Extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience with this dental office.

I started treatment on Feb 2 and returned on Feb 5 for a cleaning and crown fitting, where I paid the full $1,200 upfront. On Feb 24, I came back expecting the crown to be placed, but it did not fit, requiring yet another visit. Then on Mar 20, my appointment was cancelled by the office because they were not prepared. By Mar 23, after already dealing with multiple visits and delays, I was left waiting AGAIN over 40 minutes past my scheduled time and had to leave without being seen. Extremely long wait times are not a one-time issue here, they are a consistent pattern.

The front desk experience that day was completely unacceptable. There were four staff members present. Two were on phone calls, but when I approached one of the available staff members after waiting 30 minutes, she refused to help and repeatedly told me only someone else could assist. When I tried to ask a different question, she cut me off multiple times and would not even let me finish speaking.

I then waited for the other staff member to get off the phone. When she did, she did not acknowledge me at all and immediately started working on something else while I was still waiting because they are obviously over loaded with work and over booked.

After paying IN FULL weeks earlier and coming in multiple times for the same unresolved issue, I could not even get a basic update or be treated with respect. Being ignored, interrupted, and dismissed like that is completely unprofessional. This is not how you treat ANYBODY.

I went to this office yesterday to get a tooth extracted. I financed the procedure and they charged me before they even tried to start the procedure. I was unable to have my tooth extracted because my blood pressure was too high. Have they refunded the money? No they haven't. Today I woke up and my face is totally swollen and I went back and the dentist told me to go to the ER or urgent care. All I wanted was a different antibiotic because obviously the one he gave me isn't working. I explained that the antibiotic I was requesting has worked in the past but he still refused. So I'm not only out the money for the procedure that WASN'T done I'm also out money from having to go to urgent care. He did give me Motrin today though. SMFH. Anybody know a good attorney in the area? I would NOT recommend this place at all. Also the dental assistant that did my X-Rays was extremely rude and not compassionate at all.

Everyone was professional, polite, respectful, helpful and attentive. The Doctors and technicians know what they are doing. I had a bad experience with the east lake mead location so I switched to the Loose location and I will let others know that the N. Loose location is the place to go. The staff is phenomenal!

I am a new customer. I had an exam, XRAYS and a deep cleaning. The entire staff was great. Karrie the Hygienist was super thorough in explaining the procedure, completing the cleaning and answering all my questions. Kudos to the front Office too, they were nice and friendly and also answered all my questions. My appointment was on time, actually they were ahead of schedule. The entire process was pleasant. Everytine I have come here I have had some kind of schedule issue. I have came in for a orthodontist and be told the they wouldnt come in till an hour later. Other times I came in and was told that their was no appointment for me, even though I had the appointment card in my hand that they themselves made. I come in everytime almost expecting them to mess up somehow. I recommend anyone that values their time to stay away from here!

This was my first visit, a referral for root canal. He explained what could happen, very patient while I made decision. Very gentle and caring. Procedure was painless after "The shots", I felt nothing.proceire lasted over an hour, so my jaw was sore.

I had been a long time patient at this location- around two years. I made an appointment for a general cleaning on the 5th of this month. I was signed in and brought back to sit in the chair. They polished me first, which I thought was weird and then told me to wait. A clerical worker approached me, mind you she’s been there for a long time, proceeds to tell me I owe them around 243.00 for a part of a deep cleaning that happened in January of 2025. I was then told if I couldn’t pay that along with the $60 for cleaning, that I would have to go. They claimed that insurance didn’t cover it. Well, I call my insurance and turns out- they never filed a claim. They most likely passed their deadline to do so- and they tried to get me to pay. Obviously I called back very upset. They just kept telling me- oh we have new staff, oh we have a new manager. I asked if I could be seen for the cleaning then and they told me they would follow-up with management. It’s been ten days and not one email, phone call- nothing. Never once apologized to. Disgusting. Found a new dental office. Don’t go here. I’ve had three different dentists- clearly they have a huge internal problem.

