t cover the visit, again it did but I’m not sure what happened. Either way if I want my daughter to be seen don’t tell me I can’t I would have paid out of pocket. Well I told the receptionist that I received a flyer in my discharge papers that said by the state of Nv newborns need to be seen at 3 days and then again at 2 weeks and that never happened and the nurse had no idea what I was taking about. Morale of the story everything was so transactional they didn’t care about me or my daughter, worst experience and customer service and above all so uneducated and unwilling to do the research. Sure enough I went to another pediatrician and my insurance was fine she’s all covered and they told me what this office and practice did was unethical by basically refusing service out of their own stupidity.

This office doesn’t know which way is up (from the beginning I should have moved on) and I just called to Make an appointment and they told me the Doctor No longer sees adults. I stated, it would’ve been nice to have received a letter and the girl said that they sent out a mass email for which I never received and trust me I would’ve taken note of this. Horrible staff you walk in and it seems as your bothering them with your presence lunch at 12 and I take my sick son in at 11:25 and they say can’t see him till 1 since they have lunch at 12 while there is 5 nurses and the dr just standing around gossiping as well as being charged for simple things as asking the dr why she thinks my son gets constant bloody noses does no testing or checks anything but I get a balance of 20$ for the question I asked I would look elsewhere as they don’t care about you or your family they just want your money be better is all I ask smh

I've been taking my 3 kids to Dr. Sirsy since 1997. I'm sad that they are now 24,18 & 17 because he's a pediatrician & can no longer see them (although I'm still hanging in there with my 17 year old). This doctor is a common sense kind of guy with a background of a ear, nose & throat specialist before he decided to go into pediatrics. He is a consummate professional who has kids of his own so he has personal as well as professional experience. All 3 of my kids love him as do I. You're not going to find a better pediatrician in the LV area, believe me.
As far as wait times, I have NEVER had a problem. His staff keeps him on schedule unless there's an emergency. When such an emergency occurs, the staff informs patients/parents that he is running a bit behind due to an emergency. Understandable. He makes time for patients who need to be seen immediately. JUST A GREAT DOCTOR!

Worst pediatrician ever, isn't doing his job well and properly
He didn't do anything at an annual exam for my daughter. He just chills there without concerning really about kids health, trying to move through them quickly so he can get paid. I noticed he didn't do visual, hearing etc When asked about these things to get done he gets offensive and take it personally and when I asked I need blood work test done for my daughter or a referral for it he's making it very difficult and impossible .. he explains it I have to have concerns in order to get the blood work done for her. Well she hasn't done any real serious examinations in years so why not. Do I have to wait for concerns and then run to the doctor when it's too late ??

And when you express your concerns about the service they just kick you out and refuse the service!! Really poor management

Such a shame that I’m having to write this review as Dr. Sirsy and his son are wonderful pediatricians. However that is where it ends. The front desk staff is beyond awful, rude and cold and will do everything in their power to NOT help you. Like other reviewers have stated they will tell you your child isn’t covered by insurance despite if you’ve already called to verify the insurance is valid fir the child prior to your visit. On my first visit we were also charged their non insurance rate of $80 and when I followed up with my insurance they stated they never received any claim from them and this is ILLEGAL. If you clearly state to a provider that you have insurance, provide your insurance card and months later they still don’t submit the claim to your insurance they are in violation. At first I thought of letting this go but the rude woman at the front desk who checks you in is so disrespectful that I will definitely be filing a claim and seeking legal action as she’s lied to me several times stating she submitted the claim when in fact she has not and apparently does this to all new patients, who knows how much money their pocketing from this. Steer clear away from here unless you want to be ripped off.

When both drs came to see my twin boys in the hospital they seemed amazing and even at their first appointment after coming home. But wow their staff ruins them. After you sit there with them making an appointment and they assure you it’s for a specific day and time you go in that day just to find out that your appointment was the day before. They do not call you to remind you of the appointment or anything and when you bring up the miscommunication to the front office staff they treat you like a liar and literally say “ no that’s not what happened you’re wrong” but see when it happens more than once it’s irritating. And then when you leave a message for the dr so you can see what your options are and inform of how rude his front office staff is, they never return your call. I can keep track of all other appointments i have every week and not miss a single one but not there because the day they tell me my appointment is and the day the actually make it for are two different days.

I called to ask for a medical vaccine exemption form for my 5 yr old because she has been experiencing medical issues for the past 2 yrs and I did not want to inject her with any other medications until we figured out why she has certain medical conditions. The staff told me that they do not provide a medical exemption and that the doctor will no longer see my child because I have chosen to put a hold on her vaccines. Dr. Sirsey has been my daughters doctor since birth. Staff is terrible including PA’s!

