I took my 4 year old son here and had high expectations because his younger brother ( 1YO) had just had a visit. I think the service is kind and great but I do think it’s a little weird how parents are told they cannot go back with our kids. I’ve never experienced this anywhere. Even when I was a kid my parents would come in with me until I was almost in adulthood. 4 years old is way too small to be by themselves. Especially in this day and age. I’m gonna think twice about coming back now.

I really do love this place! Both of my daughters have autism and this staff takes such great care of them! They tell my kids what they are doing every step of the way and even let my youngest touch the suction tool to show it wasn't going to hurt her. They take their time with them and I really appreciate it! My oldest daughter was traumatized at her first dentist experience so when you have nurses and doctors that know how to treat kids with special needs I appreciate it so much!!

After seeing all the good reviews about this place I almost am hesitant to be disappointed in our very first visit. Now I am very aware it is important to be punctual , however life is very unpredictable and we have to adjust accordingly . After driving from other side of valley (40 min) traffic was bad and when we knew we were going to be a little late , my sons mother did call to let them know traffic was worse than anticipated and was told to continue . @ 8 to 10 min after calling them we arrived and there were 3 people in waiting room and we were told we needed to reschedule. We were 20 min late but arrived safely with our precious cargo . Was disappointing and a waste of a Saturday , fuel and stress from trying to get there on time . We will find a new Dentist as there are plenty of them in the Valley . Wish I could of had same great experience like others here did

I’ve been coming here for a while for my child’s teeth , and all my other interactions were great but today sucked. I drive from pahrump to Las Vegas because I like the doctor at this location. I have called the office in the past like hey I’m going to be late and they have let my son be seen within a decent time frame. I explained I’m coming from pahrump and my phone is going to die I’m going to be a little later, they said come but because I was a minute later then the time I said I would be there they wouldn’t see us until after 1 pm. The receptionist wasn’t understanding and probably more worried about a paycheck then helping a Single mother out I asked to talk to the doctor and she said he’s busy. I won’t be returning

Very satisfied with my kids visit. They are taking precautions with covid not very many seats in the waiting room but the wait was minimal they called my kids back quickly. The assistants were great. The front desk was helpful and professional, will definitely be going back. Not to mention the decorations are pretty fun for the kids they loved it

Honestly I tried to give them another chance, I really did. The fact that i have to wait 1hr just to see if my child is okay is not right. Why dont they let parents back there for a minor. My daughter is 4years old and does not like going anywhere without me. They told me to finish the paperwork then i can go back there with her. Then when i finished i asked if i can go back there w her and they said they would see if that was allowed, (mind you, other parents were allowed to go back there and they're kids looked to be older around 10-15 years old) the receptionist came back and told me I could not go back there as they were doing her x-rays and would come get me once my daughter was back in the room. My mom had gone back there bc she had to use the bathroom and she said my daughter was in the room and when she asked what they were doing they told her they were cleaning her teeth but was about to get her x-rays done in a bit. My mom had came out to told me and i wasn’t even a bit surprised that they lied to me since they did it the first time. I had to wait another 30 mins just to get called back there, at this point when i went with my daughter in the back she was scared and looked to had been crying. I am never bringing her back here. Honestly the WORST!

I came there at the adult clinic a week ago and had an extraction and a root canal done. I was accommodated timely and the staff was really nice to me. The wait was not that long and the the staff members (assistants, doctor, insurance consultant) constantly asked if I was doing okay during the procedure. My doctor (Dr. Guideng) was very nice too and everyone just made me feel comfortable and made me feel that my concerns were really important to them. Location aside, I'd say the service they provided was awesome!

I'm sorry but this place deserves no stars. I came in on a Saturday absolutely dying from pain. No compassion, kindness, just straight rudeness. I was told anytime before noon other than Saturday they would accept walk ins and I said you don't close for 3 hours,,can't the doc just exam me?They said Monday or Tuesday anytime before noon they accept walk ins. I had a appointment on Wednesday that I made prior to being in pain. So Monday I called at 9:37 am to make sure I could walk in,still and the receptionist said as long as it's before 11am they will accept me as a walk in.
At 10:04am I arrived to be told they were booked and could not accept me. So I said Saturday when I was dying you wouldn't help me and now again your refusing to help!!!I called 15 minutes ago and whoever answered the phone said yes I could be seen but now your saying around 2pm. She said I can call around so I agreed and she said a location about 15 miles away could see me before noon. I said by the way cancel my appointment tomorrow for Wendsday because I was told I was lucky to even get that...haha what a joke... Much cleaner, nicer, offices all over that include caring front staff .

I came to this dentist for the first time because my son was having pain and I needed him checked quick. This was the only dentist I could find that had an opening the next day. Now I know why. IT WAS AWFUL!!! The dentist was so rude and unhelpful. She came in and checked my sons teeth for 5 minutes then told me he had 10 cavities and needed fillings, root canals and crowns. He’s 5!! He had been to a dentist less than a year ago and had no issues. Save your money and go to a reputable dentist! Avoid this dentist at all costs!