I submitted my insurance information a week before going to the appointment. I got to the appointment today and the lady at the front desk asked the lady who handles the insurance about my insurance and she said I should be good to go. After being in the back for an hour doing X-rays, treatment plan etc. I learned that my insurance was out of network. I had to pay $39 for the X-rays and they did not continue or finish the service, when I should have paid nothing had they checked my insurance first. I checked my insurance as to why I schedule with them and it was in network. I learned while there that I must have another dental insurance and sure enough when I pulled up my app I had a separate dental plan and card that was not in network. Ultimately a missed oversite on my part but insurance verification, co pays etc should be done before starting services that cost me when I shouldn’t have been charged. Not happy and a waste of time and money!

Absolute Dental is the best clinic I have ever used. Very professional, with no additional or hidden charges. From the front desk staff to the doctors, everyone is incredible. I was referred to Dr. Olson's practice by Chelsey Nicol. Everyone at the office was very welcoming and helpful with establishing me as a new patient. I recently moved from California with some unfinished dental work and needed a crown cemented from a prior root canal. I hate going to the dentist. I wish I didn’t even have to go today but because my tooth pain was so unbearable, I slowly walked in.

The evening before my first appointment with Absolute Dental, I received an automated text saying that my appointment had been canceled.

I scheduled a new appointment with them. I had to use an automated system since I wasn't able to reach a human when I gave them a call.

When I arrived for my rescheduled appointment, the doors were locked. It was very difficult get past the automated menu when I called the office. After I was finally connected with a fellow human, I was informed that the office wasn't open since it was a Sunday.

I don't know why the automated system offered me an appointment time on Sunday if the office isn't even open on Sundays. All in all, I've taken two days off of work only for Absolute Dental to cancel on me last minute.

If someone from Absolute Dental reaches out to make this right, I'll revise this review accordingly.

Been to the Losse Location two times and each time I have went my wait time was less than five minutes and the dentist treat you with care and explain things so thoroughly as well as the front office. They explain things to you as easy as can be and give you so many different options. Although I do not like the dentist office (childhood fear), each time has been very pleasant and they have gained a patient for life!

I would steer clear of this place. They didn’t want to extract some teeth in office and wanted to send me to an oral surgeon for the surgery. After they scheduled the surgery the surgeon cancelled everyone for august, September and the girl in the front said october was going to be cancelled as well from the looks of things. I went in for a root canal today I was a little nervous. The staff was nice and made me feel comfortable, Dr Paul Guevara and his assistant Freddy were so nice and calming. They explained everything to me and continued to make sure I was ok during the procedure’ making sure I wasn’t in pain. They talked through it and took my mind off the procedure. Next was time for the crown. Dr Solorzano took over she was gentle and comforting kept asking if I needed a break. Her and her assistant got the temp crown done quickly. The whole process was fast and efficient.
I had a bad experience with absolute dental in 2018 and hadn’t been back since this experience changed my mind and I will be back!

I was out of town due to work when I was suppose to have an appointment months ago. Upon returning I contacted the office and they were able to get me in the same week. Lobby does get a little packed and I wish there was more seating or space. Other than that everyone I spoke with was polite and professional. As someone who hasn't been to the dentist in a few years and is highly scared of dentists and hate how going feels, this staff did SUCH an exceptionally wonderful job putting me to ease and made my visit so painless free I understood how someone could fall asleep at a dentist today. They didn't judge me when I said I didn't have the best oral health and instead educated me and helped me get back to a better spot with my hygiene. If you have a fear of dentists, if you're feeling hesitant about making a visit, THIS is the place to come. First time at this location since my move from SW to N Las Vegas. Both doctors that tended to my care were both very hospitable with exceptional patient "chair side" manner. It did not look busy from the outside however when checking in and walking past the stations proved otherwise. I highly recommend this location as I am completely satisfied with the care and comfort I received. Dental visits are not my thing, not only when it comes to pricing and procedures to be done but dental care is part of our overall health care. I will for sure be returning and hoping continued care remains the same for myself and entire family.