I truly gave this office a fair chance, but was so disappointed. The doctor lives and advertises in Anthem Country Club, as do I, so I took my son with high hopes. I cannot even begin to express how horrible the experiences were. Dr. Sirsy was unfriendly, uninterested, and just plain tired. I thought maybe I had caught him on a bad day so I gave it another try...and another. It only got worse. The last straw was when my son got extremely sick. I brought him in twice, only to be told he just had a cold and to give it time. I knew something wasn't right and should have trusted my motherly instincts over his medical degree and poor judgement. Long, terrible story short, my son ended up in the hospital and intubated for 12 days due to respiratory failure from RSV. I performed CPR on my child on the side of the road and will be traumatized for the rest of my life. I went back for a follow-up after this hospital stay and he would not even acknowledge the situation, much less be caring or even somewhat concerned for the well-being of my child.

My children (and all children) deserve loving and quality care. Sadly, this office is far from it.

Dr. Sirsy has very poor bedside manner. Yesterday we went into his office for our first visit. In our medical room there was a dirty syringe left on the counter. My child grabbed it. When I confronted the doctor about it he told his MA that I didn't like it - the situation is much greater of a problem than whether I like it or not. I have guardianship of the child that I brought it and Dr. Sirsy kept asking inappropriate questions IN FRONT of my child. He would not let up and I had to ask him to STOP and if he thought asking those questions in front of my child was appropriate. He then said my child (who is 5 or under) could go sit outside without supervision. He should have offered a private consultation and it certainly was an option since I had advised the staff when I scheduled the appointment that I had guardianship and again reminded them the morning of my appointment.

He is an expert at diagnosing ear infections as he was first a ear, nose and throat specialist, then a pediatrician. Dr. Sirsy has been my family pediatrician for 17 years. This man has gone above and beyond for us. Being in healthcare myself, I can truly believe this is a calling for Dr. Sirsy, not just a profession. He provides pediatric services to most of my friends and family, including multiple physicians children. After giving birth to my son, there were some complications. Running a foster home in Lone Mountain I was left unsatisfied with many pediatricians in the area. I Was referred to by a good friend who insisted I see Dr.Sirsy who knows the Dr personally. Wont take children in the Foster Care System because they don't want to see a child who may be with the FP short term...regardless of no one really knowing how long the child may be in our care for. It could be 1 week it could be 1 year! But it really shouldn't matter. They are a child! Its Discrimination and Unethical. The woman who picked up the phone was also super rude.

Dr Karim Sirsy was amazing. I was able to see him the same day. After over a year of trying to figure out what was wrong with me, he ordered some labwork and was able to finally give me some answers while others could not. Thank you Dr. Sirsy!

Horrible front desk/Waste of my time

With my daughters being new patients, they wouldn't allow same day appointments- I had made an appointment a week prior and they scheduled me for the day after the Fourth of July (a Tuesday)- I even got a call reminder that I had an appointment for today, only to show up to the place with a barely legible sign on the door reading that they are closed today and tomorrow and will be open on Thursday. They left their posted number and a man answered saying I'd have to call Thursday to reschedule. I'm not gonna gamble to see if they'll take me friday or the next week, when I can call another pediatrician today and schedule an appointment tomorrow, somewhere else.

Awesome place.. been taking my daughter there since she was a toddler.. shes now a teen and love this place..
Never have to wait long in there or to make appointments. Very good with seeing the kids. If emergency.

Been bringing my kids in for shots and checkups and as a cash patient with no insurance, no such saving or discount for families of 3 or more. I think it's time to change doctors to an office that " really looks out for people's health". $200+ for 2 immunizations. WOW!!!

Dr Karim and doctor Hesham has been our family doctor for the past couple years. I would highly recommend them.They will spend the time necessary to resolve your problem .

I love this place. The doctors are smart and listen to all my concerns I have for my daughter. The two doctors are a brother and sister apparently which is really nice for a family business. The staff are polite and able to schedule same day and walk-in appointments at any time and are quick with giving referrals.

I was able to make an appointment for myself too with Dr. Angie and it was very convenient to be seen at same time as my daughter. I recommend this place 100% for any parents and children who are looking for doctors that actually care about your health!

Dr. Sirsy was very helpful while my wife and I were traveling with kids. We called several pediatricians in Las Vegas and other areas but Dr. Sirsy was able to help us out. If you need a pediatrician near las vegas or in henderson, call them!

Dr. Sirsy is so great with our little guy. He was the doctor who came to check him out in the hospital, and we absolutely adored him so we decided to make him our pediatrician. We absolutely adore him. He always takes the time out for us, and has never rushed us or the appointment in any way. He always calls our son by his nickname, smiles at him and takes the time out to try and make him feel as comfortable as possible. Such a gem, especially in this city. I can not recommend him enough.

Editing to add how amazing he STILL is. He always makes the effort to try and make our little guy feel comfortable. We moved out of Henderson and live 45 mins away all the way across town and STILL make the drive just to see this guy. He's the best.
