This is my second bad experience with their scheduling at this place. I arrived for my 4pm appointment and the door is locked (they are supposed to be open till 5pm ). So i go nextdoor to the adult Absolute dental and they are giving me so these excuses like their computers went down today and they couldn't call cause the computers went down today. I work for a bunch of doctors clinics and surgery centers and every one of them prints a roster of the next days patients before they go home each night. Then they tried to say that their doctor leaves at 2pm so they wouldn't have booked a 4pm appointment and no sooner did she say that and another kids parent 2comes in saying the had 4 o clock appointment too. So that's 2 excuses they tried to give me that wer e "Absolute BS". I had to leave work early for this appointment the a phone call would have been the curtious and professional thing to do but professionalism does not exist in this office. If yois u value your time jstay away from this place. I wish I had foun another dentist after my first incident with this place... Definitely won't make that mistake again.
Update : the lady who I'm assuming was the office manager that was giving me the excuses instead of just owning their screw up. Took my name , phone number and promised to call me the next day and as expected never received that call

This office was absolutely amazing! 5star! Everyone is so friendly! They really cater to children. They understand first day of school and got my kids in to do treatments asap. From receptionist, to hygienists, doctor, and scheduler.. so very patient and accommodating. I’m glad we have switched to this office ! Best decision for my kids!

Please just stop traumatizing your kids sending them to dark and cold dentist office. I took my child there for the first time a week ago. Her hygienist was nice and understanding, did a phenomenal job. Then the dentist, came in. Very unfriendly, robotic and transactional. My child needed an extraction. This dentist told me I can't be in the room for the extraction. She asked me multiple times if my kid ate within 2hours, I said yes multiple times and she kept asking ME if I feel she should do the extraction same day even tho it wouldn't be safe bc the baby ate within that 2 hours window. I told her no, I would not agree to that and she insisted. That immediately raised my alarms. Then it opened my eyes. I could see other moms, sitting, dark, gruesome waiting room on the phone while we could all hear multiple kids SCREAMING! That is how I knew that I wanted to get out of that scary movie FAST! We found a much friendlier, brighter and amazing office called Mighty Smiles dentistry and we go the extraction done today, completely pain free where the dentist invited me in the room and asked me to get closer to look at the extraction being done. This kid is sitting here smiling at a mirror looking at her new smile while singing. Be very careful!

Front desk lady is real cool. Her name is Alicia . Her and Vanessa always make sure me and my kids feel welcome. They both go above and beyond. It’s always good vibes from the staff.

This office is very unprofessional, rude, they sit on their buttocks talking about ordering lunch whos driving, matching outfits. All while patients are waiting, my son was the first appointment no other appointments in office his appointment was at 8:30 staff made excuses about patient eating 2 hrs before appointment we followed instructions and still waited till 10:20, patients came in after him staff still said I’d have to continue waiting. Manager says “if it’s close to lunch we’re not doing it” even after them continually asking us to wait two more hours making it closer to lunch . Staff is unable to complete work assignments and questions about billing. Their only answer was “mmhmm”. Manager does not direct conversation to customers she gives her back sitting on her computer only answers to front desk personnel not to customers. For medical clearance they say it’s not acceptable if it’s not stamped, PCP acknowledged they have never had an office request stamp or letter head as long as everything was filled out appropriately which it was. PCP stated all the medical staff had to accomplish was a phone call to PCP to verify this personnel is very lazy and incompetent. I did call and report this office. No one should be ok taking time off work and kids out of school to just wait and listen to gossip instead of working that’s why it’s called work.