Drop the AI answering service and hire a human that can make appointments and or return phone calls. Not everything has to or can be done on line. You gave me a referral to an oral surgeon. When I attempted to book the appointment with the oral surgeon, I was told to use the on line service. Booked an appointmen for 11:00 on 3/19 Showed up for what I thought was a scheduled appointment only to be told there was no appointment; yet received a text to click the link when I was in the parking lot for that appointment while I was standiing at the front desk an hour before the appointment. I have found trying to hold soup between two slices of bread less frustrating.

I went for my exam, today the front desk were really nice. However when I was getting ready to leave I declined further treatment and once I declined she went to the doctor while she was with another patient with a loud tone saying I declined treatment and I left after that. I needed 3 teeth pulled , 2 of them were broken off with the roots exposed. They had been causing me alot of pain and I had been unable to eat properly for sometime.. I was quite surprised when I called on Friday and was able to make appt for Monday. Rather than telling me over the phone that they won't directly bill two insurances when I disclosed this making the appointment, they still booked me, and billed my insurance for a consult knowing that I was seeking a dentist who would directly bill TWO insurances.

I felt like that was rather shady, and it also meant I put off getting care when I could've just skipped them entirely. Just FYI nobody likes extra dental chair time.

I loved it . From beginning to end the whole experience was better than my last dentist. My wisdom tooth needed extraction . I called on a Thursday ,lucky for me they booked me for the next day, and they were able to extract my wisdom tooth the following day.

Every time I visit the staff is on point! My dentist Dr. Amir takes his time to talk me through every procedure. Madonna my hygienist is so patient and has helped school me on how I was missing a step. I needed that. I haven’t gone to the dentist in years due to bad experience such as being embarrassed by the staff, painful handling during procedures and lack of education from staff.

My visit to absolute denta in losee changed all that. From the X-ray tech (Jerry), hygienist (Madonna) and down to the dentist (Dr. Randy), the bedside care was impeccable. They explained every single thing they’re doing. Before they do it and as they’re doing it.

We got some work to do and it did make me nervous but the assurance from the staff made me excited to take care of my oral health. I messaged my sister right away to switch to this dental office.

Being new to the area, I was in search of a new dentist. This location was near the house, so it was convenient. When I walked in, I was greeted by the front desk person who was friendly and welcoming. Once I went in, the tech was friendly, personable, and sweet. She explained everything she was doing beforehand so I felt comfortable. When the Dr came in, she also was personable and friendly. I felt that she was attentive. I like Absolute Dental, the only thing that could improve is the size of the waiting room! It’s very small to accommodate the very busy office. The dentists here lack the informative advice you would hope to get from a dentist. I received a dental exam and was not made aware of the state of my dental health. My appointment was at 3pm, I made it at 2:30pm and didn’t get seen until 4:14 pm.I waited for an hour and a half for a rushed service, it seems as if they all just wanted to go home. They also lack a diverse atmosphere. The receptionist were very loud and unprofessional. This facility needs to work on its customer service skills and treat all patients with the same amount of care as they would treat their families. I honestly would not want to go back to this office especially since I have to pay with my own money. Also the questions they ask for new patients are very repetitive. They should really edit their
screening questions to be less redundant.

I was SO nervous and didn’t know what to expect. We are from Michigan and here in Vegas for the Winter. Going home soon, lots to do and I get a toothache. First the office staff: SO nice and made me feel comfortable. The assistants couldn’t have been more pleasant and professional. The Dentist was amazing!! I ended up having to undergo an extraction and bone graft. No pain, excellent informative videos on all aspects of dentistry while you wait. I learned a lot! Very thorough and concerned with clients' needs. Doctor was efficient. Entire staff is very friendly. Aaron was excellent! He made me feel comfortable and relaxed while enduring a root canal and was patient with me in ensuring I was satisfied with my crown. Also, very gentle! They matched my tooth color perfectly! I left feeling happy and smiling even harder. I forgot what a difference that tooth made. I have had braces and am very vain about my teeth so this entire experience and outcome was important. I feel remarkably magnificent! I am glad I found them and will continue with all dentistry work there!

