Visiting from Florida in route to taking an Alaskan cruise had the worst thing ever happen a loose tooth concerned with having to travel to Seattle to then board a cruise boat for a week sought out a local dentist pleasantly surprised from the customer service of booking the appointment to arriving at the office. The assistant was very delicate and thorough and I can’t say enough about Dr. ( Reddy ) Prabandh Gollapalle Dealing with years of dental issues and hoping to find a dentist that could be more thorough on explaining procedures and how he was confident that he could prevent any further loss. Hands-down, very knowledgeable in explaining what procedures needed to be done, giving a prescription for antibiotics and a high dosage of ibuprofen saved me from missing out on a dream vacation. I can say that the dentist truly cares about his patience. I highly recommend him.

Unlike the last time I was seen this time I was very comfortable DR. had a student shadow and I loved how he took time to explain everything he was doing all while making sure I remained relaxed and pain free. ALSO Jessie at the front desk " THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER " ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Hands down one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked in, the office felt welcoming, professional, and well-organized. I had my cleaning done by Harki, and she was absolutely incredible—so gentle, thorough, and attentive. You can genuinely feel her passion for dental hygiene in the way she explains everything and makes sure you’re comfortable every step of the way.

Dr. Corpuz and Dr. Reddy are just as impressive—both are knowledgeable, kind, and take the time to ensure you feel confident in your care. It’s clear this entire team truly cares about their patients and takes pride in what they do.

I left with my teeth feeling unbelievably clean and actually looking forward to my next visit—which says a lot! If you’re looking for a dental office that goes above and beyond, this is the place. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this dental office was frustrating from beginning to end.

My first visit was in late December or early January for an examination. The appointment lasted nearly two hours, and I was informed that I needed a deep cleaning. After a lengthy discussion about costs, I was told the procedure would cost close to $1,200 out of pocket. At the time, I could not afford it, so I declined treatment.

Later, after my insurance changed, I contacted the office again because my new plan appeared to provide much better dental coverage. During a phone call, I was told that my insurance did not cover deep cleanings and only covered regular cleanings. Because this information conflicted with what my insurance provider told me, I contacted my insurance company directly. Together, we verified that my coverage should apply to the treatment I needed.

I then scheduled an appointment. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I discovered I had been scheduled for the wrong type of visit. After waiting and speaking with staff, I learned that I had been booked for an emergency appointment rather than the deep cleaning I requested. The employee apologized, and I was rescheduled.

When I returned for the rescheduled appointment, I expected everything to be sorted out beforehand. Instead, I was informed that the office still had not verified the details of my insurance coverage. I waited while staff attempted to obtain clarification. Eventually, I was told that while my insurance did provide the coverage I had described, the dentists at this office were not in-network for my plan.

My biggest frustration is that these issues could have been resolved before my appointment. Multiple appointments were scheduled without confirming important insurance information, resulting in wasted time, confusion, and unnecessary trips to the office.

I also felt that the customer service lacked professionalism. Communication between staff members appeared inconsistent, and there seemed to be confusion regarding scheduling and insurance verification. While one employee was courteous and apologized for the inconvenience, I did not feel that the office as a whole took responsibility for the repeated mistakes.

I hope management uses this feedback as an opportunity to improve staff training, communication, scheduling procedures, and insurance verification processes. Patients should not have to make multiple visits to discover information that could have been confirmed before an appointment.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office and would encourage prospective patients to carefully verify insurance participation and treatment costs before scheduling.

If i coild give more than 5 stars i would!! This has been a life changing experience for me. It took 1 month start to finish for me to get my smile back.. the entire staff is fantastic, helpful and very personable. Dr . Reddy & Jesse both were so wonderful for everything especially on my extraction day... i was awake thru it all and terrified, but he was super gentle and made sure i felt 0 pain he was encouraging and also made sure to tell me every step what was happeing and what to expect. And then my post op, making sure that my teeth fit right and that i would get them back in just a couple hours from the reline. If i could get everyome in here that has tooth problems, i would. Because everyone dererves to feel this great about themselves!! THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR EVERYTHING YOU HAVE DONE FOR ME!!