Very poor customer service... Every time I come here the front desk is unpleasant. You can wait 10-15 mins before they call you up ( to hand you 5 pages of paperwork that you could of been filling out while you were waiting ) they are talking amongst them selves about personal lives. If you walk up to them to kinda push the process they pretent as if you are not there, and when they do respond it's to tell you " we will call you in a minute". appointment? What appointment? It's almost like a walk in... I have experienced this time and time again, I often ask myself why do I keep coming back? My son had a tooth infection/abscess, it happened to be on a Saturday. Unfortunately, the usual dental office he goes to were closed for the weekend. So I scheduled for this specific location because they were open and was listed as in-network under my son’s insurance. When arrived at their location, which was about 30 mins away from me, I was told that website does not show them as pcp so they can’t see my son unless we do cash pay. I understood that part because it takes 24 hours to update the pcp for the specific insurance plan, we had. So we paid cash pay because my son was only 5 years old and his gums were hurting. They told me I couldn’t go in, because they’re just needing to take some X-rays of my son’s teeth, I also didn’t understand that because he was only 5, and he looked terrified. I asked the lady that checks out patients if I can just stay close by the hallway, and see how my son is doing. She gave me an attitude saying “no you have to wait outside”. When we dropped off my son’s rx at the pharmacy, the tech said the date of birth was wrong. The pharmacy called them 3 times and never had a respond. I had to call them 4–6 times to get someone. None of them apologized and stated that the date of birth was “correct” on their system, so if I want to get another the rx printed, I can come back and pick it up. Which makes no sense, clearly the original printed rx was wrong. I’ve been a dental assistant, a medical assistant and a patient care tech for 10 years, myself. To have to go through this when your son needs the antibiotics ASAP and they can’t even call the rx in, was ridiculous. It’s not a narcotic, it’s just pure laziness and just unprofessional to me. Luckily a rep that answered me, helped just verify his date of birth over the phone with the pharmacist and pharmacy filled it. I’m not the type to complain, but this was a horrible experience and will not come back there anymore. The only thing I really like was the Dr. Cao, he was very nice and knowledgeable. I just want to inform anyone else who has kids, so they can avoid this whole situation.

I made my appointment back in May. Had to wait 2 months for my appointment. Then because of COVID I guess they only had 6 chairs in their huge waiting room so I literally had to sit on the flow to fill out my giant packet of paperwork. I guess sitting on the floor keeps everyone safer lol.
Then I paid my $40 copay. Then got my x-rays done after about 15 minutes in the room. The dentist comes in. Doesn’t say hi, doesn’t introduce himself. Just reclines my chair and shoves his hands In my mouth. Then starts telling his assistant all the things I need done. Then he asks me how old I am. Then he’s like “oh never mind for all of that, I thought she was younger”.. then the assistant says “we are gonna have to have you back another day for your cleaning, the hygienist is busy right now”.
Why on earth did I make this appointment if your hygienist is too busy to clean my teeth????! I took work off and drove across town and paid my copay just for X-rays and that’s it?? I made the appointment to get my teeth cleaned! What a waste of my time! Will not be returning!

Staff was good. The male dentist that took care of my extraction too rough. N when giving me the second dose of anesthesia he just had straight needle n poked me like crazy, just stab stab stab. No smooth in. Also got more scared when he had the other male assistant crabing my head. He didn't say "hey i need u to stay still." He said "grab her head she moving too much." There is a comeback for everything that is said . i was given very unacceptable service and was going to try to go back again due to the fact that id already recieved care there. The doctor put me through a whole work up exam know i was in complete agony. I was crying throughout the xrays. I did not need that at the time. I needed to clear up and infection that i had and go back at a later date to be seen thouroughly . the word customer service needs to be taught to these people. Kindness also needs to be taught as well. I work in a customer service based profession if i treated someone like the way i was just treated id have been fired.

WORSE PLACE EVER. Last time i went the asian female dentist cut up my gums. Today i was waiting for 3 HOURS!!!!! And still got no cleanup or check up. All i had done was an x ray!! Plus if you enjoy filling HELLA PACKETS every single time you go then you'll love this place. 🙄 Worse place ever, they even were rude to my mom when she asked a simple question. unbelievable!! 4 weeks, 2 broken temp crowns, a cleaning done on the bottom teeth but charged for the top, 3 of 5 fillings needed to be redone and then they made a huge deal of doing me the FAVOR of refunding 2 of the fillings that had HOLES in them!!! I wend to a second dentist for a second opinion and they were horrified, even printed me pictures and xray for free so I could send them to my insurance to fight the charges! I'm still waiting for my permanent crown AND until they refuse to refund anything on my card until EVERYTHING is settled!!! Horrible.

This office is by far the worst dental office ever.. I was in the room and I saw blood in one of those things you suction with, and I was disgusted! I over heard the assistants mentioning how they were short on supply! I mean that is ridiculous, how in the world do you expect to have a functioning office with no supplies. Don't even get me started with front office staff, the practically have no personality. I mean if you don't like your job you might want to look somewhere behind the walls where you don't have to deal with people. Arriving at the dentist office on 03-22-2018 for a really bad tooth pain, I was able to see Dr Petrie. She was able to diagnose me to do a crown on my tooth. So she started the procedure with injecting my top gum and it DID NOT hurt at all! She was so gentle. When the numbing medicine kicked in, she started drilling and that DID NOT hurt either. She was the first in my life that I didn't feel anything from beginning to end. I would highly rated her for any of your dental needs!