Office Manager at this location very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I've never experienced horrible service like this ever. I was told to leave due to office Manager(who refused to give me her name and told the front desk agents not to give it to me)kept saying I was talking loud after trying to voice my opinion about the horrible half service I received. I tried to explain to her due to me having a disability(hard of hearing out of one ear) that I talk loud even when I'm not trying to something I can't control due to disability. Instead of her being empathetic and understanding instead she continued to belittle me in front of staff and patients in waiting room, over talking me, and being very aggressive saying if I keep talking loud she'll kick me out. So she eventually told one of the staff members to get my daughter from the back and to get these people out of here. Which was very unethical and at that point I was being discriminated because of my disability. At that moment I demanded to have Regional Manager contact info which she at first refused to give to me and told me to call customer service and kept trying to argue with me trying prove a point that she's the boss. So finally after bringing up I will be looking into getting a Lawyer she than provides me with Samantha info and I'm still waiting for Samantha to reach out to me so I can voice my complaint. Absolute Dental should be ashamed of having someone like her running that office and being very unprofessional against people with disabilities. I've never been treated nor ever talked like that to by anybody and to have the staff in office laugh at me in my face while the office Manager was being very disrespectful is not ok.

This morning I had an appointment for 9am, I waited for 2 hours in a tiny tiny waiting room with no updates from the staff. I had to leave before they ever called me.

The most unprofessional business in Las Vegas. First to contact them by phone be prepared to be on hold at least 45 minutes or longer. I used the option for call back and to this day never received a phone call back. My longest hold time was 1 hour and 17 minutes. i was determined to see how long it was going to take them to answer. When someone did answer they hung up. When I called back my new hold time was 53 mins. They set a time for your appointment however when you sign in the wait time to be called back is always 30 minutes or longer later than your arrival. My first appointment was at 3:30 it wasn't until 4:20 when they called us back. Then they offered services they told me would be free for my son due to my insurance. Months later got a bill in the mail. Office manager said they made a mistake with what was offered but she will take care of it. Months later got another bill in the mail. My son got braces over 6 months ago and they still have not put the bottom braces on. We are told each visit it will be the next visit. Has yet to happen. No one knows anything when you ask questions and I never receive call backs when I call. Worse customer services and dental service I've ever experienced.

This place is absolutely amazing. I am not the best with dental hygiene, this dentists are usually terrible and humiliating experiences - but not this time. For the first time in my life, I looked forward to going to the dentist.

The staff is all very kind and friendly, and they all did a great job making sure I was comfortable during each step of my procedures. The dentist joked around and had a good time, and the hygienist is insanely nice.

The Dr. and the hygienist are great with the kids and very thorough. Absolute Dental on 5892 Losee Rd. My teenage daughter had a second procedure done(filling) and wasn't happy or comfortable with Dr. Bath (female). My daughter came out to me with tears in her eyes crying, saying she had the worst dentist experience. Dr didn't take her time with needle for numbing . Dr. Bath acted in a manner of rushing with the procedure and kept asking my daughter if she is ok. My daughter continued to say NO, (with mouth wide open) hard to talk. So my daughter said mom I just tried my best to keep calm and play my music ear buds. Yet Dr continued to rush through without any comforting and caused her more pain to her mouth . As we drove home the fillings were loose and chips pieces were falling off. I feel as if Dr. May have had a long day and just wanted to clock out since my daughter was her last patient. But that is NO excuse ! Take your time on every patient and make them feel uncomfortable the best way you can. Dr. assistant wasn't very comforting either, my daughter said she asked if she is done May she leave? Assistant didn't use his voice just nod (yes) . I was told this was a good location but also told that one of the doctors here had low review, (Dr. Bath) I wish I would have known it was her doing this procedure or I would have requested for original Dr. Crew who did my daughters 1st procedures at this location- just a week ago. He is amazing and took his time and made her feel very comfortable (no pain or discomfort). So therefore we will not have Dr. Bath do any future procedures. Or I may have to search out another Dental Office. I don't recommend this location if you end up with Dr. Bath. This was brought to their attention and management doesn’t feel an apology is necessary because To them my daughter “seemed” to be fine.

SCAMMERS! This is the worst dental experience I've ever had. On my first visit they told me I needed several fillings and they would all be covered by my insurance. They provided me a printout to show my insurance would cover everything. I had 4 separate appointments. I later received a bill and my insurance stated the first dentist they sent me to was not covered under my insurance. Why would a dental office allow a provider to perform services not covered under my insurance after telling me everything was covered? I've called the office and asked to speak with the office manager several times. Now that bill is $500 more and they're stating it's because my insurance didn't cover the services. I haven't been back for any new services. They are saying I'm responsible for a bill that shouldn't exist. Why wouldn't office staff do their due diligence to make sure I was always seen by the provider covered by my insurance? They are scammers!

Horribly slow services and scamming. My first visit 6 months ago I had to wait almost an hour after my appointment time before the dental hygienist started the routine x rays and cleaning. Understanding it was my first visit x rays would be necessary. Then the cleaning began. During the cleaning the hygienist forewarned me about all the additional work I may need to have done. Be mindful I have a healthy and beautiful set of teeth. I opted not to have all the additional work done. However, this took nearly two hours. Thinking this was a fluke I did schedule the next 6 month visit. Got there again a 45 minute wait and was told it would take 1 and a half hours for the cleaning. Also, that they take x rays every 6 months. I left without the exam to search for a dentist that provides prompt and professional service, does not try to add on unnecessary procedures and upfront with there dental process.

Absolute chaos. The waiting room was bursting full, so much so people were standing waiting. I was told I was a cash patient even though that's not what I said on the phone. I ended up walking out. Other people started leaving due to the wait, one woman was told that she was supposed to come back in 4 months instead of the 3 weeks that they scheduled her, but the computer said she didn't even have an appt. The staff at the Losee location is incompetent, plainly put. It took 3 hours for them to do an exam and cleaning on my son and daughter and one fill on my daughter. Also, I asked about paperwork I could sign for my 16 year old daughter to be accompanied by my adult son so that I could go back to work and was told that I had to come in and sign the paperwork at the beginning of the visit. When I notified the receptionist that I was done, she told me I was good only to call me back an hour later saying I had to now sign another form for my daughter’s cavity fill. Once I returned, a different lady in the back told me that there’s a form I could have filled out so that I didn’t have to be present at any visit, but that isn’t what the receptionist had given me. So the 3 hours I took off from work was for no reason other than idiots not communicating well. My son could have chaperoned my daughter like I had asked when making the appt and was told no. On top of all that, it took 3 different people to get my daughter’s x-ray, and both kids say it was the roughest, most painful cleaning they’d ever had and they’ve been going to dentists their entire lives. Never going there again.

I have been trying for a month to get 2 extractions from this location because it's closest to my house & I don't drive & haven't been able to get in at all. I am in such pain and they're treating me like I don't matter after the dentist expressed to me after my X-rays he can get me in to remove the 2 teeth. My pain is in my ear now after waiting so long. I can't sleep on any side comfortably and I have swelling in my jaw. This dental office is unorganized and extremely slow. They claim my daughter needs 4 teeth pulled and has 4 cavities when her teeth were fine 6 months ago. I went to get the cavities filled after they rescheduled me twice, waited almost an hour and then they said they still didn't have a paper from her Dr. that they faxed 3 weeks ago. I will be getting a second opinion now. They lost my business. Horrible dentists. Just an update, I decided to give this office another try and have made numerous attempts to get the proper paperwork faxed to their office. After moving, I decided to try this dental practice based on google reviews. I was really unimpressed. The practice was not very clean (i was told not to put my purse on the floor because it was dirty, which is a big red flag for a medical practice!). I went in with a broken filing that was causing severe discomfort. I felt like the staff were not sympathetic to my pain, or the fact i needed it fixed despite being pregnant. I understand (reluctantly) the need for waivers, but the attitude of "well just deal with it until your OB says its ok" was really not helpful.

So I was lied too....They spent almost a year scamming me out of money. The final straw was after they charged me for a bridge they refused to complete the bridge because they wanted to do a root canal just in case and I refused..... So they messed up my entire treatment plan, charged my insurance and just had it refunded. Now I have to find another dentist and they have to make a special request through my insurance to complete the bridge. And after another exam at another dentist office, guess what? A root canal is NOT NEEDED. I'm sad and have dental trauma.... I'm thinking of suing, any suggestions or advice?

So with my dental care .I’m a not happy with the inconsistency and lack of communication I have been getting from them. Everytime you try to call their office no one answers and your sent to a call center. Plus numerous times of me wasting my time to go to appointments only to be sent back home. And when I do have an appointment I’m not seen until 2 hours later. I’ve been waiting since March just to get a routinely dental cleaning and they say the send referrals to my insurance for approval but they never were sent .making me wait even longer and it’s gotten to the the point where it’s just really unprofessional. I’ve also been waiting over a week for an ortho consult estimate and never got a price for that. so I’ll just be taking my insurance and going elsewhere. I do not recommend going here at all.

Dr. Gelo was fast and efficient and very good with explaining the required treatments. The staff all made me feel very welcome and comfortable and were very sweet. Valery and Cordejhah were delicate and very accommodating. Best dental expirience yet.

Absolute dental at Losee has a great staff, from the second I walk in the door Lizette is so nice always greeting me with a smile. Lidia the office manager always tries to get me in for the first available appt to accommodate my schedule and Dr Joseph is the bomb diggity! Go check them out you won’t regret it!

This is the worse dental clinic that I never had visited in my life. The manager gave me a total of what I needed to be done and the amount of what I needed to pay out of my pocket and what my insurance was going to cover. I needed a form that it needed to be signed by a dentist in order for me and my children go overseas with my husband. When I got back to my following appointment the manager end up charging me 3x of the amount of what I was told by the manager after the dentist check my teeth and also my children. I asked the staff and the manager for their management office and didn’t provided it to me, all she gave me was an email. When I sent the email a week later someone responded to my email saying that she was going to work with us which that person never did. I googled their main office address and the address they have in google for their main office was not even related with absolute dental. The staff in that business building told me that they always get people walk-in into their office looking for absolute dental. I end up paying 3x of the amount that I was told at the beginning, and never could find absolute Dental main office management to disscus about my concerns. I hope sharing my experience with their clinic it helps all those military families who are trying to get their form clear and sign to go to meet with their family.

Absolute Dental Losee were very professional, and their staff and docs was very kind. The Dental Assistant Valery, that help do my extraction was very gentle and I felt very comfortable, she was very helpful. Definitely will be coming back.

Horrible. Waited 2 hrs after a scheduled appointment even though we were threatened that if they verbally did not get a confirmation they would cancel after calling to confirm the day before at 5:14pm closed at 5pm. After 30 mins finally was able to confirm. Had him sitting in a chair with a o2 tube in his nose laying on the ground. Was told it was for oxygen where from the floor. After completing the procedure was out within 30 mins. REALLY after being sedated he could get up and go but we had to wait on others to recover first. No mention of any meds. Got home to find 4 prescriptions in a bag. SERIOUSLY. They couldn't be bothered to mention that so we could drop them off before going home. Worse customer service the office smelled of sewage. To top it off he was sedated , the procedure completed and recovered to come home all within 21 mins. I had to practically carry a 250 lbs man into a house who was still completely out of it.
Horrible would not recommend this was the Losee office

Made me wait more than an hour even though I was early to my appointment, technician carved my gums with instrument and then said my gums were red and bleeding. I was supposed to get a cleaning done, but even though I’ve been going there for years every six months, and my mouth was fine six months ago, and I take really good care of my teeth, they wouldn’t clean my teeth and try to sell me a dip cleaning for close to $500, never going back, stay away

I made an appointment as a first time patient. The first issue I downloaded the new patient forms online. Filled my forms out prior to arriving and had to fill out four more forms. I was called 1hr after my appointment which I don't understand the reasoning for the long wait. I informed the staff of my daughter's fear of the dentist. My concerned went unacknowledged. After her xrays I was informed she needs to go to an oral surgeon. Certain work needs to be done by O.S and the rest by dentist. Another hour wait just to be told to reschedule another appointment for the work. Nothing was done. She needed two teeth removed and a few fillings. Motrin was prescribed for someone who's in a lot of pain!

Omg, I had some dental work done At first it was a good job. Then I got an affection
In my mouth. I called and called No one answer My mouth and my face hurts I had blisters in my mouth. Now I have. To get another dentist to fix what they did too me. I still didn't get my new teeth. They did me bad, how do you not answer the phone. I been in a bad way now 2 months

Dr Nielsen and his assistant Chaz were excellent, my mother came with a broken tooth with no appointment And they took care of her fast and easy. I was very impress with Dr Nielsen efficiency
Same with Dominique, But I certainly can not said the same with the office manager Nelci she was exatremly rude from the time we came until we left.

I won't even come in for the appointment. The girl on the phone hung up on me 3 times before she finally answered. I know she hung up because I hear the phone being answered and then hung up. Then when she finally answered she was hella rude and when she asked for my insurance I asked her to give me a second to take out my insurance card and she huffed and sighed hard. I won't even waste my time on a place that allows people to continue to work here even when they're rude.

I w had an appt for 1000 arrived at 0945 and wasn’t called until 1040 I was supposed to have my dentures realigned but upon learning that I missed their deadline of 1000 so had to come back the next day to have the procedure done got frustrated and said that I wasn’t informed abolitionist this lab rule if theyhad called me at the right time I would have made the cut off so I went out talked to the front desk airing my concern the person names REYNA wasn’t approachable so my husband step in and inquired about what happened she was condescending and said that we should not be complaining without hearing her so my husband got upset but REYNA toldhim to get out of the office like she was talking to a dog and not come back she was also canceling our previous appointment and we were not to come back to that office anymore is this how you treat your customers where you get your salary from ? We have been going to this branch for a year now and this is the first time we told harshly by your manager (she claims ) Reyna she doesn’t deserve to be there She will not an asset to your company !

Absolute worst dental office!!! You wait for hours and then when you get seen, the dentist checks her watch to make sure she isn’t late to leave the building. I made an appointment was on time and they were late getting to me so I had to suffer rushed procedures because she wanted to go home. The billing department couldn’t even submit my claim correctly so now I am left to fight to get that fixed even though they never answer their phone. BEWARE they only want money and do not care about patients. Please be smart and find any other dentist.

Staff is very nice and helpful, they were able to answer all my questions or refer me to someone who could. The waiting room is very small and can be uncomfortable if it is busy. The wait can get long if it is full, I had to wait 45 minutes after my appointment time before I could be taken to a room.

i came in the office today because i had a really bad toothache which i was expecting to get extracted! As soon as i walk in the office, i was greeted by their front desk staff who was friendly and helpful. Then i was greeted with their Dental Assistant name Cha and took my XRays and made sure i was comfortable. Then Dr. Neilson greeted me making sure i was ok, and even though i already expected to get an extraction he still provided me options... Dr. Nielson and Cha made sure that i was numb, the procedure was painless, and checked up on me the whole entire process and made sure i was aware of what was going to happen step by step.!!! Thank You DR. NIELSON, CHA AND STAFF FOR BEING SO CARING!!!!! can't wait to see them for my next check up!!!! and going to schedule the whole entire family :)
